  1. Dozla of course, and I'll vote for one of each entry until it comes back again with a leftover vote for Eirika. The chances of my faves being picked are futile but I shall vote none the less!
  2. I don't mind Pair-up being absent for this entry. While it was a lot more fair with its inclusion in Fates it ate up a lot time for me trying to number crunch enemy dual strikes for units not in defense stance. Even if we now have battle forecasts they're only useful for player phase so out of reach enemies can't be calculated by the system. Gaiden also didn't originate with pair-up so it may have been easier for IS to balance the game without it.
  3. I looked back at the Fire Emblem direct and this new guy seems to be the exact same guy shown at 3:11 leading the Rigel army through the woods. It may be possible that he's a new minor antagonist if that's the case.
  4. I've always imagined Owain would be a dork and combine both his dark mage class and myrmidon class for a special Musou. DARK ASTRA
  5. Welp my dream game just got announced. I'm wondering how the hell fliers are gonna work. Since pegasi/wyverns are one of the trademark FE classes I'd expect them to be included but it'd be quite odd if they worked like any other ground unit with their larger models and hovering.
  6. But I'm the asshole here! I can't let other assholes out-asshole me. Yeah the stealth missions aren't designed well. I'd say this game suffers from littering way too many enemies in it's environments. The tectinsulas in Noctulim are probably one of the first examples of having way too many hostile enemies on a pathway. I think it's at its worst in that one story chapter where you enter the castle in cauldros and you can't take 5 steps without marnucks showing up and attacking you (and that GOD DAMM alarm). Because of this, Divine Roost is personally my favorite area since there's barely any indigens spread out all over the place.
  7. Just beat Endbringer yesterday, my inner completionist needed to see Mira 100% surveyed but god damm the augment grind was not worth it. There's technically still figures to collect, achievements to unlock, and a few basic missions left but they're WAY too tedious (100 telethia kills? fuck that noise). I'm planning on doing an asshole sidequest run (aka the let Alex murder people run) though I'm a bit frustrated there's no new game plus feature to carry over my old stuff to make things easier.
  8. I tend to bench Navarre and use Raddy instead even though Raddy is like a mini Est. I avoid using Jeigan/Oifey type units because I don't like them eating early game EXP and hold out long enough to get good enough units to replace them. I never used Pent in FE7. I'll usually have a passable magic user like Canas, Lucius, or even Erk by the time he joins and never felt the need to bring him out. I can't really say I've avoided using anyone in FE8/FE13 since I used to grind way too much when I started playing FE games.
  9. I like them a lot because they fit my slow yet defensive playstyle. I don't really care about LTC and try to focus on keeping my units alive so I use knights to take the hits and have other units finish the enemy off. Their Promoted designs in the GBA games also looked pretty awesome. They looked hilarious in FE1 though, by god those humongous shoulders and swords.
  10. They should definitely add them in. Fire emblem games have usually been good about providing the player with important information but I don't believe it ever tells the player about growth rates. It comes off as a beginner's trap to hide such information from the player. It's also incredibly annoying to have to resort to outside resources in order to get a list of growth rates.
  11. From what I've heard/read. The invisible kingdom offers close to the entire roster of characters, a superior neutral route with less consequence More weapons with a shared shop, more supports between characters, and I would assume more optional content since you have access to all the child paralouges. Possibly some other things i don't know about. I wouldn't know if it's more gameplay balanced than the other routes,(I've heard there's a difficulty spike somewhere in the 3rd route). Overall if you were to buy Nohr/Hoshido then buy this path, it would probably just be more of the game you just played but with characters of the other faction in it with a varying difficulty . I still agree with the notion that people should have the option to buy this game first as it does have an edge over the other 2 paths.
  12. Oh, that's good then. A VG song should strive to fit the context of the situation it's in. I thought the credits only played another version of Aqua's song but I must of remembered wrong.
  13. I don't know where this song plays but I'm assuming this plays during the title screen. This doesn't really strike me as a main theme. The build up takes up half the song and feels like it's trying to build up something big, but the actual FE melody this time is really melancholy so the build up doesn't really pay off. I feel a song like this would actually work better if it was played during the credits. For some reason I get a recollection vibe from this as if I just completed an epic journey and recount both the intense and more calm parts about it.
