I usually end up doing the levin sword shenanigans with merric. even if he doesnt max magic as long as its 20 as a swordmaster he kills everything with it.

so that people dont think i have abandoned this. i am currently trying to get my chapter 2 turn count down. the only way i can complete it atm is by sacrificing one of my drafted units, having 2 archers before chapter 4 hurts when the enemies hit for 10+ damage.i can get it done by turtling but thats counterproductive.

yes he is, makes chapter 1 go way faster. I also now know how you got 6 turns. probably would have been a turn or 2 more without wrys. I killed every unit in the chapter before the boss and had all my units alive.

ok so far i have chapter 1 done. Chapter 1 14/14 Probably could complete this in 12 turns by actually sacrificing my meatshields but from my experience on chapter 3 in h5 mode has made me believe ill need all the spare meat shields i can get. For the most part draug and gordin do bait chip along with the meat shields. draug is a good meat shield on this level due to only taking 2 or 3 damage from most units and not getting doubled. recruited wrys for more meat shields and had gordin and draug chip the pirate after jagen counter attacked and killed him with jagen as marths hp was too low to not die if he got hit. could probably figure out how to rig a crit that seems like a lot of work. Ill probably see if i can get a lower turn count after chapter 3 so i know about how many meat shield ill need to comfortably leave the sooth sires on the right alone since i didnt draft navarre.

for the purpose of turns does baiting with an undrafted unit count as meatshielding? if not i got to redo chapter 1.

just because you draft them doesnt mean you have to use them. granted it does make it harder. and sweet, so far all the characters up to chapter 4 have been drafted. Only one from that one that hasnt is mathis.

I believe strykerz said 3, but he had to check. im fine with 3 tbh. its 5 i cant beat.
