Well I'll be... It worked. I just needed to send out a streetpass team for Awakening. Never really thought to send one out considering the odds of coming across another japanese awakening is slim to none

Does anyone know how to obtain the Emblem Shield in Fire Emblem Fates? In http://serenesforest.net/fire-emblem-fates/my-castle/accessory-shop/ [Emblem Shield] is listed under the Accessory Shop list as an obtainable item; it's most likely a special item. It goes on to say " Some accessories are instead obtained by interacting with Amiibo characters, by having played Awakening, from SpotPass or by reaching an S Rank support level." I have all the Amiibos, but none of them give you the Emblem Shield. I've reached S Rank support on multiple files and even maxed out the hearts for the Skinship and only unlocked the Love Bracelet and Swimsuit, which leaves "Having played Awakening" and "SpotPass" as the only remaining options according to the guide. I've beaten the Japanese release of Awakening, but received nothing. I haven't unlocked all the renown rewards, but according to the renown list in said guide it's not listed as a renown reward anyway. All in all how the hell do you get this accessory? Yes, it is in the game. I've personally seen it worn on another avatar when visiting another My Castle. It's the Shin Monsho no Nazo's version of the Emblem.
