Hoshido, obviously. Garon, Nohr's King, just attempted to murder me, not once but twice [orders to Hans, Ganglari]. Going back to him is sheer insanity. And if the Nohrian "siblings" are still going to fight for him even after this, then clearly they've chosen Garon's side over my side and thus they've betrayed me to when I needed them the most. Going by the game's own story cutscenes, he can't even HURT Garon until he achieves Noble Yato/Shadow Yato. Anankos is killed with the even more powerful Omega Yato.

Corrin's name is now "Dudeface". - A word for a person or random person. Depending on the tone of voice, it can be used as a substitute for a name or as an insult. Chose this because years back, on one of the few times I actually played Dungeons and Dragons, the party had encountered an antagonist of a not yet revealed name, so the Gamemaster provisionally called the antagonist "Dudeface" before we learned what his name was as he described the guy's actions.

You get 1 mine/spring each for a Conquest and Birthright resource [like Crystal and Coral] and you get 1 orchard/farmland each for a Conquest and Birthright resource. Its randomly determined.

Corrin/Caeldori - great taste. Kaze/Azura - Midori likes Luck +4 for further abuse of Proftieer. Jakob/Felicia - not that good except if doing it to get Hero to Jakob for some reason. Silas/Mozu. Should be okay for Mozu, and Sophie (like most kids) likes Aptitude. Ryoma/Rinkah - excellent. Takumi/Oboro - okay; not the best pairing and some redundancies, but not a bad one. Hana does really well here. Saizo/Sakura - hybird Asgui, right? Kaden/Setsuna - I'd be a bit worried about too low STR here, but they do get crazy speed. Hinata/Hana - Death Blow on crit classes is nice, although a bit awkward to learn. Subaki/Hinoka - excellent pairing. Note that if going phys/mag hybrid Sakura may be a good option for Caeldori - but if going physical Caeldori, this is an excellent pairing that gives her lots of stats and Dragon Vein.

Conquest Lunatic for me was done with the Rescue-Pass method, with a +MAG/-LCK Nohr Noble, capped in STR courtesy of Energy Drops, boosted by rallies, Gunther, tonics, etc. Becaues +MAG/-LCK isn't the most STR-heavy build, I needed to compensate with more damage boosters [Elbow Room, STR+2, and Trample], gained from Friendship with Silas and marriage to Camilla. And of course, needed to rely on a random Dragon Fang. Gave boots to Corrin to help cheese the prior chapter easily to get to Ch. 28 quickly, where victory depended on Dragon Fang procs.

Build the forge/smithy building [don't recall exact name]. Have 5 ores of any other type. Go to Ore Exchange. Trade those 5 ores for 1 Crystal. Congratulations. You now have Crystal. You can bet it in the Arena then to win extra copies.

Most pairing setups need to throw SOMEONE under the bus in terms of their stats/classes to let everyone else be better. So its fine. Percy will have a 20% personal magic growth and 15% class growth in this setup.

Great Knight Rinkah!Caeldori (Rinkah x Silas, Caeldori A+ Sophie). Hint - she'll give her husband +2 Str, +2 Spd, +7 Def, +1 Move, so she's a good pair-up bot.

I assume you are grinding as you basically list everyone. You marrying Selena denies you one of the kids, but I assume you don't mind this [your user image is Selena and Selena!Kana (by the way, who drew that for you?)] couple represents your Fates waifu, so I won't deny you that. Odin x Elise is a standard one for me. Silas x Camilla makes a nice Sophie and you can get a really big damage output Camilla with Axefaire (A+ Beruka) Trample and Luna (Silas). Yeah, a lot of these are good in general. Arthur x Felicia is odd, but most work well.

Do you mean a no-grind playthrough? What's your boon, bane, and talent? Most of your units will be phased out for the royals, with perhaps only a few early-joining units or kids mixed in, and most of the mid-game non-royal characters left by the wayside.

Kaze x Rinkah as Kaze really benefits from STR/DEF pair-up. Silas with Hana or Hinoka (both give him lots of SPD).

Well, yeah, I look up the fan-translations posted on pastebin/tumblr and the like (as linked to in the SerenesForest thread), but that's only because they [Nintendo] were taking so long. Gameplay wise, its the way to get infinite Great Lords and Lodestars.

