I think it has to be the seasonal Ike in order to match Spring Camilla and Xander's "For ____" stuff. In all seriousness, anyone else afraid of them just plopping some pre-rendered Awakening and Fates summer scramble stuff and calling it a day?

How does Summer Ike not have the passive skill "For Friendship" which boosts hero feathers or sp or something like that?

Not my idea and it's not a banner idea, but someone on Reddit said that IS could give everyone a 2* Kellam and pretend he was there all along.

Am I the only one thinking we're going to have pool noodle Ike before Ragnell Ike or Urvan Ike? We're going to be in Spring for the next two weeks. Then 2 more weeks of gauntlet. And then another 2 of the Battling Navarre, unless they do the events simultaneously. That takes us to mid May. Add in something for FE Echoes and 1 or 2 other minor releases, and you're already well into June. I'm betting this will be Xander 2.0. And have the unique B slot passive "Fight for Friendship," granting 10% more exp or 1 more sp per interaction or something gimmicky like that. That said, when Ragnell comes in, as Ice mentioned, it's gonna have Distant Counter.

Yes because if I don't, then IS will implement some mechanic that uses badges in the near future (Prestiges? Some sort of crystal exchange? Something completely wacky?) and I'd be kicking myself for not pulling hard for the otherwise-useless Xander.

This one's for the gacha veterans. What are the chances of IS implementing something a la SP style in a couple months' time, badges actually meaning something, and whoever has Xander has it MADE?

Actually, nothing on the skills yet, but if http://i.imgur.com/LxNlZzv.jpg is anything to go by and the exclusive carrots and eggs are inheritable, I'm pretty sure that the skills would be too. I am really salty about no Distant Carrot though...

Hope I'm wrong but it's likely gonna be Lucina 2.0. My only question is whether Bunnilla counts. They said they treat Easter units as distinct, but who knows in voting gauntlets.

Hey guys. Probably better in the questions thread, but I think it's more of a discussion than a "one answer and done." F2pers, or even small-time patrons: What do you triage in an arena team? Would you upgrade your highest winrate team, or your highest bst team? For isntance, I just did, and can consistently do 4300-4400 with a magerider Ursula/Gunter/Olivia core. But to aim higher, I use Hector/Tiki/Kagero after the first run. Would it be best to: 1. Feather/SI the likes of Blarblade Ursula and Hone Cavalry Leo/Eliwood; 2. Feather/SI Lightning Breath/Quick Riposte Tiki and Quadsuna; or 3. Wait 2 more days before doing something stupid?

Hey forest friends. Lurker since the old days, may as well report in. Where to begin, lol. I'm Beo, aka Beowulf, aka Saint Cyan, aka Saint Azure. That's a lot of akas. Saint Cyan comes from my FF days, while Beo was my SRT motif when designing my own FETO teams: I needed a game that was similar to FE, but not, and SRT/SRW is an amazing series in itself (shameless plug)! In my youth, I was an avid FE duelist, especially in the old GBA times (check out that old Blazing Sword Link Arena gamefaqs guide!). I was also most involved in a fanmade FE pvp game called "Fire Emblem Tactics Online," which as far as I give, crashed and burned. It was a time to remember though, and mass respect to those who I faced, examples being Ness, Mint, wetheril, Tef, zen, Sirius and many more. Notably, I HAVE mellowed out, so don't worry, I don't bite. Interests? FE-wise, I'm a metagamer at heart. At my best, I'm a helper, guide, and have some weird ideas that work. At my worst, I'm a competitive ranter. That said, as a f2p Heroes and emulator veteran of all FE games, I don't have the time or resources to be a frontliner, so I'm now retired, enjoying the Heroes grind and welcoming visitors to Fort Aschenglasse (Fates, or would, after the latest reset). I'm on this forum because it seems much stronger and nicer than others, like the FE reddits. The databases on this site are good. In Heroes (my most recent play), the arena rankings and team reveals of the foresters are more specific, accurate and useful than others, like the redditors. And above all, the community seems to be good: seeing some tiffle at the Michaelis megathread get resolved reminded me of how far I myself have come from being some cocky competitive teenager. Good to be here. And if anyone from the old FE7 LA or FETO crew is around, hit me up.
