  1. Huh, I just realized that means Kiragi's gonna get access to Mercenary. At least if I'm remembering that right... I support this remark. +SKL is likely a bit heavy too what with the additional Skill activations and criticals it'll add to your performance. Unless you want that I guess. I'm not here to judge.
  2. You could really cheat and have them wish to Jirachi that it never happened.
  3. A story is just a world of dreams. Stardust
  4. So does Brady, not by choice. I like to think Chrom would be best represented by a Trombone, or as I've been realizing it should be called in this case, a Chrombone! Eh? Eh? ...I'll see myself out...
  5. I'm following some NPC wisdom and taking the "No news is good news" view on it. Also, hi. Welcome to this abode of many chatty people.
  6. Y'know, this made me realize that there's probably some people that somewhere in the future will be interested in Sonic 4 Episode 1 with the Wii's audio files for it since it sounded different to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions due to restrictive hardware. There's probably someone that's downloaded those files already though...
  7. No disagreements here... but how does one strangle a feature in a game?
  8. In the Future Past there's a book that the Avatar gives to the enemy Morgan that matches the child they'd have. In Hot Spring Scramble, one of Morgan's conversations reveals that the Morgan we recruit has 2 copies of that book. This might suggest that Morgan's ending stating the thing about being from another timeline is in fact true. My own speculation is that after Morgan's retreat, after the conversation, fully acknowledging that Grima would likely have punished them with death, they simply awaited their fate. My best guess is that in trying to defend Morgan, the Avatar seized control of Grima's power and flung Morgan to a different point in timespace with the bare minimum of their memories in tact. It's easily possible that Morgan wound up there that way or otherwise made their way there since they're fully conscious by the time we get there as I remember.
  9. You bringing this up reminds me of how Yen'fay and Say'ri can't support each other which is kinda sad.
  10. I am of the party that prefers Camilla's hair to her being rather scantily clad.
  11. If I'm remembering this right, it's a common problem in pretty much all Warriors games... Definitely agree with ya though.
  12. Eh, I always harkened the Greil reference as a reference to his Lord outfit. It's close enough.
  13. I like Ike's Lord outfit from Path of Radiance and favour using Bayonetta's white costume. I like that they went the extra mile with giving Meta Knight a Galacta Knight costume. I wish that Fire Mario was still a costume and I wish that Dry Bowser was a costume. Out of habit if I play Ryu I'll always wear the Orange Costume because of his connection to Gohan from Dragon Ball.
  14. I hope so! What about DW Gundam? That had like 4 games as I remember. Plus, wasn't there a dev interview where some of the developers expressed interest in making a sequel? I see it as more, rather than less likely. The only instances of characters being cut that I remember that might serve as a basis in a potential FEW sequel were a handful of key minorities in the DW Gundam series where it cut some characters that were just sort of there. and not really too significant to the plot in any way. Similarly, the cut that stands out to me (being Johnny Ridden) happened between the second and third games. So if there's to be any cuts, I doubt it unless the character has little-to-nothing to bring in terms of gameplay or story content. As for adding any new characters goes, every entry of DW Gundam expanded the main continuity's roster whilst adding characters from the other series but to a lesser degree. If we assume that this would be the same, we'd probably get an expansion of characters from the games already present whilst adding others from other popular entries to make a more complete experience. Ike and Roy would most likely get added, due to the popularity they garnered from Smash, this time around but that's honestly predictable and I have no other significant predictions. For a few characters I'd like to see (I'm gonna keep it at no more than 5 per continent): Tellius Ike Sothe Volke Titania (she'd be a solid mirror of Frederick defensively) Tibarn Elibe Roy Hector Rath Sue Eliwood Magvel Ephraim Knoll L'arachel Amelia Cormag Ylisse Vaike (if they match his fighting style to Lissa's you have a reason for why Lissa fights how she does) Aversa (I'd want her using Tomes) Walhart Basilio Priam Fates Laslow Ophelia Subaki Kagero Felicia
  15. I don't have it but my friend does and he and his other half were round here today as well as another one of our friends so we just had 4 of us having a blast on Ultimate all day. I'm actually tired now just from all the yelliing and general positivity. The time they were here on New Year's Eve was fun too. We did Classic Mode just to unlock characters and I wanted to test something as Simon. Several times though, my friend kept getting beaten and this hilariously just turned into Simon Belmont throwing Tomahawks at and Whipping Pokémon. It's hilarious!
