  1. The only way to fix Conquest's plot is to completely rewrite it. Not only that, but you'd probably have to rework the setting entirely. As it is, the way Hoshido as a nation is written and portrayed just doesn't allow for any real sense of moral greyness. It really is a shame how Conquest's plot turned out. Even Birthright ended up better, despite being typical (although I have issues with that route too).
  2. The sheer bias towards Hoshido is pretty annoying. It's bad enough in Birthright, where the plot is so black-and-white that the game itself might as well be an early 20th Century cartoon. But that it affects Conquest too is just as bad. Despite some of the stuff Hoshido does in that route, they still come as the morally superior good guys. It's too bad, since despite its faults, I don't mind Conquest's plot.
  3. I don't hate Nohr's plot, but I had issues with it. All the routes disappointed me in terms of plot, if I'm being honest. Hoshido was pretty standard, with the only emotional moments being the opposing siblings. Nohr was something different, but went about things in a weird manner. Invisible does stuff like dumping massive amounts of exposition at the beginning and then hand-waving the reason for not doing so before by citing Fight Club. If I had to rank them, I'd go Invisible > Nohr > Hoshido, but the last two might as well be irrelevant, really.
