Ryoma x Elise is one of my sins... They're so adorable in their supports but when i think about the age gap... I don't know, it feels really weird but at the same time really fuzzy and warm when i read their supports ahaha... I just tell myself age differences and legal marriage age isn't a thing in a great fantasy game like Fire Emblem. Luna x Subaki is also super cute and... is one of the most "canon-feel-like" pairings i sense in this game. I can't see Luna with someone else now...

IS did a good job to give a "final" chance to the FE franchise with Fire Emblem: Awakening, making the series more open to other players than the usual fans. They mqde their audience wider and wider... When you're in a pinch, give your all and see what the future will offer. Even if FE is always a little niche franchise comparing to other Nintendo games, you could clearly see how it became an important franchise woldwide-wise. Awakening wasn't as difficult as the previous games, the tactical mechanics aren't so known and infamous in western games but they made it really accessible for new gamers, marriage and children was a feature that attracted a lot of new people (my friend is one of those persons) and finally... the western localisation team made a fine job to bring us the game as enjoyable. You can criticise some of their choices like censoring Tharja's Harvest scramble CG but... most of their choices were good. You can't deny the original game is really cliché (even the producer said it)... Japanese!Henry and Gregor are great exemples as well as Cordelia who's depicted as a strong woman who's obsessed with her cup size in the japanese version. I'm globally satisfied with the western Awakening, to be honest. Now, regarding the localisation of Fates... In general, i'm against censorship. I want, like some of you, to play the original content and judge a game by myself... making my own opinion. It's normal. However, i can't deny some localisation changes to appeal the western audience aren't bad. Some things aren't funny in the West like a propiscuous man who has some lolicon vibes or some other perverted clichés... There's also some tropes that makes more lovable/appealing a character in Japan that are just annoying in the West like Tsundere girls. It's fine to me if they want to "improve" some characterization aspects in the final western localized product. If they don't change the mainline story to its core, i don't mind that. Now... What i suppose they'll remove/change: - The FE amie: It's obvious. Not that they'll remove it because it's quite an important optional feature but they may change some lines of some characters... because it's quite suggestive for our ears that are not so familiar with these features (Drama CDs are even more suggestive and in Japan, it's quite a common thing that Otaku buy, so...). - The Soleil/Mamui support conversations: It'll likely happen since some dumb misinformed video games sites spread the hoax to the point some new players or fans who don't want to spoil themselves decided to boycott the game... I don't want this support censored at all since there's nothing to be worried about it but... misinformation can ruin things. And Soleil/Mamui support conversations will probably change because of that. - Some supports: Minor changes or not, there's some supports like Camilla/Zero that could be censored. - Optional clothes: You know, the clothes you can get for streetpass battles like a swimsuit... I think they'll remove some stuffs or alterate these. I don't know but i sense it. And i don't think they'll remove the baths... There's nothing in these. Plus, like some others said, Tales of series, for example, has always a bath skit/event and it didn't raise the rating. And don't forget: some of the stuffs that are controversial are optional.

Huh... I don't really know all the S-ranked pairings i'll do because i was spoiled for some pairs, not all the supports. So, i'll just give my decisive ships based on these known supports only. My first run would be Hoshido path. Ryōma x Aqua - They're so precious together... and their support made their siblings-to-lovers relationship really natural. Maybe it's just me but oh well... Tsubaki x Hinoka - Do i really need to explain myself? Their supports are... decent but i just want a red-haired Matoi with two beautiful and strong pegasus knight parents~ Takumi x Oboro - Usually, girls who are desperately in love with a boy are annoying... but Oboro is just the cutest! Besides that, their conversations come very natural and sweet to me. Tsukuyomi x Sakura - Children in love talking cheerfully when eating some sweets... Adorable! That's the only pairings i'm pretty sure i'll do for my first run... and now, i'll confess one big problem i have since i forbid to myself to read other support spoilers... Between Silas, Suzukaze and Joker, who's the best husband for my Femui in my Hoshido first run? I'm really torn because i heard good things about Suzukaze's supports and i love the "BFFs-becoming-lovers" trope (without knowing anything about Silas/Femui support)... and then, there's Joker. I heard he was funny but also kind of hyper protective towards his lady he serves. I know also that Femui and him practice some tea making...? I don't know what to think about it. Could you tell me, without any big support spoilers, who's the best husband for you according to child inheritances (for M!Kanna & his sibling) and supports? I just want to be sure who i'll get my Femui married to because i can't choose alone without spoiling a lot more myself... ;-;

I watched a Nohr path playthrough stream on Twitch. I didn't catch all of it because i'm not that fluent in japanese but i pretty much know some big plot events. And because of Tumblr, i know all the character deaths (major or minors) and some support conversations... ugh, Tumblr. I thought i could live without even thinking of FE14 but oh i was so wrong. Now, i try really hard to stumble on Hoshido spoilers... as well as for the third path. Just to discover the story of these games by myself. However, i understand why some people enjoy being spoiled about Fates. This opus looks really promising so far (thanks, spoilers)... and we have to wait 2016 to play it. I'm patient so, that's ok... i guess. orz

Don't question this, please... orz). I really love the Fire Emblem franchise, my first FE game being FE8. I always looked into SerenesForest forums for some interesting topics/theories that i didn't find somewhere else on the internet... but i never thought i'll sign up and introduce myself. Well, it's FE14 that gave me the opportunity to do it. And sorry for my english... i'm not bad at it but i can make some grammatical mistakes. -hides- Gaming Trivia : Favourite type of game : J-RPG. It's my type of game but i recently got into some visual novel-type of games like Ace Attorney that is a franchise that pretty much is VN-like with some point and click mechanics. Platform games are great too! Favourite FE Game : FE7 Favourite FE character : Frederick from FE13. Yup. He is a beary embarrassing butler but a truly amazing one. I really like him. He is adorbs. Favourite gaming franchise (except FE) : Final Fantasy but Kingdom Hearts & Tales of are pretty close. Hoshido or Nohr? : It was hard but i chose Hoshido. Don't blame Takumi, please. Did you spoil yourself? : I think that for some people it would be a lot of spoilers but i think i avoided 2/3 of all the stuffs... I think. I wish i'll get along with all of you! I won't be really active after this summer because studies will await me but... T-Take care of me, please! o/
