Only read the first page really, but I'm inclined to believe that Kamui isn't a Manakete because of the age loophole as well. To everyone saying whether he is labeled one or not, he is a manakete because of his use of dragon stones, just because one thing shares properties with another does not mean that they are the same. Keep in mind that Kamui is likely to be special in one way or another. Perhaps this is that thing that is special about it.

During highschool, I lived in the country, so I wasn't able to be super social outside of highschool. I kept busy with sports during the school year, and I've had a job in the summers since I was 14, but I still wasted quite a bit of time in my room. Now that I'm in college, I live in an apartment that people come over for games (one of my roommates is a game freak) every single night. Having a dozen people in here, just hanging out, playing video games, board games, and talking isn't unusual. Anyways, sometimes its difficult, yea. What changed it for me is I decided to do things other people are afraid to do. In the summers I build and drive demo derby cars. I moved across the country to go to college. I took a cross country road trip this summer through the rockys, and multiple other road trips in the past year. Don't be afraid to go out and just do stuff you've always wanted. Make plans to do stuff with friends. Start a game night with your friends. We have regular Dungeons and Dragons gamenights, and it's always a hoot (as long as you have a good Dungeon Master) or something like that, that can take up a lot of time without getting monotonous.

I somehow ended up playing Pikachu a lot. I think he's one of the funnest characters, even if D3 can knock him off the stage at 30%

Gather up my college savings, go and put a downpayment on a Ferrari 458, and drive somewhere far away with my girlfriend neither of us have been before. I think she'd like that.

I think they used TBC because it was in the 2015 direct, and are waiting for it to be confirmed that it's this year. I sort of doubt they know anything we don't?

Could it be a character specific thing? Like a special magic only that character can use

So are we decided that the Ice mage is using.. Ice Magic? I'm not sure that I think that's as likely as it just being a strange spell animation for wind magic. But then again, there are other new weapons.
