Did a search in this topic and no mention of the swimsuit outfits being in the data in the US release, but not available. So here I am wondering if there would be a way to use cheats to purchase/unlock them? That is, if they are still fully functional. Is it bad that I won't play this game until it's done so? I haven't opened the Special Edition yet. (Well, I haven't played it yet cause I'm focused on last minute FFXIV things lol)

Might need to test more dumps later, but the logbook data didn't change location for my Avatar on a new file. It was in the exact same offset as another file. Changing the hair color was simple. In fact, it'll even change the sprite in My Castle once you move after applying it. Btw does this game have an Avatar Logbook like Awakening? Like I can save my Avatar into the Logbook?

Nice thank you. Now to get the QR Code to work while in Emunand. It works fine on Sysnand, but Emunand doesn't do anything when trying to dump. Maybe the browser in emunand needs to be downgraded? IDK, I'll figure it out later lol.

I've yet to do a dump. But does following the logbook pointer bring you to the logbook data like awakening. And is there a hair color value there to? I'm still using emunand and think I'll look into that CFW so i can do dumps. With emunand I can't remove the SD card to make the code; Because if it's like Awakening I think the logbook data moves around. Any recommendations or links to tutorials for installing that CFW?

Nice, so the structure for the character data is the same as Awakening pretty much lol. Where's a good place to do the FCRAM dump? At MyCastle? Time to give my avatar the same hair color I did for Awakening!

I haven't been here in a while, but I figured I'd ask here. A friend's 3DS is on 8.X, is there a way to bump his FW to 9.2ish? Or what game would do that but keep the browser hack intact?

I wonder what the official English names are for the Japanese version. Like for awakening I see people say Gaius's name was Gaia, but the art book says its "Guire". Make me wonder how many are wrong. Heh. Reminds me of the whole "Bills/Beers" thing with DBZ

I'm not saying it was Outrealms. But it was Outrealms. Or could be the kids that grew up with new names to differentiate form the time travel kids. Or we will never know. That's pretty much all the options.

Y'know, someone else brought up a really interesting point (I was thinking the same), how these Awakening units we're seeing may be the children units born after Grima was defeated. The parents gave them different names to differentiate from the children that came from the future. They're out and about traveling or whatever, and if so, the game won't show us a "canon" father to keep that true to player's head-canon or something. Ties the two games a bit, but it isn't overbearing. Or the easiest explanation:

Thank you Rey for the video translation. The most important thing I noticed with the StreetPass battles is that there is no exp for the Nohr version. Also, I wonder what it means by choosing to recruit a character, not just the other Avatar. Were the names already mentioned here? Also that red hair the one male Avatar has isn't bad at all. I might not need to hack my color in. :D I've always hated how sketchy GameXplain is with the rehosting of videos to get revenue.

Welp, I think last thing I'm gonna do is get the 20 different Avatar hair colors. FE14 and Heavensward are just around the corner.

Gateway has a mode called "Classic Mode" which lets you launch cartridges while in emunand. That's what I'll try doing.

Haha, well yea. Just thought I'd bring it up, because I was wondering what the pointer would be for a Maiden!Lucina. Man I hope If can be RAM dumped like Awakening, and I hope the structure is the same for the character roster at least. I must give my Kamui the same red hair color my Robin has lol. EDIT: Oh, I get it. It's "Dummy" cause the player has to be a dummy if they don't have Chrom shipped by then. mirite (no just drunk)
