Yep. The HP+1 is a result of characters always gaining at least 1 stat during a level up. Once the generic caps HP, they'll start gaining Strength and etc.

I think I see growths for Sergei. I'm pretty sure every boss in FE10 has growths, I'm not sure why though. Generics don't because they're literally generic X D

Its from one of the official Nintendo points cards. If you meant how I got such a large image, that's a trade secret (it's from a kind fan who scanned the image).

I don't really know, but apparently Skills are rolled after Hit in FE9 and I doubt FE10 would be any different. You could try asking goldie on Youtube to see if it's possible to hack the game to figure it out.
