The avatar will be male with strength boon and defense bane. His talent class is as Spear Fighter. His partner will be Velouria with Camilla as her mom. Thank you for your suggestions. That's definitely a solid idea for long term grinding purposes. I kinda wish arena wasn't limited to 3 per day too. With stamina gauge it's understandable, but arena shouldn't exactly be limited.

Are there specific maps I should grind my lv 40 units for SP? What units should I use for passing skill inheritance? Currently, my team consist of Brave Lucina, Hector, Tharja, and Lachesis. Lucina is my main unit who's always the backbone of the team with providing passive stat supports. Hector is just a damn great tank with distance counter. Tharja just snipe from distance. Lachesis is a filler staff user for healing purposes. What changes should I make to the team to make them stronger? This is a post about Fire Emblem Awakening's Dual Strike mechanic. Since a long time ago, people have claimed to never do the Vantage + Vengeance combo unless the pairing has near 100% Dual Strike rate. The only single pair that can achieve near 100% Dual Strike rate is Lucina + her spouse. This is why I'm trying to do calculation for Dual Strike rate and put that claim to the test. The only dislike I have about this game is the enemy's same turn reinforcement. I used to play on Lunatic, then Lunatic+, and then dumbing it down to Hard mode, and finally Normal difficulty. I hated the grinding ever since I've done it on Lunatic and Lunatic+. It just turns the game into something that isn't turn-based strategy game anymore. Now I prefer playing on Normal mode with handicaps so I don't overpower the enemy. That mean no pair-up, no exp grinding/skirmish with random risen spawn on map, and no low manning bc that's too easy. I will not play the paralogue until after the endgame. Anyway to limit experience gain to focus on least turn count is what I'll do. As for DLC, I'll only do those after I beat Grima. That's just my way I suppose. I got sick of all the surprises from the same turn enemy reinforcements on Lunatic, Lunatic+, and Hard mode. Now that I'm getting older and started working more hours I feel that Normal is just the right difficulty for me. Normal difficulty doesn't force me to restart over and over to react to unexpected enemy spawn.

Like, are they actually from the Future Past DLC that the Shepards of our timeline went to save from Grima, instead of the same children who appear in FE Awakening timeline that we played? That's what I'd like to think anyways.

I'd recommend Lucina. I mean, she's awesome with Dual Strike+ and the daughter of your best friend. Morgan will inherit Aether and excellent Speed stat from Sumia!Lucina that allows her to double attack her father. Lucina has the most important cut scenes and has one of the most touching scripts in the Hot Spring when she's the Male Avatar's spouse. And she's in the Super Smash Bros with Male Avatar. :D

Mine is a Street Pass Shop! It has every imaginable items, equipments, and stat boosters for sale. However, if they want a skirmish then they would be facing all Sage/Sorcerer with Limit Breakers, Luna, Vantage, Lethality, and Aggressor/Faires/Breakers/Miracle/Vengeance. All units are given Celica's Gale to raise chance of activating any skill.

I guess the most people would say that Female Avatar and Male Morgan are the stronger combination. Reason being the 3rd generation Male Morgan who have +11 Strength/+10 Magic. What about the Male Avatar and Female Morgan? I guess the niche of Male Avatar is more choices for two kids to pass down his skills and stats to. Topic of Male vs Female Avatar will likely involve 2nd gen vs 3rd gen Morgans. Here are the short comparison to start things off: Female Avatar has Galeforce and Male Morgan, who inherite Galeforce and can learn Aggressor, and may have exclusive skill such as Rightful King or Conquerer. Female Avatar has limited option for two kids, the only choice is marrying Chrom. Male Avatar has Aggressor and Female Morgan, who can learn Galeforce and Male exclusive skill, but may inherite unique skills like Aether or Shadowgift. Male Avatar has many many female suitors for two kids. Which gender of the Avatar and Morgan do you think is stronger?

I voted for Sumia with Chrom, while Olivia with Libra. Here's why. With Sumia as her mom, Lucina gets Tomefaire and slightly higher speed modifier. With Chrom as her dad, the Pega Pony Princess Cynthia gets the exclusive Aether that stacks well with Luna. As for Inigo, having Libra as father grants him Tomefaire and Sorcerer class. Inigo's natural access to Armsthrift cries for Vantage-Vengeance Sorcerer/sage class set up. If Cynthia were to have Henry as dad instead, Cynthia could try to mimic Inigo, but that's not possible because she doesn't have access to Vantage and Armsthrift. To sum it up, some of the optimized pairings would be Sumia x Chrom and Olivia x Libra.

Luna+ and Counter are biggest foes for me. It would've been more fun without Counter on every units...
