Alright, I see what you are trying to say. I do appreciate the feedback as I'm always trying to improve. Next time I'll make the character's motivations and feelings a bit more crystal clear and cut down the room for reader interpretation.

Aye, I was going for more of an internal conflict than an external one but probably didn't convey my message across clearly enough. I apologize for that one and will do my best to improve for the next writing. Feedback is greatly appreciated! ^_^

Thank you for the feedback! I'm very used to writing completely original pieces but I wanted to try something very simple here first for my first ever entry. I appreciate this and will use this to continue my growth in writing in the future! As for everyone else, I haven't hard time to read everyone's story yet. As a busy university student, I hope you all understand and I'll try to read a few each day.

I also would like to bring to everyone's attention my italics didn't transfer over for my story, so the thoughts of my character were hard to pick up on. I fixed this, so no more worrying!

Originality comes from the heart, not the subject matter. Three people can write a story on Awakening all with their own twist on it. It's fun to see what others think on the same topic as it can help you expand and grow as an author. Now, I wrote my story on Awakening for the same reason of Ottservia as it was the first thing that came to mind with the prompt. Nothing more than a stroke of the stars and moon aligning for the three of us.

You follow my original character, Hunter, who is the second born son of Robin and Olivia and his struggles with coping with the future (I promise, this is the only pairing you need to know!). I thought this day would never come, but here we are. I immensely enjoyed Rune Factory 4 on the 3DS and I cannot wait to get my hands on Rune Factory 5! My only question would be what dragon would be featured in the game as if I remember correctly, the first four Rune Factories built off the lore from the first game, which mentioned four dragons. But all in all, I am glad it is the same development team as after what happened to Harvest Moon, I don't want Rune Factory to dive down in that same hole.

Hello wonderfully literate people! I've never really posted around before but this seems like a lot of fun! Is it okay for a newcomer to jump right in?

Well since I decided to be more active again, I'll compile a list of all the 5 stars I have gathered. Day 1 player here, with many highs and lows to show for. Duplicates = Red

Do you remember the specific enemies of the map by any chance? Personally, I've never experienced this problem and this map was in the Branded King's Tempest.

As you can see, my Legendary Ephraim was able to access the lower right corner of the map, so no bugs here. You could have been experiences Obstruct or a similar skill.

Guess I'll give my two cents on this. I'm a little sad it truly wasn't Sinnoh remakes but The Pokemon Company has always gone to their own beat. It was just a rumor anyway. Pokemon really seems to be pushing the alternate realities and worlds ever since the Delta Episode in ORAS, so this is probably just continuing from that. As for the legendaries, I think we can say this is most likely taking the Black/White Kyruem route....actually these games feel very reminiscent of Black/White 2. Yea, it's not a sequel per say, but another take with a brand new protagonist. To touch upon the video, I do like the idea GameXplain brought up about Necrozma being a parasite though. I'd hope they add new locations in this game. Squeeze in a few more towns and routes at least to make this game different. And for speculation, maybe the third evolution of the starters will be different in this. I remember that being a popular theory back when Sun/Moon were being speculated on, but I feel it would make sense that new forms appear in this game.

I sadly don't have a unit to pass on Swordbreaker except for a 3 star Sully, and the inner collector in me is causing me to hesitate doing that. I do have a few extra Lissa for Renewal and with all the Subakis I have, Quick Riposte shouldn't be a problem. Bummer...I guess he'll just stay there to say I at least got him. I just did a pull with the last bit of orbs I gathered for some skills and ended up with 4 new units! No 5 stars, but I did manage to get Soren (+Speed -Defense), Cordelia (+Speed - HP) and Seliph (+Defense -Speed) and Priscilla (+Speed -Attack) all 4 stars . I have enough swords so Seliph will probably not be used but I've see a few tough Cordelias around. I have a measly 6,000 feathers right now since I just promoted my F!Robin out of guilty pleasure (Should have rethought that tbh. My mistake!) But that does sound like a powerful team. I do have a bunch of Cecilias so Rally Res will not be a problem. I'll try to get pretty high in the Gauntlet for even more feathers since the Arena will be a challenge until the team is completely trained up.

I actually have promoted my Sharena to a 5 Star! I wasn't sure on what to give her skill wise though so she has been just sitting around. M!Robin has Triangle Adept and Vantage to throw people off but I might look into Quick Riposte. I got a few Subaki lying around. My Nino, I believe, is +Attack -Resistance actually. I think I also have a few Bartres to give Fury away for her. I really wanted to run Reinhardt, but my 4 star ended up being -Attack. I'm not sure if there is still a way to save him.

I sadly was blessed with not getting many units that have breaker skills to give up. I keep getting around the same 10 units whenever I go to the pull pit. However, I might have a spare Eliwood to give Axe-Breaker away to someone.

With all the Hector running free, I had to resort to a lot of magic. I did equip my M!Corrin with a Fury-Renewal skill set though, and he took care of being the physical one.

I didn't want it to come to this, but I think I need some serious help in the Arena. For a while, my team was floating and doing averagely well, however, this week proved to be the worst week ever in the Arena. Attempted at least 15 battles and won about 6 throughout many losses and kept losing my streak. I'm an unlucky soul who doesn't have: Linde, Ryoma, Hector, Kagero, Nowi, Azura, or Ike, the most common teams I see around the Arena. So, what the heck do I have? I have currently been running with M!Robin, M!Corrin, S!Camilla/F!Robin (Switch them around every so often) and the last slot was usually reserved for a bonus unit. As you can tell, none of the big ones. So I have been thinking about swaping things around. I managed to pull a 5 Star Eirika back on the Alm banner and she is about level 22. I could easily pair her up with my 4 star Nino who is level 31. However, I don't have any Life or Death skill fodder to feed to her..... I also have been thinking about putting my 4 star Effie back on the team, however, with all the mages I ran into today, I am quite hesitant. I was blessed with getting complete garbage when trying to get one of Celica's crew so I'm kind of in a pinch. So all and all, I just really need help. Throw out any suggestions you can think of. I'm all ears at this point. I'm not sure this is right place for it but push has come to shoved. I just feel like I'm falling behind all the other players with what I have.

Getting back on topic, my last pull ended up being more skill fodder of Odin, Palla, Henry, and Hinata. Was going for Azure but no blues!
