I don't think I can improve it in time without spamming crests. Still training Armors and Minerva! I think I'll be camping at this rank.
  2. Yes, Area of Effect. You mean right? That's where the Sword Cavalier is. If you really meant left, Sword Cav is more likely to go south, not west. And uh, if the AI works in the worst case scenario, Lance Peg might try to go towards Palla. So: Assuming 4* Level 40 Sharena w/ Silver Lance: 41 Attack isn't enough to kill Sword Cavalier unless she's boosted +2 Attack. If you Smite her while she's just in range of Sword Cavalier, she can bait both Lance Peg and Sword Cav but she won't have enough time to get to Sword Peg unless Sword Peg gets baited to the right (not likely since Palla is closer and Sword Peg doesn't have WTD against her). Palla by herself can't kill Michalis in time before his AoE special goes off, I would assume. And when he does that, she's going to be set to 1 HP (it's too high of damage) and die just from his sheer power. Virion, not sure on. Can he 1RKO the Pegs? He's definitely not doubling them.
  3. Not in the slightest for suggestion. That was me giving you the numbers if you wanted to try Palla and a different magic-user. In that if you can make up those numbers I posted, you would be set to kill Michalis. You probably don't have a -Atk Palla like I did but she is hitting one of Michalis' highest stats regardless. A magic-user of some kind will definitely help against him. Since you're lacking a couple core units (Red Tome, hard-hitting Blue or Green Tome, or Narcian), you can try a defensive strategy where you go into a corner and outlast them. You'll want to rid yourself of Michalis for sure because his AoE Special is just too much damage if it goes off. After that, dance/heal/attack while your tanks fend them off. Thankfully, you can use physical tanks in this match-up because there are no magic-users for the enemy team. If possible, separate Michalis from the fliers so no boosting for him. Your dancer/healer/ranged attacker would be safe due to no range from enemy team. If you're still having trouble, you may want to raise Narcian (Level 40 3* will do) so he can relieve you of the Lance Peg pressure. Good luck!
  4. @Anacybele I saw you were trying to use Palla and M!Robin, though I know you don't have 5* M!Robin or probably a +Atk M!Robin (and in my case, they had to be both at once). I'm making assumptions given my data and what I think I know of your team's natures: Your Level 40 4* Palla (that isn't -Atk) doesn't need a hard Attack boost like mine did. 38 * 1.2 (from WTA) * 1.2 (from Ruby Sword) = 54.72 = either 54 or 55. My +Atk M!Robin's 47 Attack x 0.8 (from WTD) = 37.6 = either 37 or 38. Danced on Turn 2. I put "either"s because I'm no master of Heroes' damage formula yet but if you hit these thresholds or go above, I think you would be okay. To easier hit the magic threshold, you want a Red Tome (which I think you said you didn't really have? correct me if I'm wrong). A hard-hitting Green or Blue Tome can do with higher numbers. But that's all it is at that point: numbers. If you can somehow make up for them, you're set to kill Michalis. Killing his lackeys, though... That's on you. My M!Robin had Swordbreaker 3 which definitely makes the fight much easier, else I can't 1RKO the Sword Cavalier and 2RKO the Sword Peg with him.
  5. According to the list Eclipse has, I'm was the only M!Robin user (up until Folt did it). Don't I feel special. For anyone that wants to know how the Michalis bait with -Atk Palla and +Atk M!Robin worked: - They both were Atk boosted by Olivia's Hone Attack 3 (+4 Atk) on the phases they were attacked/attacking - Palla proc'd Moonbow the turn after Michalis got baited - M!Robin had just enough damage to kill Michalis with two attacks (provided by Olivia's Dance) And if I remember correctly, M!Robin was doing 18 damage a hit. That's 36 damage from M!Robin and Palla made up for the rest. -Atk Palla has 34 Attack and +Atk M!Robin has 43 Attack. Boosted: 38 Attack and 47 Attack, respectively. Conclusion: If you have Olivia's Hone Attack 3 and assuming the same -Atk Palla, a Blue Tome with 47 Attack and danced by Olivia should take out Michalis. If anyone wants me to give more exact data by retrying the map, I can. Don't mind spending a stamina potion. Trying to train up armors and Minerva anyways...
