    Hm. I was just thinking, it doesn't actually say that they get married right after their S support (although presumably they do), so why couldn't the just have the underage party and their partner make some kind of vow of marriage, and imply that it occurred when the kid was old enough?

    Honestly, if they had kids, I think this is the only way I would have preferred it. I don't actually intend to do a M!Corring/Niles pairing, but if I had decided to do that, getting the same child Niles would have gotten if he had gotten one genetically would break my immersion, somewhat.

    If it wouldn't make me a hypocrite, since I told everyone to get back to bath houses earlier, I would say I laughed a lot at this, and that this is great. But since it would make me a hypocrite to say that without anything else... I won't. EDIT: I'm glad that bath houses are still in, because I don't like things being cut.

    Honestly, I really like Keaton. I don't see why they needed to change it, and I like Flannel pretty much equally... But I do like it.

    There's a lot of people saying that Xander sounds like a young boy's name, but wouldn't all young boys with that name eventually grow up anyway?

    In contrast to the peaceful Hoshido, Nohr is subject to terrible weather conditions, leading to poor crop yields and a lack of law and order. If you look up "nohr lack of resources" on google, you get loads of people who think the same thing.

    The only real problem I have with the voice actors I've heard is that Elise's voice from Corrin's smash trailer sounds really bratty. But Elise's voice from the actual Fates trailer doesn't. On the other hand, I do just tend to like the Japanese voices, so I'm somewhat disappointed. Owing to the fact that they'd have to add dual audio, I'm not terribly suprised.

    Honestly, there was really no way that they were going to replace it full, since there could have been backlash from all the Japanese people who thought it was weird as well as all the extra work required to add something new in. Despite that, I think a lot of people are happy with this, because those who didn't want skinship saw it removed, and those who were worried the whole darn thing would be removed (I'm in that camp, and I wouldn't have liked such liberties to be taken) are both satisfied by what's there, because what ended up being taken out was very minor. And the people who actually wanted the touching to stay in got all their anger out when they heard it wouldn't be in at all. It's not like it even got removed really. The only thing altered was a minor detail.

    Well, this topic has been posted in within a month, so I don't think this is necroposting... What are people's opinions on what Skinship got replaced with? I'm okay with the removal, if it's this little that's been removed. I was probably not going to use the touch function that much anyway, and I was only upset if they had removed the whole of everything. Also because I want to see this thread surpass the "I just want to know one thing" thread in page number.

    I pre-ordered it from gamestop, so I get both the pleasure of having had to go through the pre-order process, as well as not being able to preload it.

    In all of honesty, I would probably try to convince both sides to get a truce to figure everything out, which neither would agree to, and I'd end up ostracized.

    This is kind of difficult for me, because it's less a question of blood vs bond as loyalty against morality. Nohr's war doesn't line up with my morals, but I still have the lifelong bond I had with those people. Hoshido lines up with my ethics, but I barely know those people, and they may not trust me. So it's a hard choice.

    I've heard that the characters a less defined by one trait (flanderized, if you will) in this one than awakening. I don't know if it's true, but I'm looking forward to it if they are. If not... someone crush my dreams before I get the game. XD

    It's better than Nino. I got confused about her gender for so long because of that. Tsubaki aggrivates me, because english has Tsunami, so why not Tsubaki? People will either pronounce it right, or like Sunami anyway. Saizo seems too short to me also...

    This is definitely true, because if they delated the release for skinship, the people who wanted skinshipping would be angry because skinshipping is being removed AND they need to wait for it. The people who didn't care would be angry because it was being delayed for something they didn't care about. And the people who wanted it removed would probably be angry because it wasn't removed in time for it's actual release, AND because it was delayed.

    Actually, I made the unfortunately optimistic assumption that this thread was simply people stating why they didn't like it without trying to convince anyone of anything. Reading the past posts crushed those optimistic dreams of an ideal world...
