I'm not crazy about the art direction and characters in Three Houses. The female Avatar is unappealing, all of the supporting student's outfits are too chic... I do quite like Claude, Edelgard, and Demitri, at least. But the rest of the students I don't care for. I'm wondering if the reclassing/exam system will let you change their outfits or if that will only change stats. Edelgard's outfit change a few times in the trailer, so fingers crossed that applies to everybody.

There was something about a main house of knights (the knights of Seiros). Avatar teaches at the officer school at the Monastery in the middle of the map. So, hopefully not all of them will be students, maybe you'll get some pre promotes or other units that are already knights of Seiros.

Something I laughed about on my first viewing also; but I think they chose this specifically. If you watch through the trailer you'll notice that none of the characters actually kill any units. My guess is that the KO animations and surrounding visuals aren't done, or they just didn't want them in the trailer, so they purposely make Edelgard not kill the unit. I'm keeping an open mindset. I encourage IS to continuously try to improve their work, so if they try new things with battle formations, extra units around main ones, etc. I'm all for it. The only thing I genuinely don't like is the cut scenes look choppy and uninteresting; I was hoping for some Fates-tier work, but these look low budget. Not at all what I expected for FE's return to home console.

I'm completely un-busy until October. I need some serious time killers for the next month. Suggestions?

I always thought Ryoma's "You deserve worse!" was an awesome quote. The voice actor did a fantastic job which really brings it to life. "Fall so that others may live!" - Silas; It fits his character well, and is a pretty powerful line.
