  1. I want a brooding bat shapeshifter who wears a mask and fights against the Nohrian criminal underworld.
  2. What does the fox say? *is shot*
  3. My fear is that the only meaningful choice is Hoshido or Nohr. I'm hoping that each route comes with at least a good/paragon/hero and bad/renegade/evil ending.
  4. Hoshido good: beat Nohr and establish peace with your adoptive siblings ruling as an ally/vassal Hoshido bad: conquer and annex Nohr after killing your adoptive family and you raze the Nohr heartlands. Nohr good: take control over Nohr and reform it. Establish peace and return to stabilize and help rule Hoshido as an ally. Nohr bad: take control over Nohr and destroy your opposition. The vanquished Hoshido are ruled under an iron fist. Neutral good: somehow everyone gets along. Neutral bad: kill everyone and start over
  5. I hope that marriages are in Fire Emblem if. However, instead of having super “back to the future” kids, why not make it so some marriages (especially for Kamui, Aqua, older bro/aniki, older sis/onee-san, other bro/nii-chan, and imouto/little sister) have significant political, military, and/or economic consequences? For Nohr in particular, since you’re apparently leading a revolution from within, I feel like you’ll need a web of alliances with various noble houses and other subfactions to be effective. For example, Marx marries Lady XYZ of House Wyvrensomthing, an old and influential Nohrian noble family who controls some sort of knightly wyvren guard. This would grant you Lady XYZ and maybe an awesome retainer of hers, convince a significant portion of the “old guard” nobility to support you (perhaps at the chagrin of the lower nobility), and deny your political opponents from fielding wyvrens. Another example: Lady Kamui marries a pirate queen. Sure, several nobles and some merchants find ties to such uncouth scallawags problematic, but you gain the support of a large network of smugglers and privateers. Benefits include access to pirate booty and the harassment of your rivals’ maritime supply and trade routes (which I guess should translate to crappier enemy infantry or something… maybe?). Etc etc This is probably a bit too complicated for Fire Emblem, but I can dream can’t I?
  6. Just for Men- Touch of Gray. For all your foxy evil grandpa needs. xD
  7. Camilla has the lead. Hmmm... I guess it shouldn't be surprised though- a Wyvren Rider is a pretty logical choice for handling a dragon after all.
  8. Kamui is an Arceus + Dialga. Alternatively, a freaky winged Qilin.
  9. Gimme marriages with bigger consequences. I wanna marry off Kamui, Marx, drill hair little sister, etc. to create a web of alliances between noble houses and other subfactions (say the head of a merchant guild or a pirate queen or the equivalent to Robin Hood something). After all, if I'm leading a nation/revolution, I'm gonna need political, military, and economic support.
  10. Hold me closer blue pole daaaanceeeer
  11. Nohr imouto's sprite looks like a Valkyrie. Hoshido imouto's sprite looks like a Cleric. Adoptive Nohr little sister is better than biological Hoshido imouto because Nohr has superior mobility.
  12. To me, it looks like the classic practice of hostage taking. This practice was pretty normal in ancient and feudal times. Heck, the British used it in their early colonial vassalage of India. Nohr and Hoshida probably negotiated some sort of armistice and one of the conditions included taking a child from the Hoshida Royal house as a hostage as a sign of good faith and assurance of compliance to the obligations of the peace treaty. Said child would be raised and well-educated by the captor party, often with the hopes that their instilling of culture, values, and personal friendships produces a favorable diplomatic bridge for future negotiations. Pretty standard hostage stuff. For some real life hostage examples, look up folks like Flavius Aetius, the late Roman general who defeated Attila, and Tokugawa Ieyasu, who founded the Tokugawa Shogunate.
  13. Nohr for dark magic conquistadors and the family that raised shapshifting Qilin lord. Like the old saying goes, "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb." Hoshida is for goody-good weeaboos. xD
  14. I really really hope that the Blue haired dancer girl isnt relegated to the role of damsel in distress McGuffin waifu supreme. Cmon intelligent systems. Have her character develop into something great like a "Dancer Lord". Maybe even make her like "Daenerys Stormborn?" Have her unite the land through politicking and guile and conquest. She doesn't even have to be an "action hero"- her Grand Marshall/Shogun/Prime Minister *coughAvatarKamuicough* should lead her armies and advise her. Let Dancer Lord be the rally cry, the banner, and the heart of the army. *sigh*. She's probably gonna be relegated to magical waifu in distress status isn't she?
