Meh he's best off as a Beserker and yeah Hector 's low speed and skill caps are pretty bogus. Luckily he's still a beast.

The reason I rank Hector so highly is because he's a great unit. Place Hector in front with a Hand Axe, and he will kill everything. And he's durable enough to take plenty of hits.

2nd or 3rd Tier both count as pre-promote in my book.

Everybody loves game-breaking Seth :P I too tend to shy away from using too many pre-promotes, the progression of unpromoted units is something I very much like.

I've done some research, and yes I'll be able to play most of the older games in the series :) and actually powerful Android devices like the Galaxy Note 2 can run DS emulators very well. My Samsung Galaxy s3 is a bit laggy whilst using a DS emulator unfortunately.

You like so many :P Well that's not neccessarily a bad thing. Better to like a lot of pre-promotes than disregard them like many folks do.

Mine are Geitz, Seth, Marcus, Jaffar and Karel. Geitz- Because he and I have a lot in common personality wise, and because he is my favorite character in the Fire Emblem series and in my opinion the best Warrior in Rekka No Ken and one of the best pre-promotes. Extremely useful. Seth- Because he is Kent, except with a much better personality and because he's an awesome unit. Great guy and great character. Marcus- Because he's a good unit ( Especially in EHM and HHM. In my first playthrough of FE7 as a noob, I literally let him kill everything and Eliwood and Hector were both only level 2 at Dragon's Gate lol) and I admire his perserverance and determination to still be a valued ally to the main characters in each game he appears in despite his age. Love this guy. Karel- Because he's badass. Enough said. Jaffar- see Karel

I'm currently playing through Binding Blade (my many and most sincere thanks to gringe for his fantastic translation patch which makes this playthough possible) and will doing another run of Blazing Sword (Already beat Lyn & Eliwood Normal mode, and will do Hector Normal Mode, then Lyn, Eliwood and Hector Hard Mode) and will finish my playthough of The Sacred Stones as well ( first Ephraim's path, then Eirika's). What other games in the series, (if ant) is it possible for me to play on an Android device? I absolutely love the Fire Emblem series, and would like to play every game in the series. Thanks in advance for any help.

Favorite is Ephraim because he's an awesome character and a badass. Least favorite is Lyn because she is irrelevant to the story of FE7 and has a terrible endgame weapon that completely nullifies her strongest combat capability.
