Bump! I'm adding Felicia, Oboro, and Niles to the list! Felicia's colour scheme is very soothing, I love Oboro's hair, and Niles' cape and overall darker colours contrast so nicely with his hair.

Hm, honestly, I think my general consensus on Fates's voice acting is "It's hit-or-miss." Phew, that ended up a lot longer than I initially thought. I also think Awakening, overall, had better voices, since there wasn't a voice I remember distinctly disliking. Still, I can say that Fates did nail some voices and kind of butchered others. A valiant attempt, I guess?

Oh man, this. I still do love Niles and I am going to marry him, but I wonder why the localization team had to change his dialogue so much. Especially because his My Room lines in JP Fates (what with him suddenly being very vulnerable around the avatar and asking them to hold his hand while he sleeps) made me like him so much in the first place! It feels like there's a bit of a disjoint between Niles and Zero when there didn't need to be and that's kind of disappointing, really. But to get back on topic, I also agree with the points made with Silas and Hana. I thought Hana was cool until her pushy attitude kind of turned me off, and Silas with his self-proclamation as Corrin's BFF. I'm more impartial to Silas though, because I do get his appeal, but I wish he was more than just his "nice guy who loves corrin" shtick. I also liked JP!Hinoka and Effie, but their one-trick ponies also tired me after a while. Hinoka is just not a good older sister and her fixation on getting Corrin back doesn't make a lot of sense, even going as far as to brush off her blood siblings for them. JP!Effie is really just superior to localized effie for....obvious reasons.

Which character designs, visually, do you find the most appealing? I personally love Velouria's, Sakura's, Mozu's, Nina's, Jakob's, and Kaden's the best, though I think I'm forgetting some. I would say Camilla too but... how is that woman still alive HOW DOES SHE FIGHT oh well I love her hair

Normally I would have voted yes, but I only voted against it because there's no child character I particularly adore from Fates that I'd want to see in another installment. I don't mind as much for Fates' involvement of Awakening kids because I personally love them, but I think doing it a second time might be pushing it. But it's likely to happen if it would get more fans to play the future games. o: EDIT: By "Awakening kids" I mean the Inigo, Owain, and Severa trio. I really quite disliked the recycled children with randomly letterswapped names?? get outta here asugi. caeldori. RHAJAT who thought that name was okay she's eternally tharja to me. It makes me kind of mad that their designs and general personalities and quirks were just carried over rather than giving several characters their own original children. It makes you wonder what you missed out on, you know?

ohhh, i just checked the thread and i see what you mean by creating a character besides the avatar! though you can still introduce your kamui or whoever you'd like here, so it might be difficult to replicate it without people being confused about the difference upon first glance? ahahaha, everyone can still enjoy their self-insert glory here, so i think this thread is fair enough to cover that! c: (also vers has such a cool design! i think the teal hair really does it for me)

She loves raspberries. She also loves spicy foods but can't actually eat them, she only pretends she can stomach it because she doesn't want to lose to Leo's palate. (she really wants to surpass him even though she's older) Aila would most definitely be voiced by Erica Mendez! Using her gentler voice, of course. They're just so slimy and... uck. She is, however, fond of sheep and frogs. The type of lover to dote on her significant other like no one else. Her favorite thing is to tuck their head under her chin and hold them there for a while and pet their hair. Though she knows how to play the flute, she isn't very good at it. Her practice sessions are pretty horrible. Still makes pinky promises, but rarely and never around Xander. (He'd surely scold her for being immature.) i'm surprised no one's mentioned Niles x Elise yet. I thought it was so cute from C-A, it was like Elise had another big brother or uncle-type figure in her life, and then all of a sudden it's just "when i get older i should marry someone like you bc u honest" and then "lmao well why not now" and it just!!! oh my god. it rubbed me the wrong way so badly. their dynamic was just so supportive and cute and i wanted it to stay like that but then suddenly marriage just got shoehorned in and i??? had to try not to cry. most definitely one of my very hated romantic pairings. it's so OOC on niles's part too! D: takumi x camilla is also :\\\\ like everyone else said, she's treating him as a child and that is not a good, respectful relationship. it was better off as a comedic pair than a romantic one, which i think can be said for other pairs as well?? corrin x gunter for obvious reasons like hello grandpa let's get married corrin x any of the hoshido and nohr siblings kinda rubs me the wrong way. some of them have good chemistry and cute supports, but just the idea of marrying someone who was raised as your sibling is just??? wrong somehow. especially corrin x elise i almost threw up a lung. nice try treehouse you're not getting me with this one corrin x odin was basically just "stop being yourself" and it just confused me because corrin literally had no reason to love odin romantically by the end of their supports?? like he didn't do anything to warrant that feeling of her not hating him and it just fell so flat. to a lesser degree, (it's more of a moral issue) even though laslow and fem! corrin's supports were quite romantic and well-written, i still had to begrudgingly tear myself away from the pair because i couldn't bear the thought of him needing to return to the awakening universe someday and leaving. also it just complicates the time even further, like "here's a guy from another world and also came from a different time period in that world" and oh man. what a mess. i also like for second gen kids's relationships to stay within their own timelines and age groups o:
