So here's the thing, they shouldn't actually hold the copyright to the song and it's theme, but it's also iffy considering it's Renka's debut song. This is a piece of music appearing in a Nintendo and Intelligent Systems game, they are the ones who should be the copyright holders of the music. I just watched the credits and the only thing Being Inc. was credited for was that the recording and mixing engineers were from them (and of course Renka being under their label as the Japanese voice, but this is the English version, so she has nothing to do with it). I've looked on the Wikipedia page and all over and Being Inc.'s only connection to it is that Renka is under their label. In all honesty, the copyright for Lost in Thoughts All Alone (at least the English version) should be under Nintendo and Intelligent Systems, since it does not contain Renka's voice. Hiroki Morishita who is the composer for the song was previously a composer for Awakening. Anyhow, sorry if it's a bit scattered and all over the place (or redundant), but that's what I got from looking up the various people involved in the creation of the song. I really think you should appeal it. Some more prominent YouTubers still have the sound on their videos (i.e. GameXplain), but others are having it removed, so this is just odd.

The arena uses the song Quiet Burn (and it's Roar variant for the battle). As for what I think I don't actually hear much similarity. I don't hear any identical melodies between the two, but perhaps a bit similar. Not uncommon for composers to re-use a theme or melody for something recurring. Of course if you'd be willing to upload a video with the parts that are the same between the two overlapping or playing one after the other, that would be neat. Every resource field? That's hacking. Everyone only gets 2 Nohr and 2 Hoshido resources in a Revelation file (1 food and 1 ore for each).

One of the characters does some narration and then there's Shigure's End of All in the Memories of Foam DLC. Then there's also all the text that they have to translate and localize from those maps and the 2 Festival maps.

I don't think anyone mentioned it, but you won't get the path bonuses if it's 2 different physical copies, you have to buy one and get the other 2 as DLC (Revelations is DLC only anyway though). There's bonuses for having 2 of the paths and some others for having all 3.

The specific shape actually made me think of Black Butler.
