Thankfully there are some cheap FE games out there but all the other ones are a bit pricey like FE5 or POR (RD has dropped in price believe it or not). You know, be aware of the obvious bootlegs. Some of them are pretty hilarious if you ask me.

Does anyone have Mitama with aptitude? I don't think it's possible for the amiibo characters to get aptitude is it?

If you're still thinking about the getting a Retron console I'd say get the retron 5 because it can play FE 1-8 on it. It can play NES, Famicom, SNES, Super Famicom, GB, GBC, GBA, Genesis, and Mega Drive games on it. On top of it you plan the japanese titles in english through an english patch which you put on an SD card. I've got all the FE games physically and I have tested FE 1-8 on the Retron 5 and for the most part, there don't seem to be problems with most of them but I'm wary when I play FE 3 or 4 in english on there because the save data can sometimes disappear(I'm not 100% sure of this but it has happened to me before). FE6 shouldn't be played on there at all through a patch since the game deletes your progress through the day you played it and if have pre-existing saved data your characters will get an increase in stats and sometimes, hilariously, get 31 strength on a swordmaster, or 35 speed on Wyvern Lord. Unfortunately, once you level up these godly stats decrease to only maximum. The Retron 5 is an emulation console so it has problems but it does have nice features to it. There are some features I hadn't mentioned yet but it seems you're more concerned about playing the games than the overall best retro gaming experience.

Finished BLACK RAIN with the English and romanized lyrics but the link is still red, if you click on it it shows that work has been done on it. Strange... Did I do something wrong? Btw, do any of the song names that we don't have even appear in game in some form? If they don't then there's no way to get them is there?

I finished Tsubasa's Feel with Romaji and English lyrics, all it needs is the Kanji. Somewhere down the line I plan on putting in the song cards artwork and listing who was involved in creating the song on top of the tables with the lyrics. I'll show an example of it later but when I scanned the song cards they have these white borders around them as a part of the picture, so I'll ask my brother to use photoshop to help me get rid of it later today.

Ah, okay. Then that leaves me with Tsubasa's Feel for tonight.

As far as I know its just translations. Yeah, I'll handle the romanizations for the SE song cards and the artbook provides the english lyrics for those 6 songs so I'll go ahead and do those too. But Mamori's song at the end of chapter 3 isn't included, which sucks cause I like that song, so there's only english to it. Oh, yeah! By the way, if there's any song from early in the game that you need the english lyrics for that's not in the SE then I always could record it and put it on youtube if it's not already uploaded. I have an elgato so it wouldn't be a problem. I'm still on chapter 1, I haven't had much time to play it. Kiria's Reincarnation page has been finished but all it needs is the japanese lyrics then it'll be 100%

Yeah, I'm using the SE Song cards and the english lyrics from the artbook. I'll do the six of those but I don't have access to the Japanese lyrics. For right now, I'm just focusing on Reincarnation for today but probably would do Tsubasa's Feel tonight. I'm doing side by side, it's actually not that hard. But how would we get the japanese lyrics?

How did you get the different tabs for Under the Moon? I'm currently working on Kiria's Reincarnation page for both Romanized and English lyrics and frankly I like the idea of switching between tabs than looking at a table.

The song cards have been scanned as .PNG images and I'll type out the English lyrics for those six songs later. I'll be busy all of today, but more than likely be free tomorrow to put this in the wiki.

Oh, okay. Either way, we are going to scan something, right? I got an idea- I could scan the song cards and take the English lyrics from the artbook and put them together showcasing the official art for the character, song title, and the lyrics to the side somewhere along the lines of the Cipher TCG cards on the wiki.

The only one I've beaten is P Q- not that the games are too hard, I just hadn't beaten them yet. Although, I would like to play P4 but I hear it's better to play P3 before you play P4 because 4 is an upgraded version of 3 and you don't want to regress in the gameplay. Been meaning to check out Devil Survivor for awhile now. I'll be picking up my copy of TMS # FE the Special Edition in a couple of hours but I got a question. Do you want me to scan the song cards and put them in the wiki? The back of them have the Japanese lyrics written out in English but not translated though, which seems a little odd to me. The problem is, I'm not sure if my old printer can scan them though.

I'll help out with what I can, but I've got no experience in editing wikis. My knowledge mostly stems from FE as I've only played SMT IV, Persona 3 FES, and Persona Q (if that counts) but I know the skill names and the overall battle system for the SMT games. The skill names looks like they're from SMT but I'll have to play the game today to really find out.

Since FE 5 takes place between chapter 5-9 in FE 4 which point in the story in FE4 would it be all right to stop playing it and go beat Thracia 776 and return to Seisen No Keifu for the full extent of the story? Now, I'm not actually doing this but I'm curious as to what point in the story would make the most sense for linking the two together. I'm going by memory here but, at the end of Thracia, Leif joins the liberation force lead by Seliph to go defeat the Lopto Empire in Grandbell to end the war entirely. But he doesn't join until chapter 7 (at least is playable at chapter 7) and he's still defending Lenster Castle until the end of the chapter( the two also meet up at the end, I believe). So in terms of putting together the full canonically written story wouldn't it be better to play FE 4 up to you seizing the final castle in chapter 6 then play and conquer the absurdly difficult FE 5? Or would it be better to start Thracia as soon as you beat chapter 5 because the second generation takes place a year after the events of FE 5(which means that once Leif retakes Lenster and all of Thracia, he maintains the castle for a full year until Seliph arrives)? And the intro to Thracia 776 makes a direct reference to chapter 5 in FE 4, so does that make it canon to start directly after chapter 5? I'm at a loss as to where FE5 fits into the story.