True, you can do it easily enough, but it just feels "fitting" to use Yato to finish it off.

Well, her personal only works in the Noble classes (although one could just ignore the personal). But you raise good points: DLC classes or Malig Knight are legitimate options. Kana Malig Knight pairs up for this bonus to Ignatius: +2 Mag, +4 Spd, +2 Def, +3 Res, +1 Move

I was leaning to that. Historically, I've done Dark Knight Avatars, but I can just pick that up for Corrin via A Leo or A Oin. And even if I didn't, I still get Yato access back for things like the final battle by just reverting to my base tree's promoted Nohr Noble. But yeah, Malig Caeldori could get Trample (from Malig) and Tomefaire (from Sakura directly or from inherited Onmyoji from Sakura). Who should be her Friendship buddy? Sophie, Rhajat, or Nina? Do you have any suggestions for Friendship Seals, or 2nd generation Friendship/Partners? EDIT: Should I marry/S-rank Kana to Ignatius? Noting the earlier suggestion of DK Ignatius, Nohr Noble Sakura!Caeldori!Kana[+MAG/-LCK type] would grant him a +5 Spd bonus and a +2 Str/+2Mag/+1 Skl/+3 Res bonus… so at maxes, his standard DK 27 Spd (Nyx actually makes his SPD mod neutral, rather than negative) becomes 32 with Kana Nohr Noble help. DK Ingatius offers +1 Str, +4 Mag, +2 Spd, +4 Def, +1 Move. Also, if Ignatius goes A+ Seigbert, he can get PavGis and Kana can run Nohrian Trust to benefit rom it. Kana's support bonus should be +15 Hit, +6 Crit, +10 Dodge; Ignatius grants +15 Hit, +12 Crit instead if I calculate right.

Supports won't carry over as logbook characters, considered as generics, don't get the supports that the regular versions of them do.

It stores those 5 characters in your logbook so you can: 1.) Pay gold to recruit Einherjar versions of them on other playthroughs (even in the opposite route). They will have no supports and will be treated as generics, but they'll keep all stats, levels, and equipped skills that they had on them at the time. 2.) Use them to buy skills from the logbook for the actual version of the same unit on another playthrough or route. Example: On one file, you have Kagero marry Ryoma and she learns Swordfaire when you reclass her to Swordmaster. You equip Swordfaire to Kagero, then beat the game and save her in the logbook. Now you can take any of your Kageros in any future file (Birthright or Revelation, she's not playable in Conquest) and buy Swordfaire for her from your logbook version of Kagero without her having to marry someone to reclass into Swordmaster first.

Do you think I should take Mage talent (Corrin gets Dark Mage/Dark Knight/Sorcerer as Heart Seal, Kana gets it as Heart Seal and can pass it to potential buddies and spouses, Caeldori gets it from Partner Seal) or Dragon talent (the same, except for Wyvern Rider/Wyvern Lord/Malig Knight).

