If Gullveig is a creation between Kiran and Seidr Conception(the game)style it wouldn’t surprise me now since Kiran was single out of the existence erasing plus Heidr was hard pushing them together. Oh how fitting Gullveig winning CYL it’s literally fate now I’m CURIOUS what they’ll do(no Heidr clothes I hope). Plus RIP Gullveig lovers I guess.
This is honestly messed up if theory is true because it doesn’t feel like true love at all and feels forced upon me. It’s like you poof something outta nowhere which imo is pretty eh…not a fan it’s just logically wrong but I ain’t going deep on a game.
Another is that Kiran isn’t a FE avatar but moreso the players playing the game so it doesn’t make sense to have something crazy like this. I hope IS knows what they’re doing here since I like the book so far hopefully this won’t make me change my thoughts close to mid point.
I guess there was Ash and Elm creations of their respective gods but I guess it’s more to do with it being a non-FE Avatar which otherwise would be ok.

Didn’t they alter Bernie’s infamous support in Three Houses via update? I don’t remember who localized that game if it’s them wtaf happened here?! so it’s possible but since this is lol NoA Treehouse sad to the extreme not a single chance since that’s not the only thing that needs fixing their ashame to admit how bad most of their localization work is so it’s definitely getting ignored…

SpoilerYou can’t even see the ages in game plus those characters have in game birthdays so they could’ve easily bump up their ages at least which they have done before. I can completely understand characters like Anna and Jean(which should at least gotten a “I can wait a while” kinda deal)but this is just outright dumb . Thankfully some of my favorite characters that I CAN romance weren’t affected but it doesn’t excuse this . Honestly not surprised since their track record isn’t that good to begin with especially with other series like Kirby as well. It speaks volumes that even me someone who doesn’t work for NoA can find an easy workaround tweaking in a matter of mins…

Based on the credits, Three Houses and Engage don't even share the same writers - and it makes sense since Three Houses was written by Koei Tecmo (a fact a lot of FE fans don't even know)

They're all very platonic and if there's any subtext (especially for the same-sex ones, because god forbid) you have to squint very hard. I'd say the most explicitly romantic ones are Chloe, Goldmary, Kagetsu, Panette, Seadall. The only ones that go out of their way to be non-romantic by referring to Alear and their S support partner as 'friends' are Jean, Anna, Fogato, Hortensia, and Rosado. The rest exist in a gray space where they spend a lot of time together, are dear to each other, are devoted to each other, etc, but the word 'love' isn't used. Only Panette and Seadall's explicitly mention the word 'couple.' None of them mention marriage, though the use of the word couple can infer it in Seadall and Panette's.
Alear is the only character with paired endings.Thankfully those are my favorite Engage females thanks for the heads up! RIP hopes for Citrinne you had it all….

News I heard about Romance! take with a grain of salt
SpoilerSomeone just searched the datamine, and apparently S rank does still exist in the files. The example they showed was text indicating Alear giving a ring to Ivy, filed under a series of S-rank files numbered from 1 to 28, I assume meaning there are 28 lines in this specific conversation Edits:looks to likely be characters. Mind you we don’t know if it’s any Alear or just Male Alear yet. Again if it’s wrong forget this I’m trying to find something.

The only idea I have with the romance stuff is since Alear has universal supports with every character surely they have to have some sort of priority lock to a particular character of choice to get an ending(They ARE the main character afterall) if romance there’s obviously gonna be restrictions with maybe a few SS ones in there whether platonic or not. But then I wonder how the other non-Alear ones get priority for a pair ending unless there’s that ability in Three Houses that’s gonna be a chore.

“The child” could possibly be a new character(maybe customizable feature like My Summoner that can actually be used in non MS modes) we haven’t seen yet and all of this overreaction could be for absolutely nothing but still an issue in of itself still. Something’s gonna come out of that whether you like it or not. FEH was missing a child like mechanic they have everything else so I should’ve saw something like this coming for a long time.
