  1. Fates' Samurai are not real Samurai at all. It's worse than fictional Knights. Why must the new page start with this irrelevant comment.
  2. Not even Ryoma made it interesting. Ryoma is like stereotypical Japanese (fictional) Samurai stuff + anime trope and powers. My Ishtar? +10? A man can only dream. Most people would stupidly use her for Swift Sparrow 2 or Odd Atk Wave 3 fodder, but not me I would +10, and hopefully someday I will. I have her at +2 for now, but I can already +3 her if I want to. I just haven't decided if -Atk/+Spd could ever be more useful than +Atk/-Def. If I ever +10 her though, feel free to go crazy. Feel free to go crazy as it is.
  3. Yeah, I'm done for. Didn't get many feathers because I just did not want to do anything. Plus I'm on Team Alfonse. This voting gauntlet was quite dull for me overall. There were no interesting characters to fight and root for.
  4. But we haven't yet, so why not give it to Nino first. A lot of characters currently ending with "no", but how many of them are fliers?
  5. I kind of want to see Sharena and Alfonse split up their forces, and we have to fight each of them. Just because I know whatever is coming in Book 3 will be cliche and boring just like Book 2 and 1 has been. If we're talking about actually carrying on the plot, then I'll be expecting another conflict with the forces of Embla because that hasn't really been touched upon, and also it is a good way to introduce Brave Veronica. I also want to see the Askrian King, and who else our allies are.
  6. Leif's major Noba Holy Blood sister, who's more OP than Leif. Her stats are similar to Leif, except she trades Spd for more Atk, and she has less Res. Altena, Thracian Dragonknight Type: Lance Movement: Flier (Dragon) Stats: HP/41-44-47 Atk/33-36-39 Spd/31-34-37 Def/31-34-37 Res/13-17-20 BST: 164-165 Weapons: Gáe Bolg - Mt: 16 Eff: Grants Atk/Spd/Def+2. Enables counter attack regardless of distance if this unit is attacked. Skills: A: Fury 3 B: Quick Riposte 3 C: Def Smoke 3 Special: Moonbow Assist: None
  7. I'm not sure, if this is exactly that much different than the Create-A-Hero Thread, but this is what I wanted for Shannan in heroes from a post from that thread. I changed his stats a bit though. Yeah, I think he might be too broken.
  8. Added Safeguard+ in Wallheardt build section. The final touch to it I'd say.
  9. Archanea Valentia Jugdral Thracia Elibe Magvel Tellius Ylisse/ Plegia/ Valm/ Ferox Nohr / Hoshido / Valla
  10. We follow the upbringing and fall of the Goddess of Thunder herself who defended House Friege to the very end. We see she's a very complex person with love for a man who may or may not be the end of the world, and we follow his story in the DLC, the true ending. Ishtar would be the most powerful unit, and she would practice AoE attacks on enemies with her thunder magic.
  11. Universalist: It's sort of like an overclass for a Grandmaster, and now you can use staves giving you the ability to heal in addition to previously being able to attack physically and magically. Growth Modifiers: HP: 15% Atk: 20% Mag: 20% Skl: 30% Spd: 15% Lck: 5% Def: 15% Res: 15% Weapons: Tomes - A Rank, Swords - A Rank Staves - B Rank Skills: 1. Superior Mind - Grants Hit/Avo+15 while unit's HP > 50%. 2. Fusion Shield - Decrease damage taken by 30% (Trigger% = Skl)
  12. You can make it hard to obtain legendary weapons, and keep them infinitely durable or not. It doesn't mean you can't have durability for other weapons. Weapons like Shurikens should seriously be limited in use because they give the option to attack from 1-2 range, as well as magic. You don't have to be forced to make weapons stupidly flawed, like a steel weapon giving -3 Spd. Echoes has an interesting system, but I personally don't like it because it feels too limiting, and it's also really different than what every other game has had. I'm a Fire Emblem conservative I guess you could say, and I like the standard durability system, but I still do want that one specific thing changed to make it even better, which is ensuring weapons aren't gone forever when they break. It also makes sense realistically because edges and points become dull after multiple use in battle, and need to be resharpened or reinforced. Magic from tomes is exhausted due to the user's mana or words in the book I guess, and you can only carry so many daggers.
  13. Grand Theft Horseback* actually. Though Wyverns, Pegasi and Chariots are all available too, along with any choice of a weapon. Yeah, I hate Peri so much.
  14. Stahl He's in a very strange position. He's for the most part basically like a more HP version of Seth, but with much less, and can only build Spd with a Spd boon. He's a cavalry unit as well so he can't take advantage of any Breath skills nor Wrath in exchange for cavalry buffs, which are not as useful for him. He's very mediocre stat wise, and although he is free and you can easily merge him it doesn't mean you should do it. - 5/10 for Combat - 95% His default skills are not the best for him, but they help him. As for Skill Inheritance, he's a common unit who comes with Swap, which is like a must-have skill for armored units so that's very good. Plus Defense +3 which is good for like PvE Maps and stuff. 7/10 for Skill Inheritance - 5% 5/10 Lon'qu Most will say he is outshined by other newer swordsmen, and that's 100% true except for the fact that he's still got some of the highest natural Spd stat in the game. He's just behind Mia, the fastest unit in the game. Despite his attack being shit you can either give it a boon because Lon'qu is still really fast or you can just not care and use Wrath 3 or Wo Dao+. He has high HP to make use of a Vengeance + Slaying Edge+ + Wrath 3 set. His Spd really just lets him shine, and he can prevent doubles from other units on him so he's a very superb unit combat wise. Definition of a Speedster almost. - 7/10 for Combat For Skill Inheritance he's basically the Vantage Plus and Killing Edge for Slaying Edge plug. His skills for him aren't that great though, minus the Killing Edge+ of course. 8/10 7/10
  15. Alfonse won, and rightfully so. Sharena has done like nothing in the story so far.
  16. Looks like none of us are getting L!Ryoma anymore.
  17. I... I didn't know it ended. lmao I even missed on all of the rewards, damn.
  18. We're totally gonna win. Go Flying Lobsters!
  19. I just joined team Flyoma. Idk what we're in for, but if anyone wanna add me this late I got you with either +6 Ryoma (Aether + Heavy Blade), +10 Nino (Regular Desperation 3 Nino with DD 3), or a +3 Ishtar (Desperation 3 / Wings of Mercy 3, and either Spd+3/Moonbow or QP / Luna)
  20. I don't know about that. That Ares artwork has the right texture, is very clean and has a facial expression good enough for a damaged portrait. Colors are also pretty fine. I think it could definitely pass off as heroes artwork, and I sort of almost like it more than the real FEH Ares' artwork.
  21. Ares and Leif look amazing. Seliph looks nice, though a tad bit too pretty.
  22. I mean having to deal with limited weapon uses in battle is a challenge, and it actually stops you from abusing powerful weapons forever, while at the same time being able to have them. It gives a lot more freedom to make enemies more difficult and more freedom for the player to choose how to deal with them. The problem comes in when you lose that item forever because it breaks in battle, and that shouldn't happen. If the weapon dies in battle you should be able to repair it at different prices, depending on how powerful the weapon is. The game shouldn't allow you to have heavy gold farming without DLCs too for this mechanic.
  23. Gender: Male Height: 5'11 Hair: Reinhardt-style Hair, Black, No Beard Eyes: Red Pupils, or Golden Pupils Expressions: Sly, Cunning and Serious Clothes: Red, Black and Gold Age: 30 Years Old Fitness: Athletic and Striker-type, not Brutish (Hector is Brutish), "Hella Strong" Strong Yeah, this is just what I want to see really. A smart-mouthed experienced commander that looks like the handsome-devil type, and is extremely good at combat. Or a female of equivalent value is good enough for me.
  24. Weapons should have uses until they become unusable, but I hate it when they break and you lose a rare weapon forever just like that. You should be able to repair the broken thing or restore it's uses for a price, especially if it's a rare weapon early on. Also it would be cool if you can forge weapons like in Fates' except not only does it get stronger, but it also gains more uses until eventually you can make it unbreakable, but only after a lot of dedication to it.
