That moment when healers have better strength growths than Rinkah

Started a lunatic run and in chapter 2 Corrin misses a 97% chance to hit, Rinkah then kills Felicia. You've got to love not having true hit.

I'm going +Strength/-Defense and I'm going to marry Olivia. Chrom and Sumia will be paired together. I don't want to miss out on the second character and having access to all classes is nice.

Best memory for me was chrom/F!MU surviving the enemy phase in endgame Lunatic classic. Morgan was a grandmaster with high stats all around, Lucina was paired with him as a great knight, Chrom was a paladin with mostly capped stats and F!MU was a sage with forged celica's gales. I brought along Olivia and cordelia. I move all my units up turn 1. Turn 2, Lucina and Morgan KO the berserker in the middle below Grima,Chrom and F!MU attacks Grima and gets an Aether proc, losing some hp. Olivia dances for Lucina and she then gets an Aether proc, Olivia and Cordelia kick the bucket as enemy phase kicks in, all the enemies target Chrom and MU, every attack was either a missed or dual guard proc. Chrom had 24 HP left from Grima's Ignis and Grima had just enough hp for chrom to Aether proc, 3 turning the chapter without galeforce.

So I just unlocked Lunatic+ classic and I'm planning on doing a run. I had done a vanilla lunatic run on casual and classic, both runs had me solo with F!MU and Chrom and just getting Morgan. I have the bloodlines pack and rogues pack as well as the golden gaffie and exponential growth. I want to use the children and want to know what are the best possible pairings for them, as well as the skills and classes to take. Should I use F!MU this run or M!MU and what asset/flaw if you are getting MU!'s children? I don't have any knowledge about optimizing pairings and don't have the final dlc.

you got Deidre right? she can use the silence staff to silence the dark mage at the last castle. there are hints on what to do in this game.

healers don't gain exp for healing in this game, they have to dodge attacks to gain exp. Marth is amazing in this game, use him. Jeigan is great he'll remain useful. trading is odd in this game.

how does rng manipulation work in this game?

not having to rely on rng abuse for good level ups before getting some of the scrolls early. isn't getting good levels essential for ranked runs?

Is 0% growths easier in general for ranked runs for this game?

Also, is F!Avatar still the best for Lunatic?

You first get to the deploy menu in chapter 8. if any items are important in storing, it's door keys and lock picks. you'll need lots of them later on. since you are chapter 3, after returning all the kids to their respective houses and visiting all of those houses, here is what you want to do next: Using the storage system put away any lances or javelins that you got, as you get a Pegasus rider in chapter 5 who won't be able to use them until she's outdoors. Give the shield ring to Leaf and any other rings you picked up as he will become one of your most useful units for chapters 4-7. Give any of your good items like the fire sword, armorslayer and scrolls to leaf and lifis as they will help out a lot in the next few chapters. Actually, you may not even need a lot of items as it's best to have around four or three items in Leaf and lifis' inventory as you can escape chapter 4 quicker. Give lifis the chest key from the bishop who had the door key as well as lifis' lock pick, you don't get another lock pick until chapter 5 but one of the units you get next chapter comes with one, use her as capture bait. Trade the brave axe to Dagda as he will want it when he returns for chapter 8's gaiden. I think there is a limit on the skill manuals as only some bosses, villages and chests have them. Big tip: Don't give the wrath manual to anybody that has vantage as they nullify each other! Same for giving the vantage manual to someone who has wrath, unlike in FE4, where vantage activates with low hp as well as wrath, Thracia has vantage always activate regardless of who attacked first and wrath activates on enemy phase since anybody can critical without needing the skill for it.

Just use who you like. no reason to use everyone as you really want to focus on leveling units you plan to pair together.