  6. 'eyyyyyyyy I like Minerva. I'm happy I didn't have to sacrifice an animal to find her. Relatively speaking, didn't have to pull much either. I think I spent a little less than 30-40 Orbs. I don't remember. It's better than the time searching for Ninian. Natures if anyone cares: Considering my trend with -Spd units, I think Minerva getting +Def is okay. It bulks her up, and at least Life and Death 3 will still have her double neutral Spd M!Robin's. I don't have a good team for Nino, per se, but her not getting screwed in the more important stats is definitely good. Not like she was known for taking hits anyways. Bartre's are skill fodder as far as I'm concerned. I already had a +Def/-HP Fae before. I can't hold all these Fae's, haha. Fred's garbage nature and Cecilia's okay I guess. Time for "waiting for a banner I want units out of" again.
  7. I finally got my defense win but... uh... It was led by Draug. I'm happy for the win but really confused at the same time.
  8. 3/22/2017 - offense 4,454; rank 3,426 (1:22AM PST) [deathless] [team #1] 3/22/2017 - offense 4,454; rank 5,756 (11:28PM PST) [deathless] [team #1] 3/23/2017 - offense 4,500; rank 3,636 (1:05AM PST) [deathless] [team #2] Previous team: Team: (all Level 40) +Atk/-Spd Ninian (163), +Res/-HP Ryoma (173; +Vantage 2), +Atk/-Spd M!Robin (159; +Swordbreaker 3), +Spd/-HP Camilla (161) BST: 656 New team: Team: (all Level 40) +Atk/-Spd Ninian (163), +Res/-HP Ryoma (173; +Vantage 2), neutral Sharena (177; +Threaten Spd 3), +Spd/-HP Camilla (161) BST: 674 First time hitting the 4.5K offense! I was feeling the lack of range and Sword-killing that M!Robin provided, but Sharena has been a good debuffing substitute. I need to get better at positioning since Ryoma's Hone Spd 3 and Sharena's Threaten Spd 3 can make someone have +9 Spd over an enemy. Thankfully, there aren't many units that can outspeed Sharena or one-shot her. And while doing this run, thank god the only Linde I saw wasn't a +Spd one. Perhaps I should give Sharena a Seal or a Breaker. I jumped a little over 2K ranks. Hopefully that's enough to keep me in the 10K.
  9. 3/22/2017 - offense 4,454; rank 3,426 (1:22AM PST) [deathless] Team: (all Level 40) +Atk/-Spd Ninian (163), +Res/-HP Ryoma (173; +Vantage 2), +Atk/-Spd M!Robin (159; +Swordbreaker 3), +Spd/-HP Camilla (161) BST: 656 Is this the highest I've gotten? I won't count on me sticking in the top 10K since it seems 4.5K offense is the threshold to stay there, but Ninian has definitely been helping. Final Boss didn't include what my team counters most (Swords) but thankfully M!Robin can deal with Bows Jorge and Takumi fine. I'm praying to pull Minerva to boost the BST. Though Fury on M!Robin and Camilla I guess I would fix my BST a little. Also a Wings of Mercy for either Camilla or Minerva if I pull her. Maybe I'll pull many Frederick's finding the elusive Minerva.
  10. Unfortunately, I'm short on dupes of Shove/Pivot. Still, I'll have a go with Draug and even Gunter for the Cavalry quest. Thanks!
  11. I do already have a 4* Gwendolyn from pulling her. So you think unlocking a Draug might be worth it? And the rest could be 3* but Level 40? +HP/-Atk 4* Gwendolyn, +HP/-Res 3* Gwendolyn, +Def/-Res 3* Gwendolyn, neutral Draug is the line-up. No qualms doing the raising. The Feather dump is where I'm concerned.
  12. I have the Armors but is it even possible or worthwhile to raise them to Level 40 as 3* and attempt 10th Stratum? I mean, I have the Feathers but not the willingness to unlock two Gwendolyn's and a Draug. Still doing the Fliers and Cavalry quests. Feel bad I wasted a few Light's Blessings after forgetting Jagen and Palla had skills to boost their respective types. At least I still have more than 10 lying around...
