I see, thanks for the info. As someone who has never played any Warriors game I didn't know that. -
Describe your Fire Emblem Warriors 2
Ace Pelleas replied to Fabulously Olivier's topic in Fire Emblem Warriors
Am I the only one who'd rather have slightly less characters, but each with a completely different moveset? I tried balancing the roster to see faces from every continent. There might be a couple odd choices here and there, such as Frederick or Jaffar, but I opted for playstyle, rather than sword units lords. At the end, there are 5 more characters than what the first game offered, but I think I narrowed down to a great amount. The roster would boil down to something like this in my opinion Archanea: Marth, Caeda, Tiki, Minerva Valentia: Alm, Celica, DLC: Berkut Jugdral: Sigurd, Arvis DLC: Julia, Reinhardt Elibe: Roy, Hector, Lyn, DLC: Jaffar Magvel: Ephraim Tellius: Ike, Micaiah, Tibarn, DLC: Elincia, BK Ylisse: Chrom, Lucina, Robin, Frederick, Tharja Fates: Corrin, Azura, Camilla, Takumi Fódlan: Byleth, Edelgard, Dimitri, Claude, DLC: Sothis -
What about the return of Tempest Trials Mini? It could last 3 days, rack up to 15k points for all rewards, and in those include 4* copies of previous Tempest Trials rewards and a second chance to get a couple old sacred seals without having to spend coins. It'd be awesome for new players!! And that's something FEH desperately needs...

10. Forbid everyone who's a sword wielder to wear white clothing. -
Titania, since nobody would dare to slack around. Which character would you go shopping with?

What is your unpopular Fire Emblem opinion?

And I stand by my point, Roy may have placed first on CyL, but who can guarantee that all those are Binding Blade only players??? Don't you think people are more fond of him because he is a Smash character? Balancing, reworked moves, new stages, remixes? There's much more than just new characters -

Ace Pelleas replied to BlackSymphony's topic in General Fire Emblem
Tbh, I'm in favour of a mix between all four Smashes, including stages, all characters with reworked movesets, but tbh all those sword wielding FE characters make it kinda.... hard to see movesets that are vastly different, perhaps I was too critic about Corrin and I'd like to retract my statement on her(him). Roy as stated had some differences, my limited sight as a Smash player that didn't got their hands at Smash 4 made me think of the same basic melee movset, which was too similar to Marth. Well, CyL wa a double-edged sword anyway. After all there are haters for each and every character. Let's hope for him and Lucas to have even less similarities on the next Smash game. Regarding Lucina, well, she can still be cut. -

1- They don't necessarly need to add a new charater 2- We can basically get a clone effect using alternate specials, which were poorly implemented. Needless to say, alternate skins may be a thing and also Roy is fairly hated by the FE community, despite having a minority that loves him. 3- He got on CyL the amount of votes thanks to Smash, his game wasn't officialy translated neither released worldwide -

Lucina and Roy are clones, and I would also add Dark Pit and Doctor Mario to this list. Smash needs more original characters and some revamp the movesets of character such as Lucas, Ganon and Falco. Not every single move needs to be changed, but having the same specials with different effects is kinda underwhelming. Corrin is just another random FE character and we'll probably get more newcomers the next mash game, which is kinda sad when we only have 2 DK characters, 4 Zelda characters and 3 Kirby characters. But then there 6 FE caharacters, almot as big as Mario's -

If fe had drastic changes on his moveset I would be ok with him, but then there's Ganondorf.... which is a clone from a character of a different franchise. I really doubt having any changes on either char -

Lol, my bad. It seems that I had forgotten to type FE newcomers on the first line. However, regarding the other options I was being totally serious -

So, once again, let's start: 1- We don't need any FE newcomer for the next Smash; 2- Roy, Corrin and Lucina should be removed from Smash; 3- Exclusive skills(Heroes) were the worst idea possible; 4- The Last Promise is best FE. -
Hey man, if you need any help I can also help translating it.

