But absolutely don't leave them for later than chapter 17 because the scaling enemies get insanely powerful. Only buy weapons you don't have at least one of their type already. Despite what newbies that rely on enemy phase say, silver weapons are great and just like every tier in Fates they have their specific applications, even bronze weapons. Made me drop the game during part 1 because of how difficult it is playing along with a manipulative cunt that gets everything handed to her. I'm sorry to the people that fell for her, but being a "cute sassy girl" isn't enough for this one.

In my experience from hard mode Ephraim route, the two chapters following her recruitment are very difficult to train such a weak unit because of the turn limit and fog of war. So I imagine people who tried to train her there failed and then got salty and shitpost about it. Just be sensible and wait until Chapter 12 to use her. Never touched any skirmish or tower battle, saying that using amelia means you grind is just an excuse by bad players to shrug it off. I don't care about efficiency, grind abuse and other obsessive e-sport ways to ruin the games, I just use characters I like and her supports with Duessel and Franz won me over.

No I didn't get Rutger for this chapter and in fact I benched him because I have had enough edgelord myrmidons that-are-out-for-revenge in fire emblems. I saw the map only had easy units so I guessed it would be great opportunity to bring the others up and now I just can't beat the boss, I do pitiful damage and even the two mages can't damage him enough *if they even hit*. I guess I now know why people suggest to use the prepromotes, it's not because the game is challenging, it is just the bosses are just a stat comparison for who has the strongest avoid and hit rate rng jesus.

I am in chapter 8x and I just cannot beat the fucking boss, my units just can't touch him. This is because thrones are horribly unbalanced and all the weapons have shit accuracy. The weapon triangle is void if lances can still beat axes because they get the same chance to hit in a fight between them, 60%-60%. Meanwhile sword units get 100% hit even against lance units. The game is actually very simple and easy (in a bad way) up to this point with only the bosses being an unfun rngfest. This is absolutely terrible gameplay, can't believe people unironically suggest this is a good fire emblem, or even a good PLAYABLE game. I guess being untraslated and old still gives it a free-pass no matter how terrible of a game it is.

Yeah CQ has better story, characters and gameplay compared to all the other 3DS games. Compared to the older fire emblems it definitely improved gameplay and balance and innovated with a more controversial plot. You should play Birthright to see the other side since that's the premise of Fates plot in the first place. But be preparded for a very different gameplay focused on quantity rather than quality. The grind opportunities are there for a reason.

Xander/Marx reacts exactly how a person in his position and of his character should. If you think the writers were "smoking something" when writing that scene you probably haven't read his supports to understand his character.

I tried merging all the patches folders together and then selecting the /patch/ directory with the patcher. If "patch" doesn't work, try renaming it to "patchdir" So I get to do only one patch that includes all 4 of them.

Thanks for the reply at least How to apply all 5 patches on the same .3ds or .cia? Which directory am I supposed to select with the patcher when I get the "Selected patch directory has too many or too few subfolders" for the namechangepatch for example, I get this error on every directory.

Anyone know how to patch it? The op doesn't mention anything.

How to use this? Please respond Am I supposed to use this with HANS? Do I need to convert it to romfs or something?