  13. 6+1 unlocked. Marth, Roy, Ryoma, Ninian, M!Robin, Camilla, and Sharena for unlocked. There's not really many I want now because they're 5*.
  14. 3/15/2017 - Offense 4,341; Rank 12,929 (6:40PM PST)3/17/2017 - Offense 4,438; Rank 10,034 (2:14PM PST) [deathless] 3/20/2017 - Offense 4,438; Rank 13,573 (6:57AM PST) Doing the Arena quests and not having another deathless run, I think it's good enough I was in this spot. There's only so many times I can deal with Linde's and not have a single person dying. I don't even care about Swords, Reds, or Takumi's at this point. It's only her being positioned so far back on maps I can't get to her right away. I can't wait for Ninian's time just to tell Linde to go away.
  15. I posted my strategy before. Team: Narcian, Palla, M!Robin, and Olivia. Though warning: M!Robin had Swordbreaker 3. Narcian and Palla (Attack boosted) bait Lance Peg and Michalis. Palla (-Atk, hurgh) and M!Robin (+Atk) (both Attack boosted) need to work together to kill Michalis after one Moonbow proc. Narcian needs to intercept Infantry Lance. M!Robin clears Swords due to Swordbreaker. That's the general gist of my strategy.
  16. I would recommend Narcian. Level 40 4* easily takes out Lance Peg without any boosts and he can tango with the Infantry Lance no sweat. Tharja's good for Michalis. Catria's probably good for the Sword Peg and Sword Cavalier. As long as you can dance for them and manage the limited space you have to maneuver, you should be okay, I think. My earlier attempts without Palla had Michalis head east for Narcian, so I think Catria can safely move into range of the Sword Peg and not Michalis. Hopefully he'll move towards Catria in a way Tharja can get to him.
  17. Done Hard and Lunatic. It cost me a few stamina potions. I'll talk about Lunatic strategy below: Team: (all Level 40) 5* +Atk/-Spd M!Robin (Swordbreaker 3 inherited), 4* +Res/-Atk Olivia, 4* +Res/-Atk Palla, 4* neutral Narcian 1) set-up phase. Palla will want Hone Attack 3 because she's going to face Michalis Turn 2. 2) Narcian gets in range of Lance Peg and Palla gets in range of Michalis. M!Robin and Palla want that Olivia Hone Attack 3. Olivia is positioned west of Palla (very important) 3) Lance Peg dies on Narcian. Michalis and Palla trade blows. 4) Moonbow's ready to proc. Palla hits Michalis. 5) Because Palla and M!Robin were boosted, M!Robin hits Michalis from Palla's south. Olivia dances M!Robin. M!Robin has enough damage to kill Michalis. 6) Narcian moves west. This is why Olivia had to be west. She moves out of the way for him to go towards Infantry Lance. 7) The Sword Peg moves towards Palla (moves north of Palla) 8) Narcian attacks the Infantry Lance. Can't kill. However, he doesn't get damaged on counter. He'll kill Infantry Lance on enemy phase. 9) M!Robin kills the Sword Cavalier (Swordbreaker) 10) Palla moves southwest so she doesn't get hit by Sword Peg 11) M!Robin moves in range of Sword Peg for baiting (don't want her moving west towards Narcian) 12) Move Palla out of the way so M!Robin and Olivia can take out the Sword Peg (Swordbreaker) 13) Complete! Hope in the future I pull Minerva. Always had a soft spot for her.
  18. Ah, that is a good point. I was thinking of something where I could set up her getting more hits on initiation, but Wings of Mercy should be good. Thanks!
  19. First thing I think of Seals. If he's targeting things that can't attack back, then Seals guarantee stat downs and help your other units. Poison Strike or any Breakers are probably okay. What is a B skill for Camilla? Mine's a +Spd/-HP. Maybe Desperation?
