WHat are the best skills for a medic build of masked marth? Note that I don't have any spare 5* units with Close Counter 3 or anything like that, but I do have a 4* fae (for renewal 3), A 4* felicia (for Breath of Life 3), and a variety of units with daylight, sol, Darting Blow 3, reciprical aid, ardent sacrafice, and a variety of other skills.

I also have a samsung, and FEH does seem to drain the battery faster than other things, although even then I get a good few hours.

I actualy don't mind the reward, because i started playing after TT mini, and I have not gotten any falchion users yet. I have a lot of sword users, but only one healer, so I am planning to run a medic build. I also got lucky on the banner and got a christmas chrom, so that should hopefully reduce the grind. That being said, I found the delayed date annoying. I am going to move in a few days, and the TT coresponds pretty closely to my adjustment period to my new situation. Getting Joshua took quite a bit of work (although I only had a 1.2 bonus unit until I was almost done, whereas I now have a 1.4 unit from the start). Hopefully, I will have the time.

Yeah, I Just Looked it up on the wiki, and the dailys from las time used a field (the same field for with different positioning all 3 days), whereas this map is lava-based. However, The units appear to be identical (at least on normal. Don't have enough stamina to check hard ATM).

I lost my fates cart around 3 monts ago, So I can't play it. If I still had it, I would play it more than echoes. Echoes has a vastly better plot. But fates is more replayable (I generaly skip all repeted plot after the first or second playthrough anyway)

What's "without skills" mean? FE6 doesn't have a skill system afaik. I was actualy about to post that before I realisd that you menat that YOU had no skills, not the characters.

Got it. Maybe that list did not make it clear, but fury is her equiped A skill right now. She still knows spd+3 from before the last time someone gave me build advice for her, but she dosn't use it right now.

You are right. I should have used "standard team" or something. OUt of curiosity, what is her best Wo Dao forge and skillset? Currently, she is: Neuteral Ruby sword (also has silver sword + learned) Dance Moonbow Wrath 3 (also has spd+ 3 learned) Wings of Mercy 3 (also has Knock Back learned) Hone attack 3. Hone spd 2 seal. Note That I can't get wrath at the moment (and like WOM, because her dancer ability is more important than her combat ability) I am also using Quickened pulse on reinhardt ATM

By Core, I mean that's the team is use for most things, (not just arena). WHen I want a bonus, Siegbert gets rotated out. I admit that BH!lyn is by FAR my most wanted unit. My bigest mistake this game was taking lucinia for my free BH unit. I tried to get her during her more recent avalibility, but was unable to. Klien does pretty well, though. I will admit that the Wo Dao+ is tempting, because I have enough sword users (including ayra) to make my 5* athena mostly obsolete (because there are very few instances where I would want to run athena instead of ayra). That means that I can get Wo Dao+ on olivia without using feathers, whereas armorsmasher+ and ruby sword+ would both require feathers. I should also note that I may rotate out olivia if I ever get another dancer, but I'm not holding my breath, because everyone else is 5* only, and the best dancers are unavalible due to being in the performing arts banner, and thus not avalible untill it reruns. I should also note that I only have one each of 4* reinhardt and 4* olivia, because I was using them for SP merges and vantage/hone atk fodder. I actualy never got a 4* klien (reinhardt got death blow from a -atk 5* hawkeye)

Buying a spotpass unit also gives you 50 renown. THe most efficient way to grind renown is to buy wolt (the cheapest spotpass unit) over and over, usualy after getting gold from the gold DLC. Flying units are weak to all wind tomes, and dragons are weak to the book of naga (which is one of the abovementioned spotpass bonus items). Nothing is weak to fire, thunder, or dark. Thunder's niche is being the highest power tome type that all mages can equip, as well as having a small bonus to crit (it has lower accuracy, but that tends to be less of an isue in this game. Wind is effective against fliers, has the highest accuracy, and is cheapest. Fire has intermendiate hit and accuracy, and no special charicteristics (with the exception of 3 special tomes, which are usefull). I honestly only use fire to save durability on other tomes, or when the game gives me a powerfull fire tome (or when I want to use the above-mentioned 3 special tomes).

IMO, Galeforce is only really usefull near endgame unless you grind or lowman, simply because you will not get it untill a few maps from the end (It is a level 15 promoted skill after all). THe notable exception is spotpass jamka, who comes with galeforce at level 15 unpromoted! He really is that broken, and was one of the MVPs of my spotpass only run. THat being said, it is usefull for things like the spotpass bonus maps, and the DLC. As for Brave weapons, they are in fact broken. They have no speed penalty, and double attack on enemy phase as well as player phase. Also, eaish hit o a brave weapon counts as an opprotunity to trigger a dual strike, so you can theoreticaly get 6 hits in before an enemy even has a chance to counter (although this is more of a strat for high level DLC) THe fact that the spotpass teams let you buy all of them early really helps (otherwise, you can only buy them right at the end of the game).

She already has both WOM3 and moonbow, so I will probably use stahl (because I already have several of him, and he does not have anything anyone else really wants), whereas I only have so many moonbow and luna users. But Yeah, Olivia is very rarely attacking for me. 95% of the time, she dances.

I can also give her a wo dao+ from my 5* athena, but my athena is not trash, and I used to use her extensively. That being said, I have 10 sword units ATM (mostly on accident due to things like elincia breaking my pity when i went for christmas!tharja.), so I could sacrafice one. THat being said, how does the WO Dao+ help with green units? I thought that the Ruby sword was suposed to help with that?

