[Blood Pact?]

Well im guessing its ethier on she made, or Pelleas' being shown on her meaning she wud die if it was broken. Ethier way i have no idea which O.o

I think it's because at that time Daein has no true "ruler", but Micaiah is the main leader of the people, so she inherits the Blood Pact from Pelleas.

Can all of the dragon tribes (white, red, and black) fly? (In the story, not during battle) Or is it just the black ones?
