  1. Would like to bump this topic to confirm if this is really the case. I own a JPN 3ds and game, am NNID friends with my sister's NA version, and we can't get friendly multiplayer to work or local multiplayer to work. We also can't visit each other's castle. Was looking forward to PvP too...
  2. Thanks so much! Man listening to it just makes the hype course through my veins.
  3. Would it be troublesome to ask for the ost of the Battle for the Strongest Royal/Paradise scramble as well? I'm very fond of those themes.
  4. Didn't use a great club to bop my kamui iirc. I do distinctly remember the charlotte had forged weapons as well.
  5. So I just came out of a match where an enemy charlotte with galeforce had 100 percent hit rate and I kid you not 100 percent crit chance on one of my units (RIP soleil, I will retrieve you from the shadow realm some day). Great Club C 6 45 55 -5 1 1900 Critical Evade -5, Critical hits deal more damage Can we talk about great club having 55 crit chance unforged? Its abysmal hit rate is easily remedied by raven strike. I remember the charlotte having raven strike, ogre strike, galeforce, and breaking sky. Don't remember the last skill. (Was probably flamboyant because she had fradulent hit rate on my trueblade kamui with 47 spd, 36 lck, and holding S katana which gives 20 evasion.) Yes I know we're going to talk about berserkers being not mobile or something, but the enemy team had a copy puppet rally rescue Pegasus aqua which kindly buffed Charlotte up and gave her 8 movement before teleporting her into range to absolutely bludgeon my units to death. I don't even know what part of this to take issue with so I'll just default to the rescue staff. I'm traumatized right now. Please comfort me.
  6. Female generals have the same ridiculous thing. Heavy armor everywhere... but only underwear on the butt. Reminds me of the armored boars in dark souls, which you literally killed by stabbing in the ass multiple times.
  7. I disagree with this sentiment. I think you are underestimating what I mean when I say high mobility. A rescue stave can teleport a unit from 10 squares away, completely ignoring terrain. No unit can cover that distance without boots/pair up bonuses/rally movement, and even then, very few units ignore terrain . Also it is trivial to safely ORKO units without fear of meaningful counterattack, even without skills like lethality, EV + LoD, or forging. Flamboyant + offensive skill loaded bow takumi (who is essentially a 'flier') is a tactic I've seen employed often in pvp and it can consistently one shot your standard units capable of counterattacking or ORKO your tankiest units. Offensive skill loaded fliers + a brave weapon can easily do the job as well. It's simply a matter of dedicating all your skills to player phase oriented skills since this strategy invalidates your opponent's ability to attack back and revenge kill. I have no prolbem with lethality, EV+ LoD, or forging because even if an enemy unit one shots your unit they are still in range to be attacked and revenge killed. Meaning, you still have a dimension of meaningful interaction with them. Rescue staves and stacking mobility/terrain ignoring is unhealthy though, because when executed properly you utterly deprive your opponent of any meaningful interaction. To reiterate, a team having complete denial of their player phase simply because they don't happen to have a flier/takumi jacked up with multiple boots or (surprise), rescue staves of their own feels unhealthy because it strips the other player of meaningful interaction in gameplay.
  8. Absolutely agree with the rescue stave point. God bless you if your units dont have enough movement, because a rescue team can just send in a high mobility unit with 5 offensive skills designed to 0RKO before teleporting it to safety with zero repercussions.
  9. I have confirmed that draconic shield works on any adjacent ally regardless of pair up situation. I'm inclined to say the receiving character is the one that the luck proc rate is based off. Not sure if it stacks with aegis or pavise but it goes through a similar animation as them so I would say no.
  10. I'm aware that every character has a statue that can be built for them in my castle. Can anyone clarify the bonuses you get for upgrading each person's respective statue to silver and gold which takes 3 dragon's veins point and 9 dragon's vein points respectively? EDIT: nvm I found it: http://serenesforest.net/fire-emblem-fates/my-castle/buildings/
  11. Let's say your kamui is paired up with someone. Another paired up unit adjacent to kamui is attacked. If kamui has draconic shield, will it still proc even though he is not in a stance with the attacked character? Also, whose character does the luck proc rate base itself off? If midoriko has draconic shield is the proc rate boosted or does the proc rate depend on the luck of the person getting attacked? Lastly, does draconic shield stack with a unit's pavise or aegis?
  12. Anyone have any luck finding the soundtrack for this DLC? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkA8nnhfX54 It's pretty intense.
  13. Don't forget you can marry Midoriko and have her marriage seal for miracle too as I did. That might be the only way to get miracle onto Midoriko as mKamui in Nohr.
  14. An enemy wyvern Midoriko with raven strike, aggressor, galeforce & extravagance sweeps in for the ORKO on my elite ninja Midoriko. She uses a gold coin and brave axe, doing about 50 damage twice in a row. One Hit will KO. Hit percent is in the high 90s. My Midoriko dodges the first hit and miracle triggers on the second hit. The counterattack damage is a paltry amount in the single digits because of extravagance. But Lethality triggers on the counterattack. Reverse OHKO. For a full 30 seconds, my opponent did not move a unit. Meanwhile I'm laughing my ass off. I just felt so much sass from my Midoriko, who hardcore utilized her luck proc rate personal skill to its full extent. A couple turns later, enemy shinonome paired up with matoi come charging down at my tank kanna. Breaking sky procs once. Breaking sky procs again, about to kill kanna. But miracle procs. Kanna survives with 1 hp, and heals about 30 back because of renewal and dragon child. I proceed to win the game against a grinded eternal seal Hoshidan team with only 20/20 units from Nohr. Miracle best skill PvP.
  15. Enemies will no longer suicidally attack units they do no damage to (with exceptions like ninjas with poison/debuffs).
