I don't really mind as long as the only children are the three shown so far. I'd prefer unique characters, but I guess it's not a HUGE deal. So far, we know that the names have similar meanings and their voice actors are the same. As far as I can tell, Odin is the only one with a different class. Personally, I don't think their being there will be addressed in-game, I believe they will be treated as if they just kinda exist in the world.(like everyone else).So, my verdict is....obvious tributes that aren't acknowledged as tributes.

Welcome to the forest! Being new myself, I've learned that as long as you don't get into "waifu wars" about Awakening, people tend to be pretty chill about your game preferences. I hope you enjoy your time here. :)

Honestly, the hot spring quotes are only awkward because of cultural differences. For example, when Tsubaki offers to wash Kamui's back, he is doing it out of brotherhood and respect.(a Japanese tradition.) The face rubbing is pretty odd, but I'll just image that they're talking,reading,etc. with each other instead.

What's all the hubbub about amiibos? I've heard a lot about them and how popular they are. As an avid collector of figurines, do you think that amiiibos would be enjoyable for me to collect?

I'm pretty sure it will be taken down a notch in the North American and European versions. Besides its too early to judge all of the "rub quotes" , as we've only seen three.(I hope to god the others are better)

As far as we know, My Castle is supposed to just be a fun distraction. The story seems solid enough on its own, too.(They've had three years to work on the story, so maybe they felt the need to add extra, optional features for extra appeal) Perhaps there is a way to get boosts other than My Castle.(Maybe My Castle is intended to be used as a crutch for extra resources if you have trouble with the difficulty. At least, I would hope such a lucrative feature would have some at the very least intended basis in balance.)

I think that when these scenes are localized, a lot of dialogue will be heavily modified so these interactions don't come off quite so creepily.The touching itself was enough, but the things Harold and Felicia said were kind of disturbing...(even in the context you presented)

People infer tones all the time whether or not it is logical or right. Because this is the internet and not a face to face conversation, people make assumptions in tone and intention that are often incorrect.

Even though you didn't directly say those things, it is the overall tone that your past comments have given off. I agree with you that well structured criticisms can be healthy for a discussion,but I can see how your posts could come off as overly adamant to other users. Even though your criticisms aren't necessarily stated angrily, your copious negativity gives off a whiny vibe.(I see where you are coming from and I don't think face rubbing fits in this series either, but complaining won't accomplish anything)

Wait. In the direct, we see Felicia using what appears to be a shortsword to melee attack an enemy. Does this mean that maids/butlers can use swords? Maybe it means that throwing knives can be used from 1 rng.

That seems pretty likely. What if some accessories could give new abilities? Perhaps that jug could have practical application in battle otherwise. ( or maybe I'm way overthinking it and it's just part of the design.

I'm 99 percent sure that he is a spellcaster or the spellcaster promotion.

Honestly, if the characters are like able and well done, I don't see the issue with more interaction with them.(the face rubbing is odd though.(I've seen that people think the hot spring are weird. Eh, cultural differences))
