Finished chapter 26. That's 12 turns and sucessfully shopped for the killer weapons, thanks to Lyn. That makes it 204 turns so far. Now, for the levels: We start not with a level up, but with Lyn's promotion. Not only is she great against wyverns, but she makes for great bait so that Heath can do some shopping in peace. You really want SPD huh? Sorry, but too little too late. *Shrug* Okay, but I really won't bother promoting you. Good work. You will have to do better than that Again? Will do Okay. Heath promotes one level early, doesn't hurt the experience rank much. Will do. Great. Now, do STR next time. *Don't feel like commenting here* Lyn's first level up as a Blade Lord doesn't disapoint. That will do, nicely. Alright, well done. I've overstimated your defensive ability though. Next time I will make sure to have you carry more vulneraries for this chapter. Not a level up, just Lyn making a fool out of the wyvern riders as well Vaida, what with her 40% or so hit chance and Lyn having both an Elixir and Pent to rely on, in case things go south.

Yeah, I suppose. But for Steel and Brave bows, she would like extra SPD.

Chapter 25 finished in 9 turns (I think, may be 10, since I didn't check to be sure) Unfortunately, I ended consuming the Lancereavers by accident. But it's no big issue. It only means that I will have to have Lyn bait Vaida at turn 10 with bows instead and make sure to have her carry a elixir just in case. Now, for the level ups: Okay, I would rather have SPD, but DEF will do Good level up, still no STR Heath maxes STR and gains extra DEF and RES to boot. Eliwood became a sturdy myrmidon Meh Way to go. Bad level up, but it has RES on it, so still satisfied. Come on, pull yourself together. Nothing particularly of note other than same old Well, well, Guy is going along nicely. Could have done better... but you are still pretty good. I would rather have more STR, but suit yourself. Speaking of wich, Fiora finally gets a point of STR. You are going to need at least 2 more of those though. RES is nice I suppose. More STR and a nice boost to RES again. Oh well, will have to do. Good, more SPD Raven becomes a hero and he's ready to unleash hell against the enemy cavaliers. It's payback time. Just like that. More STR. Give me more SPD next time.

I like the animations, and I did turn off animations for chapter 24 for most of it.

Yeah, if I combine the two, I would just get a huge size video, making uploading them take forever. And of course, it has the bonus of allowing one to skip it entirely if one so desires while watching my videos.

Chapter 24 finished in 17 turns, giving me more 5 turns to spare. I could have done it in 12 if I so desired, but experience and secret shop for the Halberd says otherwise. Now, for the level ups: Okay, at this point you are just there to be a experience sponge. Normally you would be good, but this playthrough isn't one of those times. More STR and DEF is always welocme. Nice start Good. Too bad you will benched for a while, but you won't be going to be promoted, so there's little benefit to deploy you further, other than maybe the few last chapters. Excellent, SPD and DEF are a good combination for Heath. Sain is delivering this time. Will do Here's hoping for more STR growths in the future. With a 40% growth from Afa's drops, that shouldn't too hard. Well, it's going to be hard to defend you with this kind of evidence, now that you are this blessed, but good for you. Holy stat growth! Will do, I suppose Meh. Alright, those stats are looking good Well, you already had your fair of good level ups, so it's fine Too late Serra, don't bother leveling SPD now And for Lyn's final level, we got another extra STR About the same as her previous level up Okay, Heath, you convinced me. Kent has competition as well Oh well You will have to do better than that, Rath Alright, maxing STR is pretty much guaranteed And Sain goes back to his typical STR only levels, plus a little of something else. Still, he is holding up. Kent's level from defeating Linus doesn't disapoint at least

Afraid not. Nino is only there for experience sponge, she joins too late to actually make good use of it. Fiora on the other hand will get plenty of opportunities to level up in chapter 25 due to sheer number of monks, in fact, there will be plenty of enemies for Florina too. I will use it on Fiora and see if Florina can keep up with her or even surpass her, then I will decide who I will promote. Lyn already used a Seraph robe before in her mode, she doesn't need another.

