  1. Just here to say that this whole project is impressive. Keep up to good work.
  2. 1. Pairing mechanic in Awakening & Fates is OP and I don't like it. 2. Completing Lunatic+ in Awakening was not satisfactory one bit. 3.The Binding Blade is the toughest AND most fair FE game in my opinion. 4. I hate NDS FE animations, every single one of them. 5. I completely hate the fact that there is no weapon durability in Fates.
  3. This is getting even more interesting as I play. When I started Lunatic, I thought the game was insanely difficult, Then I started Lunatic+ and said the same, After managing to beat chapter 4 on lunatic+, I realized my ability to deal with rng and tactics got significantly stronger. For example, In Chapter 3, after you deal with the first wave and you move to the upper wave, and after killing two knights; you can send a cavalier to the opposite side of the map which you want to attack from. Put him/her right next to their aggro zone. Once you aggro them from your attack side, three of the enemies will move towards the alone cavalier. Next turn, you will have two or maybe even two enemies to deal with at the attack side(Assuming you've killed the first enemy you've aggrod). While doing this, you take cavalier south and move it towards your attack side. After you killed the 3 enemies(mercenary, fighter and archer) there should be approximately three turns until the trio at south arrives. By the time they arrive, you should be able to put robin/frederick into a forest tile. This strategy for Chapter 3 worked on Lunatic+ so much more than I've imagined.
  4. The first mage encountered in Prologue sometimes does not attack Lissa, especially when you pair her with Frederick, the mage keeps on attacking robin, with this method I managed to milk even more exp and got to level 3 by killing three enemies with Robin. Also, I didn't waste any vulneraries thanks to constant free healing of Lissa. I think it's completely random if he decides to attack Robin or Lissa, I've tried unequipping weapons and swapping pairup characters but none of them seems to work on who he decides to attack. Though, if you gain +Res after attacking him once and leveling him up, he immediately attacks to Lissa. For her healing staff, I always use almost half of it at Prologue, barely use one at Chapter 1 and use about 5-6 at Chapter 2. I think it's quite hard to use it up all. +Speed -Skill seems to be working well for me at normal lunatic, though I'm not sure about Lunatic plus since there are a lot of enemies that have luna+ which makes defense less effective.
  5. Oi, I've just finished my first lunatic playthrough. Robin x Sully Kjelle helped me a lot in this playthrough. Also she's so cute with turqoise hair :3
  6. ^ So much this. Although I bought 3DS for Fire Emblem, I bought many games afterwards including Smash, Pokemon and other must-owns that I'm glad I own. In the other hand, I bought PS4 for Bloodborne and as a huge Souls fan, I regret doing it. So it's your style what matters, if you truly like it, go for it. 3DS isn't that expensive too. (I bought mine in Canadian GameStop called EBGames as a refurbished product, and got it for 150 CAD.) It's especially good since there is a new Fire Emblem coming up next year for NA regions. On top of all these, you can just try demos of games which I think many of games in eShop have demos that you can try.
  7. I feel like a scumbag for minmaxing my characters after reaching chapter 5 but I swear I'll play lunatic+ without grinding.
  8. I thank Jesus Christ for his work on giving me Eirika's Blade at Prologue.
  9. I have recruited Yarne on my Hard Mode playthrough today. After I changed him into barbarian he gained despoil, would it be smart to get recruit him as early as possible at lunatic and change him into barbarian, then simply grind for small bullions? using cheap weapons i can keep him as a barbarian and farm spotpass teams, with 20% luck it seems that it could be quite useful considering a single bronze axe can keep him up for two fights if he's maxed out. i'm currently on chapter 3 at lunatic and it feels like it's going to be extremely important to keep up with gold, so i suppose this could be the solution.
  10. thanks for the answers, I've finished my first playthrough today and started lunatic. I noticed that prologue enemies do about five times the ones in hard mode.(tested via new games) is this a warm welcome to lunatic or what? :)
  11. So I'm still on my first playthrough at Awakening. Almost 40 hours into game.(Classic Hard Mode) I've honestly recently discovered the SpotPass features. I got stuck on chapter 23 because all my units were extremely weak. So you guys think it's okay to just grind using these teams? I kind of feel bad after grinding almost every character... Yet I still could barely finish the chapter with everyone surviving. At some point before I discovered Bonus Box, I was buying reeking boxes just to grind some of my characters, now it's all free and on top of that I can recruit awesome characters too... I hope it's okay to grind like this and it's the arena of Awakening. Hell, bonux box even gave me some op as hell weapons as well as some gold.
