You could let Erik as a Cavalier and Give him, that Awesome Spear that Vaida has, on the escaping chapter. (I always steal that one for florina =3)

I think UpMid. She has the 2 fire stones that you get Early in the game, plus her divine stone AND the Stones on the Secret Shop on her recruting Chapter. He can Easily tank with Either Ice Dragon Stone, or Demon Dragon Stone... so She cam accomplish many roles. I would Say High, but she has low HP in the begining. -
