Was this Lunatic only? I remember playing Hard for Awakening and being able to load from battle saves to RNG abuse.

I'm having the same results, so I'm wondering if this was already confirmed. In all the past games, I could change the order of my actions and manipulate the RNG to give better level ups to my characters. Here, no matter where I move or who I hit first, the stat gains are always the same. Googling this, I found a similar report on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/fireemblem/comments/3b6bf7/fates_level_up_rng_strangeness/) that speculated the RNG for level gains was set at the start of the chapter. If true, restarting the entire chapter would give different stat ups, but once you start it, they're set so no matter how many times we reload a battle save the level ups will be the same, preventing us from fixing it to get better stats mid-chapter.

Oh, by special endings, I meant the paired character endings. Geoffrey/Elincia, Boyd/Mist, Jill/Haar, Sothe/Micaiah, etc.

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks for answering that question, both of you. So I know now that it only transfers from one file, so I should aim for the support convos in PoR again in the new file. And just to clarify, so I have to use Makalov, Boyd in RD again, and get another A support to view the ending, or no, as long as I have the PoR A support, I'm fine?

Oh, I remember these chapters -__- They became one of my most hated chapters. Since I'm a perfectionist when it comes to FE (go figure, it's one of the things I care about), I BEXP abuse as much as I can to get ready for Radiant Dawn. So I tried going the sneaky way on that prison mission, checking enemy movement ranges, making sure I wouldn't get caught. But all I did was go around in circles, trying to dodge the guards @_@ I tried 3 times....all I got was a lot of wasted hours for my effort. I finally just decided to kill all the guards for being so nosy and alerting ppl when I was trying to jailbreak sneakily *evil grin* Oh, and the laguz mission was even worse. That one offered a LOT of BEXP for not killing any of them, so I tried so hard, checking every transform bar, staying out of the ranges of the bird tribes. And still ended up failing miserably. Either Sothe got killed, or Lethe when trying to reach Stephen would get killed, or the people I sent to rescue Sothe/Lethe would get killed. In the end, I just settled for killing as little as possible.

Well, like someone said before, they hate the smell of beorc weapons. It was mentioned several times in PoR, but I'm not sure about Radiant Dawn. At least, Lethe mentioned it several times. For example, when Lethe mentioned the armor of the soldiers in the Crimea Liberation Army. It's also a matter of pride. Lethe sneered at the defenseless beorc, who were basically defenseless without a weapon. So none of the laguz want to stoop to the level of a beorc, and that's why they don't use weapons.

Yeah, that was the question. But then you two would be disagreeing. Fireman says I have to get an A support in Radiant Dawn too, which would mean I have to use Makalov T_T but then, Fox says I only have to have the A support in PoR, which would mean I don't have to use them in Radiant Dawn....

So, I was going to start my second PoR runthrough to get ready for Radiant Dawn (still don't have a Wii yet T_T and my first runthrough sucked, very few maxed, concentrated on too many units), when my mind thought of two very important questions that I couldn't answer, despite following Radiant Dawn since it was announced <.< 1) We all know there's certain special endings for some characters, if they had an A support in PoR (Astrid and Makalov, for example). Because of that, I was forced to use some ppl I would normally not even consider using....I'm looking at you, Makalov. My question was, do I still have to use Makalov in Radiant Dawn and get an A support with Astrid again in it, to read their special ending? Or can I safely ditch Makalov, but still get to read the special ending because I already have A support in PoR? 2) When the Wii checks for A supports in PoR, to determine if I get to read the special ending, does it base it off of one playthrough, or the entire support library? Like, for example, in my first playthrough, I got all the A supports that I wanted. Ike and Soren, Makalov and Astrid, Boyd and Mist, Geoffrey and Elincia....but now, in my second playthrough, I was wondering if I could try for different support conversations, to fill out the support library. Or do I just have to get A support in all the special pairs again, if I want to view the special endings? Thank you for reading this. EDIT: Oh, and in case anyone knows, if I'll be playing Easy Mode for Radiant Dawn, about how many characters can I hope to max out completely? As in, 20/20/20? Thanks!

Are you missing some FE7 support conversations? Cuz I can fill them in for you...or if you just haven't updated yet, then ignore me XD

But Florina owns Heath! Well, and she's cute, and you get that CG in the end with Hector and Florina. But then again, there's no reason to not use ALL the flyers...

Karel, just cuz he had the name Sword Demon. Well, and he was a swordmaster, and swordmaster crits were pretty cool compared to others in the game. And I loved Wo Dao. It was *crit, kill*, *crit, kill* over and over again. and then the Wo Dao broke T_T

Er....I actually love the stories of all the FEs. Is that just me? <.< FE10's owns though...FE9 second, since it's connected to FE10. =)