Which Fe, in your opinion, has the best plot/Writing and why?
Ace Pelleas replied to Ginger567's topic in Fire Emblem Debates
Radiant Dawn was really good tbh. PoR, was kinda in the middle road, some were predictable, but others like. Not defeating BK with Ike or the Torture Chamber part were pretty surprising. It wasn't the best overall plot, far from it, however the attention to details the developers had made it more memorable and perhaps impacful. -

Ace Pelleas replied to Ginger567's topic in Fire Emblem Debates
Well, it was unexpected. Like, even if he had the least sreentime among the 3 cavaliers. We were backstabed by the strongest unit of our team. Then we see a man who was taken by the death of his wife and couldn't even think rationaly. -
Which Fe, in your opinion, has the best plot/Writing and why?
Ace Pelleas replied to Ginger567's topic in Fire Emblem Debates
Yeah, Riev sucked Well, as a FE7-FE10 and FE2(I'll be talking about all of them, except Gaiden) It is safe to assume that FE9 is the best written storywise. BK, Ashnard, Shiharam(If Jill is brought), Petrine, Bryce and Oliver were memorable reasons, for good reasons or not. Also, I loved how themes like racism and torture chambers were mentioned, making the story even more memorable. Though, Bertram never being mentioned besides the chapter that he is fought was a huge mistake. FE7 was good on its own right, most of its cahpters were quite... uninteresting, however Nino's arc, Dread Isle arc, Cog of Destiny and the Chapter XX were top-notch. Whereas the rest of the game ranges from below average to somewhat good. Overall, an OK FE storywise. FE8 was really good, despite the earlygame being tiresome, up until chapter 5X, as I've played only Ephraim route I really enjoyed it, depite people saying that Eirika's route is better on that regard. Vigarde was good, Lyon too. Selena was interesting, who the heck is Caellach and I already talked about Riev. But Orson and Valter stole the show, for reasons that were probably already stated. FE10 was a complete mess, it had a good start due to the fact that we don't play a game of cat and rat on FE and especially do not see a villain as cornered as in Part 1. Part 2 was a blast, Part 3 started bad and up until Pelleas arc it was bad, then everything went downhill. FE2 beats them with "With Mila's Divine Protection" alone -

Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn ReDux (v0.8.72 CH 2-2)
Ace Pelleas replied to Dunal's topic in Fan Projects
Well, I've decided to use them, for specific feedback on buffed Sothe, since he has pretty substancial changes(Perhaps this could be changed? IDK if it's worth the time... Probably Not.). The other units have minor tweaks: - Ike has a +2 on Strength and Skill - Geoffrey a +2 on Defense. Since nobody else capped their level they won't get the transfer bonus, so it's safe to assume that it won't be anything game breaking. Regarding weapon ranks I'll give feedback whenever later chapters are released, the only one that will actually have bonus on Part 1 is Tormod. If his bases weren't changed, he'll be kinda broken, although his defense is probably a downside. If somebody could send inform me of his new bases it would be helpful(Otherwise I'll start a new save file). Briefly I'll be giving feedback -

Will play it whenever I have a chance. If only somebody could answer, are transfer bonus working? -
Favourite: - Pelleas: I think that he sometimes worship Micaiah, despite being the king/prince - Ilyana: Sometimes the developers made her dialogues too one dimensional. Basically food Least Favourites: -Meg: Well, she has pink armor.. .which is cool... I guess -Moulder: The Boulder and his mustache

Alm or Celica.
Ace Pelleas replied to ThunderKeybladeMaster's topic in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia
As a Gaiden only player, I gotta choose Celica, because I liked her desert maps. Yes, they slow you a lot and there's freaking Sonya teleporting near to you, but it was fun as heck. Most FE games just follow the staple, levels on the plains, a few on snowy terrains(midgame), a volcano level and one desert level. Gaiden on the other hand, threw you a lot of old traditional things with another perspective.- 13 replies

what u DONT want to see in FE Switch
Ace Pelleas replied to Pegasus Knight's topic in Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Those 3 points you've made picked my interest. Well, the weapon triangle is definitely a staple, but if it was handled as it was in Radiant Dawn I would be fine with it! Instead of naming it Hard mode it could be divided into something such as Casual/Classic/Ideal modes each having difficulty variations and the magic traingle could be thrown into this mix. Mila's Turnwell can be avoided if there's another menu or it being implemented better, because when I was playing Sacred Stones I died twice because I accidentally clicked on End Turn when trying to choose another option. Some would rather use it, while others could commit those mistakes. -
By far Pelleas, one of the best characters the series has to offer. Showing development on a game with non-existant supports is no easy task. Also his design is pretty damn good and he has my favorite theme song of all franchise and I'd still say, up there with Sebastian Debeste's(Ace Attorney) theme if we consider all gaming.
