Master Seals in DLC dungeons?

I heard a rumor that you can get Master Seals in the DLC dungeons. But I haven't found any information or videos that confirms this. Can someone confirms this for me?

Hi. My name is Alantor29 and I have been into Fire Emblem ever since I got Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones for the GBA years ago, but couldn't finished it. Anyway, I am the owner of 8 Fire Emblem games (2 of which are DLC in my Fire Emblem Fates Birthright game and 2 which I downloaded for the Virtual Console on my Wii U.) so I hope to be friends with all of you.