I wonder who I shall give the Afa's drops to. I'm inclined towards Fiora. HP 75% STR 40% SKL 65% SPD 55% LUK 35% DEF 25% RES 55% That way, her STR growth will be less shaky and she would have growths on pair with that of a cavalier like Kent. She's also one of the lower leveled units, so she would benefit the most. Florina could be an alternative, but I'm not sure if I'm going to use her. Speaking of wich, I wonder if I should use Seraph robe on Fiora.

Yeah, got ridiculously lucky with his DEF, which makes me extra glad I gave a dracoshield to him back in chapter 17

Chapter 23x finished in 18 turns. Due to some careless moves, I ended up taking more time than needed. I really didn't think this one perfectly through. Also ended up using a Fila's might on Rebecca by accident, completely forgetting that her Longbow couldnt' reach her target. Must be because it was 10 PM when I did it. Whetever the case, my experience rank has returned to 5 stars, now I will just have to keep that up in the future chapters. Now, the levels: Considering her luck with growths, it's only fair she gets a bad level up to even out things Dart is doing fine Meh Meh, again, still, SPD is welcome Don't intend to use you, so don't care Becoming sturdier is a good thing for you Way to go, now I don't have to feel bad about deploying you for the next chapter to recruit Geitz. holy cow, 4 SPD in 4 levels, now that's something else. Okay, will do, somewhat. Well, you gained STR, so that's already reason to celebrate. Not bad, but you still won't be used. sigh... Alright... But how about some HP as well? Good going Are you trying to compete with Oswin in DEF by any chance? Because, mission acomplished.

Chapter 23 done in 15 turns. Could have been 13, but I forgot where the body ring was located, so I had to check and lost a couple of turns in the process. Genesis is generous with it's turn count, so I will just have to finish it at around turn 15 to compensate. Now, the levels for this chapter: Nicely done You still refuse to grow SPD. Well I was planning to use Pent and Priscilla as healers anyway. Raven maxed SPD and gets some DEF to boot. Not bad. He certainly needs more STR, so despite being unimpressive, it still goes where it counts Good, this should do for chapter 25 More DEF, that will do, but next time give me SPD. Can't always get good level ups. Good work. Keep that STR coming No SPD again A bit meh, but he delivers with STR and SPD, so will do for now That is good enough. Could do with something better Yep, you are determined to be SPD screwed no matter what.

Hi there. Since you seem to be very knowledgeable about HHM S rank runs, And since I never bothered to research the experience rank before. Could you tell me the exact number of experience for a run that has Linus 24 chapter and Jerme's chapter?
I was able to 5 star experience ranks before with a S rank run, so I assume it shouldn't be that hard, but just in case. Also, I plan to do value of life, chapter 32x, obviously. That's the whole point of doing chapter 19xx other than completation sake.

So basically, the equivalent to 407 level ups. Sounds reasonable. If we were to use everysingle playable unit that can level (and discounting Wallace, Karla and Karel, wich I won't recruit for sure), that would make it 10 level ups on average per character. It will be unlikely to use everyone so if I were to divide that amount among the best units and the more manageable ones to level, that would be 407/31 = 13 level ups per unit. Guess I should still be able to do it, with some help from Value of life and by spending some turns on Linus chapter.Â

Chapter 22 done in 11 turns. Now, for the level ups: That will do. All you have to do is dance anyway Will do. More SPD is nice as well LUK makes for a good combination for Kent who wants both. Meh Good level up for Eliwood, keep those coming. Nice. But you could do with a bit of extra STR. That's more like it. HP only, pull yourself together, Raven. Finally, some more SPD, about time too. not bad at all. Alright, that is decent enough Hector's final level has some more of the HP only curse Kent's final level just couldn't do with not gaining DEF. Kent becomes a Paladin. It was been fun Marcus, but Kent is the real Paladin here. Heath shuts up Eubans and gets a good level up for his troubles.

