Battle Fever J Episode 3: The Spy!?

Review: This was a really solid episode. The action was better than the first two episodes and the editing didn't make want to throw up all over the screen. The story was also very solid and was enjoyable compared to last two episodes where I was just confused as to what was going on due to the weird editing and story telling. The story for this episode starts off really strong with a military envoy being attacked by Egos' men. The Battle Fever emerge from the envoy and begin battling with the minions to protect the surviving soldiers. The narrator explains that a spy has been leaking information to Egos and that supply envoys have been strategically targeted in order to halt the progress in making the giant robot. After the battle Cossack, Kenya, France and America all meet up at the base waiting for Japan. Japan arrives, but doesn't seem like himself. After completely blowing off the team Japan enters the robot construction room and takes pictures of the schematics. He then leaves and sells it to a chief of science. The General enters the room where the rest of Battle Fever is waiting and informs them that Japan is a traitor. Cossack becomes super mad and along with Kenya and France they track down Japan who is selling some information to the monster of the week, Death Mask. Cossack nearly punches Japan to death and they arrest him after Death Mask flees. When they get there the General reveals that it had been a ploy to reveal the true spy in the organization, the chief of science. They track down the fleeing chief of science and use him to bait out the monster. They then defeat the monster using their weapons. Cossack apologizes and Japan tells him to not apologize and that he would've done the same thing.

Rating: 8.5/10- I was expecting this to be a mind control episode which Sentai has in nearly every current season. The beginning fight in the episode was very well choreographed and I wish I could say the same for the ending fight and previous episodes. Some friendship building between Cossack and Japan is always good and I wish we had that in the previous episode.

Final Verdict: If you don't know why this is here then go to the first post which was updated. I actually really enjoyed these first three episodes, but I can't get over the horrible editing, bad choreography and the sluggish story. I will unfortunately stop doing reviews on this particular Sentai, but it's not bad, it honestly isn't. In fact, I'll probably watch it on my own time without doing reviews.

For the next Toku series we'll be doing I'll leave it up to y'all, so vote in the poll (if it's still there by the time you're reading this).

  2. I think Fates came first in the timeline, as Corrin seems to be the first manakete, and manaketes/dragons are in the other games, implying they came after.

Also, in the "before awakening" DLC, Hoshido is referred to as a legendary [ancient] kingdom. This implies that Fates came thousands of years before Awakening. Other than Fates, Awakening explains the positions of the other games:

Fates -> Genelogy -> Tellius -> Tharcia -> FE1~3 -> Sacred Stones -> Awakening. The other games would go somewhere in between Fates and Awakening...

This makes a lot of sense and was what I was trying to say earlier.

  3. Can one of the staff lock this thread and my Healer Emblem playthrough?

For people who were looing forward to this, then I'm sorry, but I really want to focus on my writings. I'll still be doing my Sentai review stuff because it actually kind of calms me, but let's playing does not, so it's getting sacked.

Battle Fever J Episode 2: Egos' Monster Making Method

Review: I have some really mixed feelings about this episode, but I'll get to that at the end of the review, let me first explain the plot. The episode starts with Satan Egos creating a monster inside this weird incubator thing and sending it out (to do something non-specified). We then cut to a girl praying to Egos that her friend, Hidemi, would die (what?). The girl's face then goes dark and a red X appears on her forehead. The monster then somehow calls out Hidemi and kills her(?). The Police rule it as a suicide and declare it as such. Den catches wind of this and goes to inform the general, but when he goes to report to the general, he asks where the rest of Battle Fever is. Den explains that Diane and Shida are dancing (in a rave), Akebono is taking care of abandoned puppies and kittens (which was probably the best part of the episode tbh), and Shiraishi is gambling. The General rage quits when Shiraishi arrives at the base with tons of stuff he bought with his earnings. Meanwhile more people pray to Egos to kill people that they don't like. When the monster goes to kill one of them Shida manages to get a look at the monster and begins to chase him. After failing to catch him all five Battle Fever operatives reconvene at the base where Shida explains what he saw. They manage to track all possible egos worshipers to a building that they decide to send Shida into in order to infiltrate Egos. Shida is found out, but he puts up a good fight and when the other operatives realize that he's been in there for too long they all rush in. Den thankfully finds the hidden passage way into Egos's secret underground base. The four not kidnapped operatives all transform and rush into the room where Shida is being held and the monster of the week is hiding! They free Shida who then also transforms and they beat the monster together.

