I never really thought so in the FE Gacha.
I mean for the modes with reinforcements, yes, but against certain classes and skills it's easier to enemy phase them.
Latest version of Byleth and Altina were impossible for me to crack in player phase, at least former.
The most player phase oriented game for me was Three Houses on maddening to cancel all the ambush reinforcements.

1/3 of exams are done, and I don't have a bad feeling about the two done yet.
Anyways I've beaten a game again:
Tales of Arise
It was an amazing game, as most other Tales of games.
I still loved Berseria more, but it was definitely a runner-up.
Also Alphen is definitely my most favourite male protagonist of all the Tales of games I've played yet.
The only issue I kinda notes is maybe the soundtrack. Pretty much everything is orchestral and kinda sounds the same, so it's a bit unmemorable due to the lack on variety. It's very climatic but also kinda unnoticable for rather kinda being in the background.
Aside I can only recommend this game!
(got the Collector's Edition including figure for a discount in the Namco store)
Octopath Traveler II will be next game once I'm done with the finals which would be in two weeks from now!

Holy moly, this turns ten years old in about weeks from now.
This gave me good memories...a time when this place was lively and fun.

- Fire Emblem: Radiant was my first game and is my favourite
- Persona: Started with 3 but 5 Royal's my favourite
- The Legends of Heroes: Started with Sky FC (which is my least favourite) but Cold Steel IV's my favourite
- Ys: Started with Origin but VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana's my favourite
- Xenoblade: started with 2 but 3's my favourite
- Tales of: started with Abyss but Berseria's my favourite
- Mario: started with Super Mario World but Odyssey's my favourite
- Kirby: started with the very first one but Planet Robobot's my favourite
- Donkey Kong: only could finish Tropical Freeze which is my favourite logically
- Atelier: started my first Ryza game but third Ryza game's my favourite
- Shin Megami Tensei: IV was my first game and is my favourite
- Mario Party: started with the first one but 3's my favourite
- Shantae: Seven Sirens was my first one and I pretty love it as much as Half-Genie Hero

Played the demo of Second Story.
I liked it!
Now just waiting for a sale of this game as the first one.

I just watched a gameplay video of a game from this series, and I didn't even know it's an action RPG series.
Also the artstyle from that game reminded me on Octopath Traveler (I know it doesn't apply to every game from this series).
Is there a game which is recommendable in terms of gameplay and difficulty to a newcomer like me?

Since the only appealing release for me is the Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door remake so far, I think it's a good opprtunity.

I lost the motivation of playing Fire Emblem, making Fire Emblem and being here.
Of course I played Engage, but that's about it...
Currently playing through Ys x Touhou and Origami King, and more new franchises.
My backlog is zoooooo huuuuuuuge.
Also one cool thing is that I've a workmate who is a as huuuuuuuuuge Falcom fan as I am.
Once per week I meet him and frens for a board game afternoon, and he plays Falcom muziek with his phone.