  16. Glad it amused ya! That was just me rounding up based on a prediction from prior knowledge at the time. I just checked the time properly and it's been 900. I didn't do it quickly. I just don't actually do anything significant with my time and evidently spend my days playing it! I like you already! More traditional fighting games aren't my sort of thing so FighterZ didn't really appeal to me outside of story content. Xenoverse 1 and 2 are definitely more my speed and feel very much to have the essence of Dragon Ball that feels close to the experience of the anime without putting me in a situation that easily discourages me from situations present in more traditional fighters. I feel a tiny bit puzzled that you didn't try to guess. It's Fire Emblem Warriors of course! Oh, don't worry! I aim to get that! And Pokémon when that releases. Pokémon and Smash Bros. are big contributors to why I'ma Fire Emblem fan in the first place so I want to take the utmost care with avoiding information for them. I did that with X and Y and to this day, they're my favourite Pokémon entries. For Fire Emblem, I got the Awakening special edition 3DS for my birthday in 2013. And though my intention was for a Pikachu 3DS in anticipation of X and Y at the time (my birthday's in June and they were released in October) there wasn't one there or it wasn't released yet or something like that. So I settled on Fire Emblem because at the price of a tiny bit more, I got an extra game out of it and ultimately fell in love with the game, and later the franchise as a whole. I've noticed that I seem to have a quality over quantity thing going on when it comes to games lately. XD
  17. Yeah, I wanna replay PoR too... Dude, he literally finished with "Prepare yourself!" how did you not see it? Anyhow, welcome to the Forest. Please watch where you step. I don't know where the Laguz may have needed to use the bathroom. Nah, joke aside. What other interests do ya have... besides the obvious... Your name strongly suggests Dragon Ball so to start off a pleasant conversation, I got Xenoverse 2 for the Switch for my birthday last year and have clocked up nearly 1000 hours on it from probably playing it too much. It might be because I only have 2 games for the Switch though. XD
  18. That's not locked by difficulty and can be done in a skirmish as well. At any rate, I feel like I ought to know the circumstances of Lords and Water behaviour in Awakening but nothing's coming to me right now.
  19. Yes. To all from what I could tell. That's the one with Gine, right? Yeah, I always preferred the version of the Saiyan story where Bardock and all the other Saiyan warriors were bigger bastards, and only the royalty had any real family to speak of (as opposed to offspring that are separated from their parents at birth and sent off to remote planets). In fairness, you don't really see many 'warriors' ironically. It focuses more on the behaviours of specific characters as opposed to a broader background. Paragus and King Vegeta are dicks in their own ways but honestly they're the only harsh ones you see. Bardock's implied to be rough around the edges though which at least feels like Toriyama tried to keep him consistent with the original Bardock special. But from what I'm aware, it might be that the script's duration was set to be about 3 hours long and the movie ultimately clocking in at 100 minutes or so that really hurts what he might have been aiming for. At any rate, I'm feeling like I've said too much so I'll drop it here and just double down on recommending people watch it if they're Dragon Ball fans in general. It's not absolutely necessary to watch through the Tournament of Power. Chris Sabat even stated this on Twitter personally. If you've seen the trailer where Goku mentions it, that's basically all the references throughout. So again, not ultra important but if you're trying to watch it chronologically then I understand why you might feel that way.
  20. This line alone just reminded me how stupidly hilarious it is to take down a Big Zam in a Zaku Tank with a friend. As a quick elaboration, just have them get supports like normal but just remove any A+ capability. Rather then getting a Silver, Gold and Essence, they could just get Captain's "Weapon" Bronze and Silver Material. Nothing would change at all barring the materials awarded for increasing the support ranks.
  21. Wait, we revived? You sure? I don't feel it...
  22. Probably just died inside. Or at the very least "hopefully" died inside and their lack of ability to properly express emotions leads to everyone believing that this is really the villain. It'd be a cool twist, now that I think about it. I think it's that there's not a lot of shading on their faces. Claude's face actually looks detailed somewhat as if there's more natural shading but everyone else looks like there's a spotlight on their face at all times. EDIT: Now that I've sent it to my friend, I think it's because Claude actually seems to still have his soul.