Rating: 7/10-This is the definition of a filler episode. The Mech is still under construction, no character development and it served no purpose other than to be filler. Besides possibly killing off Umbrella Lady which I don't think they did, nothing really happened in this episode. However, it's saving grace is the music and the General. The music is just so good and the General just has the best reactions to everything. I really hope the filler from here on out is better and a lot more well thought out.

SvXURk9.jpg Here's the suits btw (this is from the game Super Sentai Legend Wars)

Battle Fever J Episode 1: Rush to the Baseball Field

Review: Not a bad first episode, but then again it's really hard to make a bad first episode. I really enjoyed the music playing in the background and for the theme song, it feels really groovy (do people still say groovy?). So anyway, the episode starts with a woman with a red umbrella casually strolling alongside a police officer. She puts down her umbrella and stabs the point into the police officer's neck, she then does this two more times. We then cut to our first main character, Den Masao, who is trying to rent a car, but when he looks at the bill for the previous car he had rented he finds a coded message telling him to report to Battle Fever immediately. Den then steals a green car and goes off to get the other Battle Fever members. He finds Shiraishi Kensaku who is randomly riding a horse in the middle of nowhere. We then cut to our third member, Shida Kyosuke, who's cutting someone's hair, but is interrupted by Den making him accidently cut off some excess hair. We then meet our (final?) member, Akebono Shiro, who is talking to a monkey about how his owner should be arrested for animal abuse. Wait a minute, talking to monkeys?

    AhmyXfs.png K.

When the four Battle Fever operatives return back to base, the General lays it on thick and just tells them that three officers were killed and that terrorist movement called Egos is behind it all. The four are then ordered to bring in the woman with the red umbrella who was just spotted. They track her all day until she arrives at the Baseball field (see! titles are important) where she tries to run away, but they catch her easily. The four Battle Fever operatives bring back the woman and are very surprised to see that the tip of the umbrella does not have any cyanide which was used to kill the three officers. The General then introduces Mr. Foster, an FBI agent, who explains that the woman they captured was Diane Martin who works for Mr. Foster. Mr. Foster explains that they were trying to lure out Egos into a trap, but Battle Fever got in the way. The General explains further that Diane will be joining as the fifth and final Battle Fever operative. It cuts to people worshipping the main antagonist in the story, Satan Egos (wow, did not expect that). The narrator explains that Egos is behind all uprisings and every terrorist attack and it's found it's way to America, Europe and now they have a branch in Japan. Mr. Foster has to go back to America and says goodbye to Diane and we then cut to training (?). The five all jump over a sword to get rid of their fear of death (or something along those lines). We get a tease for the giant Mech of the season and we head on to the suits. They all put their skin tight suits on and prepare for battle. Which is really convenient because the woman with the red umbrella is spotted, so they all go to intercept her. But before all that happened the lady with the red umbrella killed Mr. Foster on his way to the airport and it's revealed that Diane was Mr. Foster's daughter despite looking completely different and having a different last name. In current time the umbrella lady reveals that Battle Fever just walked right into a trap. Suddenly, 10 or so minions and the monster of the week arrive. They try to do their Role Call, but are interrupted by the minions who are trying to kill them.

Battle Fever quickly dispatch the minions and head onto the monster of the week who reveals his name as Bat Monster (wow, generic much?). The team assembles a cannon by putting together their weapons (which I don't know the names for because they weren't said in the first episode) and then blast Bat Monster away. Satan Egos swears that they'll destroy Battle Fever and that the war has only just begun.

Rating: 7.5/10-the plot felt pretty generic, but I'm intrigued to know who the umbrella lady is, why these four were chosen above everyone else and of course the twists in this season. I'm honestly surprised they were able to fit this all into a 20 minute episode. Just 20 minutes!

    [spoiler=Characters]

(this is mainly for me because I cannot remember names for the life of me)

    Den Masao/Battle Japan

    Shiraishi Kensaku/Battle Cossack

    Shida Kyosuke/Battle France

    Akebono Shiro/Battle Kenya

    Diane Martin/Miss America

Thank you for everyone who read this first episode review and I hope you enjoyed it.

  6. Oh, okay. Even without going as far back as the actual beginning, you are still in for a long ride. Fair warning, some of the darker Power Rangers adaptations are from over the top joke Super Sentai seasons. Oh, and you have to include the crossover episodes. When you get to episodes that involve

    A main character's death

I'll be sure to inform you as to why that happened. So far, I only know of two that aren't extra fighters, nor at the end of the series, but I will explain the external reasoning behind it.

