  1. I don't know the rules to this site or the forums, so if this is somehow against the rules, lemme know. Basically, my friend got hit pretty hard by that flood in Louisiana, but she hasn't gotten any donations at all. So please, check out the Gofundme page and donate if you can. I'll do my best to offer any sort of validation to the legitimacy to the Gofundme, and I really do understand you cynical folks that just straight up won't donate. More information regarding the Gofundme is available on the Gofundme page linked below: https://www.gofundme.com/rayvonrei I really do appreciate any donations- even simply considering to donate! At the very least, spread the link around if you don't have any cash but still wanna help out!
  2. If you're going offensive, all that matters is that you pick a class with a high spd cap, doesn't add any weaknesses (i.e. Generals make Corrin weak to armor slayers and hammers), and they can use swords. That's why Sword Master and Master Ninja are really popular.
  3. Ha ha, glad to see the Outlaw class is loved! My setup worked ironically well, as Corrin ended up capping Strength and Luck rather early. I decided to optimize his Strength stat and gave him skills based around it. +2 Strength, Heavy Blade, Bowfaire, Hoshidan Unity, and Luna. The first three to increase his damage output, the last two to ensure that I still hold a candle against units with high Def. The only problem I had on that run was...everyone else sucked. It was Lunatic/Classic, as usual, but everyone was only leveling up 1-2 stats a level. I ended up restarting, but I'm definitely gonna use the Outlaw class as my main reclass path after how good it went the first time.
  4. I did a run like that before. He was a mediocre unit, to be honest.
  5. The Christmas Cavaliers in this game are apparently Kaze and Saizo, not Kaze and Kagero.
  6. Why the hell does Robin say "Let's tip the scales!" in the first place?

  7. You can get a 100% crit rate like that?! Jeez, and here I am, thinking that Author was the crit lord of Nohr...
  8. Go for it! I made my Peri a maid, and she turned out better than I expected.
  9. Ever since buying skills has become a thing, I've noticed a lack of interesting character reclassing in Fates. Everyone is either a Swordmaster, Master Ninja, or a Nohr/Hoshido Noble. Which is fine! Those classes are common for a reason! But I'm curious to hear if anyone did something different. Like making Effie into a healer, or making Kaze into a samurai. I, for example, made my Avatar an Outlaw with +Luck/-Skill.
  10. I wonder if Conquest holds up to older Fire Emblem games in terms of difficulty...

  11. Seriously? That's uh...extremely underwhelming. Is there any benefit to getting an S rank at all then? I was considering giving the Hero brand to someone that could benefit from S rank swords, but that idea got shot down instantly.
  12. Well, everything has it's flaws. That's the whole point of having an army! Ha ha! Is there any weapons that Xander could actually benefit from having an S rank in swords? I'll definitely do that, thanks for the advice!
  13. I'm playing Conquest (hard/classic, if it matters) and I wanna try my hand at planning ahead. Is the Lodestar class viable? I know Xander benefits from it quite a bit, but would it be acceptable to not change him into another class?
