Me thinks we obviously have a case of someone posting in the wrong thread. The evidence points to the fact that he/she isn't region locked to europe like the rest of us, which is a shame really. I was also hoping for that scarlet.

It's seems like your not region locked to europe like the rest of us here. I get the same error message as someone from a different region, or there is always that minor possiblity that both your castle name and address is incorrect, which i doubt. Can someone clarify this please. Cheers....