Well thank you! Yeah, this review thing is going to go on for a long, long time if I stay with it. I haven't seen much of anything from before Goseiger (because I wanted to see if Megaforce was bad because of the base content which it wasn't), so this will be all new to me.

  7. Other than the red text being hard on the eyes, I have no objections~! I don't know if you want discussion on your reviews, though. If you just want to post a review for the sake of posting a review, a blog would be better IMO.

Well I'm not objected to a discussion, but I can't force anyone to just post saying how fantastically wonderful I am. Don't really care for a blog tbh, but if this is the wrong place to put this kind of thing, then I'd be happy to do so.

  8. qIgeKv9.jpg

Well hello there! This may seem very out of the blue and very unorthodox to put here, but I thought I would do it anyway.

Let me explain what this is first. This will be me watching the TV series, Super Sentai, and reviewing it episode by episode hence the title (yes, the title does serve a purpose).

I'm not very sure if this goes in Entertainment, since I think I'm the first one to do this on this forum, but we can roll with it. By the way, if anyone else wants to join me in watching this, then please pm me and I'll gladly share the experience with you through Discord. Also, if anyone else wants to do something like this, then go right ahead, it'll be fun!

Onto the important stuff, "what is Super Sentai?". Well, have you heard of Power Rangers? If yes, then you have a step ahead of everyone else, hooray! But for those who don't, it's about a group of 5 or more characters who have the ability to transform into powerful forms using some form of device or power and they fight against an organization of evil. The series known as Super Sentai started in 1979 with the series known as Battle Fever J. For those hard core Otakus that I probably just confused please wait for me to explain. Technically, the series started in 1975 with the release of Himitsu Sentai Goranger, but wasn't technically "Super Sentai". The releases of the first two season, Goranger and JAQK, were made without giant robots, giant robots are what added the "Super" part onto Super Sentai. These two series were technically not canon until much later into the series. "What does this mean?" you might ask, this means that I'll be starting my episode by episode review with Battle Fever J instead of Goranger (although it's really awesome and everyone should go watch it).

Talking about Power Rangers, the Super Sentai season Zyuranger was adapted for American audiences into Mighty Morphin which is what is known more prominently today (thanks mostly to the movie). Also, the reason I'm not doing Power Rangers is because I've regrettably seen every episode of it (and grew up with it), so my review standpoint wouldn't be very unbiased or uninformed.

Let's talk format. The format for this topic will be very erratic. Honestly, I'll watch the episodes when I want to and immediately do the review after. There won't be a "schedule" for this, mainly because I'm lazy, but also because I've got school. I'll post my thoughts and opinions on the story, characters, what happened in the episode, etc. I'll be taking notes during the show while I'm watching it, so I don't forget what I want to talk about. Also, I'm probably going to try and be comedic and funnily critical in order to add some spice to the review, so you guys don't fall asleep while reading it.

I think that's about it. If you have any questions, then please ask them because I'm sure I missed something.

EDIT: I'm adding a rule that if I don't enjoy a season after the first 3 episodes then we'll move onto the next series. The reason I'm adding this is because there are 38 Seasons of Super Sentai and each of them have 50 or so episodes. This would be a very long thread that would last many years if we did the entire series.

  9. I am not sure about this. PR has never been my childhood and the trailer looks extremely generic with rebellious kid, nerd kid, leader kid, bla bla bla "accidently" meet the others and form a team to fight evil. The special effects are not even good and the action scenes in the trailer look like they are made and directed by amateurs. It seems like....Dragon Balls Evolution. People are so easy to hype these days or they just have really low standard or something.

Well in the original Mighty Morphin series, the characters were basically walking descriptions of themselves. Jason-the leader, Zack-the black guy dancer, Billy-the nerd, Trini-Asian martial artist, and Kimberly-valley girl. Now we have, Jason-the troubled character who did something wrong and feels bad about his mistake, Zack-no freaking clue actually considering we saw next to nothing about him, Billy-a mentally troubled smart kid that gets bullied, Trini-Same as Zack, though I'm guessing she has a form of anxiety, and Kimberly-rebellious teenager (generic, but hopefully we learn more about her in the movie).

How can you tell if the action scenes or effects are good? We didn't even see a full morph or a fight scene!

I'm hyped because this looks like a reboot and something I've dreamed about since I was a kid. It makes me very excited for the future of the franchise and hopefully it becomes a massive hit. Maybe even Disney will buy back the rights for the TV show. Probably not going to happen, but you never know! This is what hype is and I'm excited to see all the awesome scenes with Bill Hayder as Alpha 5 and Bryan Cranston as Zordon. Stuff like that just makes me more hyped, so yes I'm easily hyped, but that's not a bad thing.

Crap, I went on a bit of a rant, sorry.

  10. Alright, last chapter for today and then I'm heading out.

    knILdbk.png

What games are the developers playing? I don't think I've ever played a game where I got to have a talking Kaiju Bird as a unit.

    Rg78rOj.png

This will happen with every chapter due to just the sheer amount of units usually. But each one gives a useful tip for the upcoming map that are really weird, but also kind of awesome.

Tip #5 The Meatshield (I'm putting this in purple, so people can skip it if they want)

"Sure, you can shoot unlimited lasers and fly around like a bird, but that takes a lot of effort, doesn't it?"

    6AgJYQU.png

    Poor Dath :(

    "...Are you talking about me?"

    "Lovely day, isn't it?"

    quWTRNI.png

"There's no need to endanger yourself when you can abuse this average, unwanted, and uninteresting Swordmaster Jeigan."

    That's pretty brutal....

"You see, this sad, lonely, and frequently befuddled little Swordmaster lord Jeigan is the epitome of a meatshield."

"All you have to do now is finish off his kill to reap the benefits."

"Abuse him well- I mean, Battle together and survive!"

Another interesting feature to this game, which I'm too sure how I feel about. I really like the idea of forced tips, but I don't think it should be in ROM Hacks, at least not one of this caliber of difficulty.

    [spoiler=Chapter 1 Part 1]

"Dath and Budgie finally emerge from the escape hatch..."

    kQmb8at.png

Pretty valid question considering they've been in that tunnel for who knows how long.

"Isn't this still France? We barely got anywhere!"

"This is bad. I thought the secret passage would bring us farther out than this."

    "You never used this before?"

    MNqbUBE.png

I have a question, does this mean the king was the only one who built it? If so, then no wonder he was tired.

"he would personally flee while sacrificing his troops to buy time."

"What a filthy and cowardly tactic."

    I agree, Dath.

    "He IS French."

Wait, IS? I thought we killed him!

    "........"

    "Whaaat?"

    "You're surprisingly racist."

    True fact.

    "........."

"The Zombies have already caught up."

    Yb3vP75.png

"The ZOMBIES have already caught UP."

"They are on the other side of that mountain, east of where we are!"

    ".......Well."

What do you have to say for yourself Dath?

"As long as we don't make any sudden movements, we should be alright."

Apparently nothing, don't worry, he'll get what's coming to him soon enough.

    "Their eyesight is weak?"

"Precisely. We should escape to the Northwest while we still have the chance."

How do you know that? I thought you just scouted them out when you were under attack!

    *Zombie moves right beside them*

"What? They can see!? No wait--"

"Nom, nom, nom, my zombie senses are tingling."

    "Uh, uh...DIE!"

    *Dath kills the Zombie?"

    qcJExbZ.png

"This one even broke it's maximum movement range of three!"

    Important to keep in mind.

    a1kBYEr.png

    Isn't everyone racist these days?

"That one day Zombie kind won't be judged by-"

"W-wait! You're supposed to be dead! Die already!"

"Your violence shall not silence me!"

    "Shut up!"

    *Racist ramblings occur*

    8MiGugX.png

    "What?"

    "A normal person!"

    Meanwhile pmyvEUN.png

"There's so many of them... We need to get everyone out!"

"More zombies are coming! We must evacuate, Phoenix! Their nomming power is too potent for us generic villagers!"

"I cannot... if I don't stay, then people won't have a chance to flee!"

I really like Phoenix, but sadly there isn't much more dialogue in this game based around her and there isn't a support system, sadly.

"Ah! We're in desperate need of reinforcements.... But the King of Britain is preoccupied with setting up defenses closer to the mainland! W-what are we supposed to do?!"

Well at least this king is active, unlike the late King Fado

    Gy3Va7r.png

"There are two figures to the south where the Zombies are!"

    "Speak of the devil...."

"We can't trust them! They're strangers! For all we know, they could be infected!"

"We need whatever help we can get now, we ought to give it a shot!"

"...Ezra is right. Ezra, you go!"

I honestly forgot his name, so thank you Phoenix :P

    "Why me!?"

"Just go! I'm...um, uh, busy defending the fort!"

Jeez, the manipulation in this game is on point.

    "Tsk...fine."

