So, I'm guessing Annette most likely tonight, followed by Sylvain on Tuesday night, and then Ingrid the following night. Then it'll be curious to see if they immediately follow up with another trailer or wait a week.

They're decently popular. Yuri has ranked very highly on Choose Your Legends polls for Fire Emblem Heroes. Including them as DLC would be easy money.

No way was it worse than the original Hyrule Warriors. Given it's enemy AI is just as passive, items are awkward to use and you're a sitting duck while using them, limited time to find golden skulltukas, and half the cast is hard to use because of how gimmicky they are. Age of Calamity has at most maybe 3 characters that are difficult to use, but the remaining 90% of the cast is very easy to use. Runes sharing cooldown is hardly a drawback given it barely takes anytime and prevents spamming them.

Really? I've spent a lot of time on Age of Calamity and found it's maps pretty straightforward. I think the only one awkward to get through for me was Hyrule Castle.

I imagine that, if we ever do get another crossover Warriors game, they'll probably invent another new nation rather than reuse Aytollis. Perhaps their experience with Three Houses/Three Hopes will lead to a better try the second time around.

That's one thing that really bugged me. Like, even though they introduced a new nation in Aytollis, it had no identity of its own, the majority of locations were basically based on other games, from taking the Colloseum straight from Awakening, and having a Japanese/Europe split section for Fates. It's this weird hodgepodge of locations that never really fits.

Ah! The designs are so good!!! I love each of them! Annette especially looks great to me. And I think we can say this confirms once and for all that all students are returning for those of you who still doubted.

Welp, they've once again gone through the entire currently revealed roster. Now would be a great time for more.

I guess Dedue's class will be in a few hours, and then Claude and Hilda later.

Considering the last 2 Twitter posts were about Edelgard's Armored Lord class, and the next about Hubert's Dark Mage class, it seems like classes focused.

Guess classes are the new focus now.

I very highly doubt Rhea and Seteth would be passed over. Rhea especially.

Bernadetta tops my choice of characters I want to see, but I'd be completely fine with any of them.

Cherami Leigh is part of why I like Rhea so much. God-tier voice actress.

I wouldn't be surprised if they just do what they did with the screenshorts depicting the Almyran noble. Holst, and (presumbably) Count Bergliez. Just post some screenshot and remind everyone the game's release date.

It wouldn't surprise me if they are just banking on Three Houses's popularity selling the game for them. But yeah, I'm honestly not worried about sales one bit. My impatience is more that I just want to see more of the characters involved.

I suppose meme material works fine enough for now. 😄

Yikes. I'd call today's post a nothing post but even that is giving it too much credit. Post a screenshot of our mystery Almyran Royal, and then don't say a word other than telling us for the thousandth time that the game is coming June 24. So happy they're putting their heart and soul into those Twitter posts./s And yeah, I don't think this swerve indicates a small roster. They're likely just being obstinate and holding out until a new trailer or something comes.

Given they already had an English trailer ready at announcement, I think they probably did the recording months ago. I think it'll still be him. And hopefully they get around to confirming Ferdinand and other characters once they stop regurgitating stuff already shown off in the trailer.

Now they're just toying with us. They have to figure people are watching it for character reveals given what they showed last week, and now we're getting junk we already know about like the special edition.

Hopefully something today. I was admittedly bummed that we just got a Byleth post. 😛