Unfortionatly, I only heard about the 4* +10 thing after promoting her to 5*. (and honestly, it felt wrong somehow to leave her at 4*) Also, I checked the arena, and olivia is not a bonus unit this week. Do you mean that she rotates regularly into a bonus unit slot or something?

Should I merge her, or should I give her a better weapon? Also, exactly what does "bonus unit" mean in this context?

What makes anyone think they even want to confirm which mother is cannon? No game since fe5 has confirmed cannon parents from another game. In fates' hidden truths DLC, they went so far as to have anankos change all the children's hair color off pannel so you could not use original hair color to deduce cannon parents.

I have 25000 feathers, but have no idea who to promote with them. The following is a list of my current 5* units: Currently, My core team is reinhardt/klien/Olivia/Siegbert (or occasionally julia). I can do several things: 1. promote one of my asgarian units (probably sharena, due to her quests, but I completed alphonse's quests at 4*, and these look exactly the same) 2. Merge someone. I have the allies avalible to merge Reinhardt, olivia, joshua, corrin, michalis and soren. I also have a 5* Catria with a bad nature that I am not using, so promoting my 4* catria with a good nature would give me a +1 Catria. 3. Give someone a new weapon. Olivia is currently using the ruby sword (not the + version), but everyone else is using base weapons. I could either put a ruby sword + onto olivia, or change someone elses weapon 4. Promote some niche that I don't already have, such as a third flier/cav, an armor, a blade user, a raven user, someone with armor/horse effectiveness, a dagger user who can debuff non magic users, a dragon of a different color, or some other niche I am missing but have not thought of 5. Sit on them. Dataminers found a tempest trial, so I could wait for that, and promote a bonus unit (assuming it is not just Christmas units. Elincia just killed my pity, and I am f2p). note that I have I wide variety of 3-4* units, but not all of them, and not all of those have good natures. Give me some suggestions, and I will tell you what natures I have. Note that I am holding off on the sharena quests untill I decide whether to promote her (because she is max level). I also have 120 refinery stones but no divine dew, so fereeging normal weapons is a nonissue, but foreging legendary weapons will not happen anytime soon.

It is also worth noting that tomes are colorless in this game. Although fire, wind, lightning and dark magic all show up, all mages can equip all of them except for dark magic (which only dark mages, sorcerers or people with a really rare skill can use). They are also uneffected by the weapon triangle, which means the only difference between them is effects and stat differences. Stones are also colorless.

Spotpass content is essentualy free DLC. It comes in three types: 1. optional endgame maps that allow you to recruit more characters, but don't unlock untill the final boss is avalible, and you have activated them. 2. Bonus items. THese are a variety of items at different power levels, ranging from "good early game, can buy in store later" to "Legendary weapon only avalible by spotpass and weapon dlc." Once downloaded to you 3ds, they can be used placed in your convoy once per save file. 3. Legacy teams, which consist of a team based on a character from all previous games in the franchise. Like with street-pass teams, you can buy stuff from them, buy the services of the team leader, or fight them to recruit the team leader for free (they rang in strength from "utter garbage" to "inferior backup in case you killed your thief or staffbot or something" to "hands down the best unit of their class in the game"). Note that the same spotpass unit can be summoned infinate times with no limits (although you can only have one of each unit in your party or on the field at a time), allowing you to buy infinate copies of items that are either not avalible from stores (celecia's gale), or can't be bought untill lategame (dragonstone+, brave weapons). Note that you need to download all of this content from the spotpass menu, and then insert each item into your file one at a time. It REALLY helps out. There is a renown rewards menu hidden deep in the wireless menue (for some reason), which gives you items whenever you get a certain number of points. Not necessarily. Marathon streams often interest people because of the shear amount of will (and caffeine) required to do something like that (plus you can watch the runner's mental state deteriorate). Marathon streams are the sort of thing that you watch bits of, plus maybe a highlight reel later. Decent comentary, and decently fast play, help a lot. I have lived in the Los Angeles area for years. It took me years to discover things like the fact that you can get cheap art classes in barnsdall park, or that LACMA (the art museum) has free concerts every sunday. I just got a job and apartment in the east bay (near san fransisco, although neither my job nor my appartment are in the city), and am wondering if anyone knows fun things to do there that are less touristy, such as classic/limited movie showings, concerts, neighborhood festivals, retro gaming conventions, and so on. I have found that online "event listings" are too full of garbage to be usefull. I tend to like the obscure and unusual. Any "life hacks" to living in the East Bay would also be appreciated.

THis was not an ironman run, but I did a spot pass/DLC only run recently (rules: can only use crom, robin, spotpass characters, and characters from the first DLC pack.) THis run was on hard casual with as few units purchased as possible (ended up buying two early ones due to lack of competent early units). Soren has aptitude. nough said. The thiefs and staffbots I used were pretty bad. You may want to reclass someone if you lost gaius or lisa and marabell. Also, spotpass units as a catagory have serious class skewage. There are almost no axe users, and way too many myrmadons. (what else is new).

Just got a +atk/-spd siegbert. How usable is that? (note that he is my second 5* cavalry unit, after reinhardt.) I am F2P, and already used up all of my orbs on this banner, so this is the only siegbert I am likely to get. Note that I only have 4* units for inheritable skills, plus a copy of swift sparrow 2 (on a katarina with a bad nature)
