I think Sakurai came up with the ideas for Kirby and SSB mostly by himself, so yes, he is something.

Sakurai is TEH AWSUM. He's one of my favourite directors/producers/whatevers. Without him the world would've imploded, exploded, and imploded again. Though he did have a few wacky decisions with Brawl, but he's still awesome.

Batta himself. Batta really isn't ugly, FFoF. EDIT: I thought this was going to be a joke poll with all the options saying "Batta the Beast" or some variation of Batta the Beast. :o

Soma and Alucard could have been an AT, but Simon is the best one for playable (most prominent protagonist, face of Castlevania, etcetera etcetera). He would have been overpowered though.