Well, one thing I was trying was to mix stuff up substantially from a lot of my prior pairings in prior runs (although some end up staying intact as the others fall into place). Casually done [not casual mode, just not for PvP competition]. Grinding implied to get everyone. Pairing by pairing, this is a rough sense of what I was trying to do. *Caeldori = Subaki xSakura *Kana = Avatar (+MAG/-LCK) x Caeldori I'll take this one as a group. Caeldori is being bred to have a magical-hybrid lean (without totally killing her physical side) as a.) a Prodigy-boosted hybrid [be it physical lance & magical Bolt Naginata Falcon Knight, Basara [possible if Rhajat A+], Dark Knight [possible if Mage talent Corrin is taken], Malig Knight [possible if Dragon talent Corrin is taken], etc.] b.) For certain pair-up bonuses and mods/growths to line up for Kana while still preserving c.) personal bias of wanting Caeldori x Corrin. Sakura!Caeldori gets pair-up of 1 Def/1 Spd/1 Def/1 Spd & 1 Res, while +MAG/-LCK Avatar gets 1 Spd/1 Def/1 Spd/1 Mag & 1 Res, which means Kana gives pair-up of 1 Spd/1 Spd/1 Spd/1Spd & 1 Res. Sakura!Caeldori!Kana gets mods of -1 Str, +6 Mag, +2 Skl,2 Spd, -3 Lck, +3 Def, +2 Res. *Shigure = Niles x Azura *Nina = Niles x Azura The idea is hybrid physical bow/shining bow/staff Nina, Azura can pick up Move +1 like an extra boots in effect. Dwyer = Jakob x Effie Leftover pair that emphasized Dwyer and Jakob's physical stats [+6 STR Dywer and his 45% personal STR growth gets even better; Jakob already has Cavalier Reclass and gets Knight too now… ). *Sophie = Silas x Hinoka Physical Sophie; Hinoka likes Cavalier too [Elbow Room, Luna, Armored blow]. Midori = Kaze x Rinkah Kaze pair-up bonuses; Salvage Blow + Profiteer *Shiro = Ryoma x Oboro Oboro does well for most physical kids. *Kiragi = Takumi x Hana Hana pair-up bots for Takumi speed; good pair-up bonus bot Kiragi. Asugi = Saizo x Charlotte Trying something different; Saizo is slow, so +SPD boost Berserker Charlotte. Tryign to do something other than Xander x Charlotte. Selkie = Kaden x Kagero Poison Strike + Four Fangs, plus helps STR majorly while preserving RES. Hisame = Hinata x Setsuna Setsuna's +3 personal and Sniper Spd could help Hinata's speed problems. Mitama = Azama x Felicia Don't terribly care about them, but Mitama can make easy use of LIve to Serve. Rhajat = Hayato x Orochi Trying something other than Nyx x Hayato. Helps Rhajat's skill. *Siegbert = Xander x Selena Doing something other than Xander x Charlotte; gives just as much speed and still gives Sol; All get Elbow Room + Patient Assurance combo. Selena gets Cavalier. *Forrest = Leo x Beruka Access to Malig Knight for Leo. Forrest Offspring Seals to Strategist for Inspiration/Rally Res; Beruka passes down Rally Defense on her end to Forrest. Rally Def/Res/inspiration bot Forrest and Malig Knight access Leo. Ignatius = Benny x Nyx Nyx gets needed bulk; I thought that because of the huge HP/STR/DEF bonuses from the Knight class Ignatius could survive Nyx's weaker stats better than most. Benny already gets Fierce Mien to drop enemy evasion and now compounds this with Heartseeker. Velouria = Keatonx Peri Velouria can get Luna [werewolf, so moon association extra fitting]. Peri is capable of A+ Kagero, so she could alternatively grant Velouria Poison Strike [Poison Strike + Four Fangs]. Peri is physical and likes STR/SPD pair from Keaton. Percy = Arthurx Mozu Certain Blow Berserker Percy possible. Big +Dodge attack stance for Arthur. *Ophelia = Odin xElise Standard magical Ophelia. *Soleil = Laslow xCamilla Soleil keeps lots of STR while maintaining DEF/RES durability from Camilla. Camilla can get +SPD/DEF from Laslow pair-up General: I was also trying to make Caeldori, Sophie, Ophelia, and Soleil 2nd gen royals because they are my favorite 2nd gens.

We're losing hope, but its been asked so many times there's now a running joke that "whenever someone asks, its delayed by another day." It might not ever come out for all we know.

If your goal is just to beat Revelation, Ownagepuffs is right; you don't need to grind, and you don't really need to worry about the bad characters as you get a plethora of Royals who are excellent characters handed right to you. Grinding only comes into play if you want to recruit all the kids or want to do something like use one of the very under leveled characters who show up later on.

Dark Knight is essentially like a Nohr Noble, except: +2 more move [this is huge] slower (-2 base speed and 10% less SPD growth; also much lower SPD cap, 27 vs. 32] bulkier against physical attacks [+2 base DEF, +10% more DEF growth] equal base resistance [but -10% RES growth] equal base STR and MAG [8 and 6] but different growths [20% STR, 10% MAG for DK, vs. 10% STR, 15% Mag for Noble] Dark Knight has a beast weakness that Noble doesn't [Corrin is always dragon weak regardless of class] Dark Knight gets B swords and A tomes. Vs. Noble's A swords and B tomes. Also, Noble gets Dragonstones. Different pair-up bonuses
