  1. Alright, so as many of you are aware, the Dauntless Crimean banner opened today. To get right into it, I pulled Elincia on my free summon, which honestly made my day. Anyway, just wanted thoughts on how to run Elincia and what you are all observing stat-wise. With Amity equipped, my Elincia's stats came out to be 35/45/34/24/27, which is pretty impressive. Currently, this is the build I have going for her (note: I also have her running with summoner support): Elincia Weapon: Amiti Assist: Draw Back Special: Draconic Aura A Skill: Life and Death 3 B Skill: Desperation 3 C Skill: Hone Attack 3 Stats with this set: 40/52/41/21/24 I can see Elincia really making a place for herself in the meta and in many flier emblem teams, especially with the Flier Formation skill. Overall, she looks to be a harder-hitting Caeda, who comes with a buffed brave sword, and fits very well into an offensive role on any team. I currently have her chilling with an Olivia, a Ninian, and an Azura, so essentially having her sweep through maps. With the raw power she brings to the field, she is nearly untouchable. I've noticed that she is particularly good at ORKO-ing Hector, before even getting the chance to counter Elincia, given he's not on a defense tile. She loses against anything with a Sapphire Lance, but is still able to wound/ KO them, especially if she gets a special trigger. Xander poses a threat to her when on a defense tile, and lance armors like Effie tear her to shreds. Overall, I'm gathering that she's an outstanding Player Phase unit, but can definitely function on the Enemy phase as well. I expect to see her on lots of Flier Emblem teams, and I see great synergy with her and Spring-Camilla. Anyway, those are my thoughts, anyone else have some suggested builds, or thoughts on Elincia?
  2. Okay so I got an Elincia from my free summon... and boy does she bring a lot to the table. So not sure about base stats since they just came out, but my Elincia came out at 35/34/36/24/27... which first of all is outstanding for base stats. I'm currently running her with the summoner support, as well as life and death 3, effectively putting her at 40/52(with Amiti)/41/21/24, and the fact that Amiti functions as a brave sword makes her that much more threatening on top of these otherworldly stats. I also gave her Draw Back and Draconic Aura, though I imagine Reposition and Moonbow/ Luna/ Iceberg would be other good options for her.
  3. My top 5 at the end usually go as follows: 1: Micaiah 2: Ike 3: Vika 4: Lyre 5: Ilyana
  4. Percival- He's consistently good, regardless of stat gains, and typically excels over the other potential Paladins. He has a wonderful color palette with the dark/ navy blue, and has a respectable personality. Clarine- early join time, and has consistent superiority in terms of skill, luck, and speed, making her excel in arena grinding at the very least. She gets enough magic to pass in combat, or destroy everything that dares look in her direction. Her high movement also makes her a very efficient healer and rescuer. I lover her prissy, rich noble demeanor, which definitely accents her perfectly. Lilina- She easily caps magic every time I use her. Her speed can be shaky at times, but typically doesn't ever fall too far behind. Only flaw is her dreadful skill, making her accuracy on bosses a bit low, but nothing some supports can't fix. She is a total sweet heart, seen in some of her recruitment conversations, and I just love her personality. Ellen- (putting her separate from healers in general, since she uses light magic) I like Ellen over Jodel and Saul due to her high magic, skill, and luck. While Jodel does have many similar stats to her, he starts at max level, so Ellen has much more room to improve. She can wind up fairly slow, but is fast enough to last her through the game and her high magic makes her light spells very potent. She isn't too important in the story line, but she's quiet and laid back, which I can relate to. Douglas- In all honestly, I don't really use knights or generals period, due to the low movement and accuracy and speed. Douglas does support with better units such as Cecilia and Percival, and starts with excellent weapon ranks and base stats, so he easily tops all other armor knights. He is very honor driven, and very dedicated to what he believes in, something I admire (and is also good at running in circles). Zeiss- Personally, I have had a lot of success with Zeiss in contrast to Milady. He gets higher strength and defense, and typically stays in equivalence with her in terms of skill and speed. His HP is good, and has typical resistance and luck for his class. His supports don't help him much, but he definitely has his uses. He is very stern and supportive of his country, but is also very honor bound for what is right. Niime- She comes in fairly early for her level and comes in with a great inventory, weapon ranks, and very nice bases, only lacking in HP. This is easily fixed with Angelic Robes which can be bought in the secret shop of Chapter 16, easily buffing her to last a lot longer. She has quite possibly the greatest capability in terms of long range staffs, with Apocalypse to further bolster her range. I love her personality as a crazy old lady dedicating her life to magic, and her design and color palette are flawless. Sue- Joins sooner than Sin, and has more room to grow. Her bases for her level are overall greater than Sin's. She is typically faster and luckier, thus making her at least good at dodging. Klein- Has very shaky bases for his level, and poor growth rates to match, but his supports with Elphin and Clarine can help fix some of his setbacks, and his growths do allow for some usage, and in some cases may result in getting upwards of 20 in strength, skill, and speed. He has a very nice color palette, and a respectful personality about him. Also, Wolt hates me and refuses to get any stat other than HP, maybe skill, strength, skill, and speed are out of the question. Chad- He has very high skill, strength, speed, luck, and HP, making him efficient for dodging and combat. The only downside is his lack of promotion. He is also very frail, so if he does get hit, the enemy will rip through his HP, but he will survive. Roy- I typically get very bad luck with Roy, barely pushing 10 strength and 13 speed on average by level 20 in his base class. His skill, HP, and luck are usually fine, but his defenses are pretty low consistently. He usually improves upon his shortcomings upon his very late promotion, but still lags behind in terms of other sword users. Elphin- He typically gets more HP and defenses than Lalum, and still gets a hefty amount of speed and luck to boot. He oddly gets a decent amount of skill, though useless. Fae- She is utterly broken, only being held back by her weapon's durability, limiting her usage. She gains a level with nearly every kill and has astounding growths. She has low HP to start, but grows quickly and does heavy damage to all enemies throughout the game. She does bonus damage in the final chapters, where she is required to be brought, and in some cases, can knock out enemies in one blow.
  5. I mean, I'm coming into this a bit late, but I recommend using Clarine (totally biased) and/ or Cecilia. Their high movement and healing are very useful throughout the game. Granted, Cecilia has a shaky start, but Clarine has plenty of time and she usually gets around 20 magic by level 20 Valkyrie, so I usually use her for Forblaze. Her skill, speed, and luck are peerless, so regardless, she is good for mid/late game arena grinding because none of the enemies can hit her or double her (except for the wonky valkyries in there that double her, implying their speed cap is 29 compared to her 25). So if you get some bad luck in terms of her gaining some necessary magic, she's worth bringing along, since she can easily push your gold amount through the roof, since the only thing that can get close to hitting her in the arena are the swordmasters (with 41-47 accuracy).
