Recruited everyone but Hilda in the BE route. Only leveled up the relevant skills faith/swords/lance/authority with the avatar. Made everyone C support, and all the ones that need any skill that i didnt level up B support with gifts. Is possible to recruit everyone easily if you dump your money in gifts, return all lost items and always plant flower seeds. Is okay to neglect your students in the activities, i only focused on support for other houses. Using lost items alone for motivation and exploring as much as possible. Also saving bait for Fistful of fish is a great way to lvl up professor level. First playthrough atm, should be super easy once you get to NG+. Hilda is my only question mark, since you cant gift anything to her. I'm pre timeskip doing a bunch of paralogues atm.

Should i promote my units ASAP? or stay an master the class for the ability? Can i just push ahead and then reclass back to master the ability later? (maybe even after lvl cap).