Ezra then convinces both Dath and Budgie to help them save the villagers, so they could escape. (There was a lot more dialogue and I'm too lazy to write down the rest of it :P) Kp6Dm0V.pngI really do like this line though...

    xY842jE.png5nKmbCM.pngpPG67OW.png

Ezra the Myrmidon is not that bad honestly and has the same strength as Dath and all around decent stats. He has a Machete (Retextured Killing Edge) and a Nutri-Grain (Vulnerary).

    KBhxHTa.pngO6R3dhE.pngcEDt9pI.png

Phoenix the Pegasus Knight has some pretty good bases for a regular Pegasus Knight and I remember her being really good in my original playthrough, but besides that I can't say much.

The rest of the Chapter will be released tomorrow! Once again, any feedback is much appreciated and if you know the growths of these characters then do please tell me, so I can add it to when I showcase them.

There's a lot more dialogue then I remember, I cut out the Ezra, Dath and Budgie dialogue because it wasn't really needed and was just there for comedic reasons (calling Dath racist).

Anyways, hope you all enjoyed this and want to see more!

  11. This hack... hoo boy. It starts off interesting, but as time goes by it racks up a LOT of problems. I'll be interested in seeing you play it, as I was never able to finish it myself. The first chapter is alright, things don't start to get bad until later.

Really? I don't remember it being that bad, but I guess it has been a while since I've last played it...

  12. Alright, now that all the story stuff is out of the way which I'll usually put in the same post with the battle, but it was the first post and I wanted people intrigued (hehe).

We get our two main Characters Dath and Budgie.

    RznbH4Z.pngnmrcLaL.pngQML1Zr4.png

Dath is a Swordmaster who is pretty standard actually. This'll probably hurt him in the later game because of his really crap bases.

    o6o8CtG.png3OXJ1GN.pngCl9V92i.png

Budgie is a Bird, I honestly don't know much about the growths or anything because this is a really old ROM Hack and it's hard to find any information on it's characters. However, I do remember getting magic screwed in my first playthrough, so let's try to not repeat that mistake!

    [spoiler=Prologue Part 2]

    EELKDBT.png

Every Enemy is basically like this, so your best chance is to just escape.

    MOAHuzB.png

Just kidding, Budgie broke the wall

    3Whp4C9.png

Just wait on the tile with Dath and everything should be fine.

    UG1ZXee.png

    "Now let's escape!"

    "And so the story begins..."

A pretty intense first chapter because you have actually no way to fight those guys and if you tried then you'd lose. The only choice was to escape and that we did, just barely.

The Chapters only get more insane and creative from here with tons of characters and of course zombies to most likely kill us. I hope everyone enjoyed this introduction into the rom hack and tell me what you think of it.

Ah ha! Project Z! So we're playing a ROM Hack now? Okay, I'm game.

Hello all you lovely people of Serenes Forest and welcome to my screenshot let's play of the ROM hack Project Z. This is one of the only ROM Hacks that I can think of off the top of my head that is set in a modern setting which is really cool. Anyways, I really enjoy this Hack and you guys voted for it over on Healer Emblem, so I guess we'll be doing it.

Yes, this ROM hack is not completed as far as I know, but I do think that it's tons of fun and so I added it to the options to vote for. This hack has a lot of really cool little events scattered across it and I'll hopefully be able to show them all off.

Well at least they're being honest.

Now what we've created our tactician we can start!

    uLpYo0J.png

This is some deep stuff to start off with.

    Aw5aP0l.png

    It has?

"After the nuclear disaster of World War 3..."

    xY7BboP.png

    "regressed."

Modern setting? Did I say modern setting? I meant kind of modern setting.

    IW39iET.png

"The world's human population has dropped precipitously..."

I honestly had to go and look up precipitously meant, no shame.

    cpoloBU.png

    "I mean..."

    Hmmmm, continue.

    mHBuV00.png

"into the western shores of France."

Crap, that had to have killed everyone, right?

    ScdmANJ.png

"stubbornly cling to the 'modern' remnants of their former nations..."

People survived that! Wow, they must all have had an ocean seal handy (comedy drum noise in the background)

    haJocI4.png

That actually sounds really realistic tbh

    oreNXYo.png

Notice that red text? Yeah, that'll be important later.

    "Present day. September 1, 2939..."

    2PtPkhd.png

"on all nations apposed to it's sudden and unexpected rise to power."

Poor Germany, the target of all writers...

    m9QgVb6.png

"the war horse of infamy has set it's sights on France..."