Because it was part of my Vindication project back then. Wolt is better than his vanilla version, so I used him. Dorothy is stronger but slower while Sue is faster but less strong. Wolt is pretty much the middle ground in my patch.

When one has divisive opinions, that usually happens, specially on gamefaqs. I have my opinions on units, other have other opinions and it usually spirals from there.

It simply means I will have to start babying Dorcas, Bartre, Canas, Erk and Lowen a bit as well use Nino. Possibly, also recruit Farina, but we will see, I will probably keep a save file at 25 just in case, but I'm not going to recruit Farina. How do you know how much experience I have? Have you been counting everysingle level up so far? Anyway, due to a recording mistake, I'm going have to redo chapter 21, which I fortunately kept a save from then just in case something like this happened. That means that stats will be different than the one in the video. I'm redoing as close as possible to the original video so there's as little deviations as possible. Here's the levels that are different from the original: Okay, that is fine Alright, all good stats to rise on Will do nothing impressive Don't get too blessed, please. I need you closer to your averages so I can use this as proof that you are good. Alright, not bad at all. Guess I got a lucky break from having to redo this again. Just a pity that he doesn't have 14 DEF anymore.

Because he had Mulagir, wich was pretty much one of the few weapons you can double my patched Idoun with, if I remember correctly, since Mulagir gives a boost of 5 to SPD. Also probably to soften it so Roy can deal the finishing blow, that's what I remember happening anyway.

Does he? More STR would be nice, but Eubans has 13 DEF, so it's no big issue, since Kent can double him. And I still have Lancereaver and against the only weapon he uses which is a spear. Got to make sure to keep at least 1 use of Lancreaver though, it will play an important part in chapter 26.

Now, for the level ups: That's much better, after your previous level fiasco It's official, Rebecca will be the main archer. Not that I was planning on using Wil, but I might would have to use Rath if Rebecca was unlucky with her growths. I'm probably still going to use him a couple of times for some extra experience for the rank, though. It's a short chapter, so I deployed Serra for this one. some typical growths, not impressive, but will do. Raven has a good time fightning at the arena for a decent level up Alright, you already maxed STR and DEF, so at this point your levels aren't going to make much difference. SPD is welcome though. Kent doesn't get tired of his DEF level ups. That would have been 12 whitout the Dracoshield. Well done, I might not even need to early promote you to deal with Eubans. Just my balanced one. vanilla Wolt's stats and growths make no sense. 4 STR, 4 SKL, 5 SPD with a 40% STR, 50% SKL and 40% SPD growth? How does that even make sense? he would need at least a 70% SPD and SKL growth to make up for that. Rebecca on the other hand starts with the same STR, but has better SKL and SPD and has better growths in both in a game where enemies have lesser stats, no less. So yeah, Wolt is pretty mediocre, and that might be me being generous.

For that purpose, I'm going to post here videos and screenshots of my playthrough so that everyone can see and throw in their opinions on this patch. Well, then, for starters, the characters growths for chapter 1: Roy: HP 90% STR 65% SKL 55% SPD 70% LUK 60% DEF 35% RES 35% Wolt: 80% STR 50% SKL 50% SPD 45% LUK 40% DEF 25% RES 15% Marcus:: HP 60% STR 35% SKL 40% SPD 30% LUK 20% DEF 20% RES 20% Allen: HP 85% STR 55% SKL 40% SPD 35% LUK 40% DEF 35% RES 20% Lance: HP 80% STR 40% SKL 50% SPD 50% LUK 35% DEF 20% RES 25% Bors: HP 90% STR 50% SKL 40% SPD 35% LUK 50% DEF 45% RES 20% Now, here are the level ups in this chapter: Wolt off to a nice start Allen gets level ups in areas that aren't particularly his expertise but will do Lance doesn't start so well Wolt gets an level for killing the boss and is a bit meh I will post the video at a later date.
