Question. Does upgrading their potential count? I have 4x 3* Sophias, and I've leveled them all up to 20 (plan on combining all of them somehow at some point). (I posted the info in another topic...)

I don't post here very often, but I've picked up FEH and I'm having fun with it. I've managed to pick up four Sophias––I plan on 5*ing all of them and merging them all (God save me). I'm interested in collecting oddball skills (Resistance Drain). Is it a skill that can be obtained yet? I think Strength Drain is available, I've just been busy and it's been some time since I've picked up the game.

What happens if, say, you're a Male Avatar, and you have a Female who's classed into a Witch, and you use a marriage seal?

If I remember correctly, promoted classes can learn pre-promote skills upon level up. However, there's something I'm curious about. Say you have a promoted class that's like the Bow Knight -- it can come from the Mercenary or Outlaw class. Does that mean that if one parallel seals into the class, he will learn the Outlaw skills, the Merc skills, or both upon level up?

I've heard that you can have your Avatar learn skills through the Avatar Logbook... Is that true? I've been trying to build up skills for Kamui, and I've mostly been getting them through My Castle, but how does one learn skills via the Logbook? Is that all true?

It's much easier to acquire skills via visiting My Castles online. I've gotten Renewal, Sun God, and Res -6 this way (although finding Res -6 was a chore!). On the other hand, certain skills are hard to find. Most players load their Avatars up with the combination of Smithy Skill / Hoshido / Easy Life (or whatever that last skill is that gives you a Golden Coin randomly on the first seven turns). Most people use it for money farming, I'd say.

So it's an enemy-only skill?

I'm on chapter 12 in the Nohr path right now. I'm playing Classic/Normal, and I make mistakes here or there that kill my units. I was on the last few turns, too >.< On the bright side, I've collected skills I've needed to collect. I'm only missing a Dark Knight skill (Magic -6).

What happens if you mix it with Infinite Staff? :/

Who's playing the game right now? I'd like to find someone who's a Dark Knight so I can get the Magic -6 skill..

Ah, I'm using My Castle battles and using them to pay for skills, you see. It's actually much faster and less costly than reclassing. I like it much better than Awakening's system. Thank you for offering the link, though. I'm waiting to see if people start getting the game and to see if we can connect our My Castles and things like that. I want to collect a few more skills...