  20. 3/15/2017 - Offense 4,341; Rank 12,929 (6:40PM PST) 3/17/2017 - Offense 4,438; Rank 10,034 (2:14PM PST) [deathless] Team: M!Robin [+Atk/-Spd] (159), Ryoma [+Res/-HP] (173), Camilla [+Spd/-HP] (161), Sully [+Spd/-HP] (151) BST: 644 Note: All Level 40. All 5* except 4* Sully. I'll be <30K at this rate. Giving that M!Robin Swordbreaker 3 and Ryoma Vantage 2 has been pretty worth it in my eyes. M!Robin has effectively become the Eater of Swords, laughing at any Ryoma, Lyn, Lucina, or even Eirika he sees. Bonus if there's a Takumi paired up with a Sword. Even though I can't buy Vantage 3 yet, Ryoma's Vantage 2 is the same HP threshold as Defiant Attack 3. Ryoma survives? Say hi to +7 Attack that you'll never go first against. A few seasons of dancing Ninian is going to be fun. I've scored a high Defense win but I'm considering swapping the Olivia that's there for Ninian once she's Level 40. A team of M!Robin, Ryoma, Ninian, and Abel might be too anti-Red though...
  21. The armor one is probably going to be undoable for me. Two 3* Gwendolyn's, one 4* Gwendolyn, and 2* free Draug. Unless I get really lucky with the RNG for 10th Stratum and feel like raising armors that high. It kind of sucks but at least it's something to work towards grinding SP. And I agree with @Lushen and @Othin to an extent. They're options/quests. Sucks it taunts you that you could have more Orbs that you're not likely to get, but the offer is there for others who have the armors but--for example--not the cavalry or flying. The armor quests are actually what got me into considering keeping four of a movement type/weapon type at the least.
  22. I decided to give that newer Abel to M!Robin. Can't say if it was a smart decision but man is it a satisfying one. Oh and when I get that Vantage 3 onto Ryoma, sacrificing the only Lon'qu I had that was a 3* initially and had decent IVs (+Atk/-Def)... I think heads will roll. Still deciding on who I'm feeding my spare Adult Tiki to. Lightning Breath to Ninian or Defiant Attack 3 to M!Robin.
  23. She can. Edit: Thoughts on which Abel to feed M!Robin for Swordbreaker 3? I have Level 40 4* Abel that's +HP/-Res and one that's newer that's +Atk/-Def. +HP helps Swordbreaker and overall bulk, +Atk has better synergy with the Brave Lance. I would settle for the new Sully I got but I encounter neutral Attack M!Robin's enough that Swordbreaker 2 won't cut it.
  24. Been thinking it over more: +Atk/-Spd M!Robin Ignis, Rally Speed, Defiant Attack, Swordbreaker Due to low Speed, he has a problem maxing out his damage. He hits like a truck--but only once. So he's gonna need some help fixing this with things like Breaker skills. Swordbreaker would be consistent as long as he doesn't drop that low. The Rally Speed is when he can't reach combat. +Spd/-HP Camilla Rally Defense, Deathblow, Poison Strike, Threaten Attack She's harder for me to think of. Deathblow vs. Darting Blow is hard to say since her targets either can't counter or will likely die anyways. Poison Strike is more there because I can't think of a B skill she wants. Threaten Attack because Savage Blow hasn't proven that useful for me, and she can fly to areas they might not be able to get her but she has AoE with Threaten. Edit: I wasn't ready to post but the browser forced the post. I'll leave this here for now. Me rambling about what would be good for them.
  25. I'm thinking of passing my +Atk/-Spd M!Robin a spare Adult Tiki's Defiant Attack and a spare Abel's Swordbreaker 3. The dude's gonna eat Swords and gain charges for Bonfire. Defiant Speed only helps to stop being doubled but it would have been more useful if he wasn't -Spd so I think Defiant Attack is better. Question is: do I sack my Level 40 +HP/-Res Abel or my spare one that's +Atk/-Def? I've honestly never felt he needed more Attack but I haven't been using Abel in Arena for a while. A consideration to make is that 4* Abel can pass Swordbreaker 3 but 4* Sully can only pass Swordbreaker 2. It's a weird case where the same series don't have the same rarity requirement between characters.
