I'm loving that Sigurd is one of the 2 Series 6 preview promos in the S5 booster boxes.
The other S6 preview promo is a new Xander card!
Also showed off were two Cipher 1 Year Anniversary special promo cards. At first glance they look only like rereleases of old promos, but they have a special 1 Year Anniversary celebration logo in the top left corner, which is pretty cool.

Cordi's card is fairly decent, but not the best SR we've seen in S4 for sure which is kinda funny given her Unit Name.

I think it's happening again. My project is falling behind as it's getting harder and harder for me to keep up on my localization project as the card reveals get faster and faster. I'll still do my best, but I imagine the other Cipher translators will have a full list ready for Series 4 well before I do. Nanaka and the others do a great job so I wish them all the best, and I hope everybody checks their stuff out!
In the mean time I'll still try and post what I've got until then:
Tiki, Ethereal Folkaloid

A few notes for the fans of the original Japanese material. I chose to make "Utaloid" into "Folkaloid" and "The Bloom Palace" into "The Oasis", so keep that in mind as per your personal translation preferences.

You're referring to this card I suppose ?
Someone more proficient than me should confirm this, but I think he isn't included. The effect states "剣の前線の味方が他に２体以上いる場合", the bolded kanji means "Other", so 2 or more other allies with Sword affinity present in the frontline.
Edit : Just saw your edit, I think it's the same for Minerva (this one), "翼の味方が他に２体以上いる場合".
Thanks for the catch on this you two. I completely forgot to add in the "other" on both of these cards abilities. They both need two other units excluding themselves, I'll go back and edit those.

It should be noted that Skill 2 for Morgan is "Ignis" as officially localized from Awakening. Once again I strayed away from using a translation not my own for my translation project..

In the course of my project, I am trying to avoid using the official localizations alongside personal translations, so I always try my hand at a separate translation that is updated with Cipher and the card art in mind. That being said, I'm sure there are some who would rather use the original terminology so I wanted to give a heads up on that!

Love the name of his first skill, "Leader of the Ragtag". Fits well with how the Akaneian League are seen by the people of the continent during the events of fe3/12.

The Cipher Twitter account also officially announced the names for the Series 5 stuff tonight with = "Beyond Strife" (相剋を越えて) boosters and the "Binding Rebellion" (封印動乱) starter deck!
I'm not surprised by "Binding Rebellion", but the name of the booster pack is intriguingly simple compared to previous booster pack names.

Today's reveal is the full text of Toma and Cain! Like the other paired #FE characters and mirage art, it's an N/HN combo.
Today's cards are a bit of an adrenaline rush, here's what I came up with:
Toma Akagi, Extraordinary Extra
Quote: "Alright Cain, pedal to the metal!"
Skill 1: "Infernal Aegis" / ∞ / Enemy Rear Guard units cannot attack neither this unit nor ally "Cain" units. This skill is inactive unless an ally "Cain" unit is deployed.

Cain, The Phantom Lionheart

Skill 1: "Parousia of Iote" / ∞ / While this unit is on the Front Lines, the attack power of all ally units that have both the Flying and Dragon Affinities is increased by 10.
Skill 2: "Passing the Torch" / & / [Once per turn] When this unit is defeated in battle by an enemy, choose a deployment cost 3 or greater Flying Affinity card that is not "Michalis" from your deck, show it to your opponent, then add it to your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