WTF, why hurt Poland? What did it do to you!

    rfhE0fb.png

"A story that shall forever be remembered by the present as the fourth war that rewrote...time."

Someone call the Doctor! This is getting out of hand!

    b80cqyX.png

"So Germany is within our walls..."

    "They aren't the only intruders."

    "Mercenaries?"

    7PO3JuF.png

"Limping human corpses jacked with unfathomable amount of noming power!"

    We're doomed!

"It sounds ridiculous, but my eyes don't lie."

    ijal40j.png

    "......"

This is a valid response, Dath.

    "Undead monsters?"

    O9LYxZ5.png

Um... yeah, that's kind of what the intro just told me.

    qfgZBJT.png

"sitting on the throne next to you."

Yeah, what's up with that? I already know who it is, but why is he here?

    sQo6qF3.png

    It looks like a bird...

    "Sir, it's a bird."

I'm liking Dath more and more.

    KDSqY5h.png

    That's a bird.

    "Dath... surely, you jest."

"And we're French! No one will listen!"

    Indeed.

    Back with Dath... ZGdAaH7.png

"Those generic soldiers just got eaten!"

    H7bzUd3.png

What kind of fucked up tag are you into, King Fado?

    l6zhjhe.png

    At least the bird agrees.

    "Is that so?"

    "The bird talks!?"

This would probably be my reaction as well. Not like we have zombies invading or anything...

    ns23hD4.png

Didn't he just say "Paulie want a cracker?"

    "Gah, this is insane!"

    I agree, Dath.

    7hF7vis.png

Can we just like, let him die? Would that be such a bad thing?

    "Someone help us!"

    "YOU!"

    wS9OfB1.png

    I'm getting called out.

"Stop reading this and save me!"

    *dies*

    WVpQL5B.png

    "You see now?"

    "I'm rather sleepy."

    fGww1gJ.png

Like actually, can we just let him die?

    "But milor--"

    "Zzzz...."

"Milord there are zombies inside our walls! Please, you must believe me!"

    iOSXtzv.png

Man the music in the background is so good! Have I mentioned how much I love FE7?

    "You? Uhhh..."

"Maybe I did go to the bar yesterday..."

    "I'm talking to a bird."

    tEwzbEb.png

Maybe we should like get on that or something?

    "...Good point."

    FCGTwVz.png

Ooooo an escape chapter, my favorite thing about Path of Radiance (literally, I freaking loved those chapters).

"If we can reach it, we'll be able to open up an escape door."

    "Can you fight?"

"Not at the moment. You'll have to tear down the wall."

    Liar...

    btV9JsK.png

    "I'll fix that right now."

    br2eKT0.png

    UM?

    3JQZVYo.png

I was more worried about the fact that Budgie just killed the King of France!

"I was bluffing. Now let's get out of here."

    "You just murdered the king!"

Yeah, yeah, he did and sadly that's not the weirdest thing in this hack.

    "And?"

    "IT'S TREASON!"

    And?

    "Look. More Zombies. Strong, too."

    YdQQH1e.png

    I agree.

"We'll say the zombies got him."

"...You know, I never really did like serving the king. Very well, allow me to aid you."

Glad we're all on the same page.

"No time to chat. We need to get to that hatch."

Well, that was certainly colorful. Join me later today where I will release the battle portion and the actual first chapter. Hopefully everyone will enjoy my witty commentary to go along with it.

  14. I've always pronounced it that way. There are a lot of other people that do too, it may even be pronounced that way in Japan.

This one is about 10 minutes shorter, but doesn't have the text skips it did before. Also, I didn't know how my (poor) attempt at voice acting went, so i stopped after I actually began playing. If you want it to return, please say so.

Here is the revised first video:

Tell me what you liked, what you didn't, what's improved, and what I need to improve. By the way, I'm not really nervous in this, I just don't always have my thoughts together.

The game audio is still a little loud and mostly drowns out your voice. Maybe turning it down or completely off would be a better solution?

  15. This trailer has me so hyped, I've been a Ranger fan since 2003 with the release of Power Rangers: Dino Thunder, so it's great to see them taking a more serious approach to the franchise while also having the regular TV series that kids can watch.

Jason David Frank (the original Green Ranger) has also now been in serious talks about an anthology series spinoff explaining a lot about the lore of the Power Rangers. (This could also be where they fix the massive plot hole in Dino Super Charge, but if you don't know what it is, then I won't spoil you).

I'm really glad the series is getting some love again and hopefully the series can return to it's Disney Era popularity.
