  1. I'll finish Ch.41 of PxZ2 tomorrow. Map's just kinda laggy. But i've already reached it's halfway point. I'm gonna need a citation on this.
  2. Well it would be a bit harder here considering the only two solo units who were enemy units before joining were Segata and Estelle.
  3. TFW your sprite obscures the UI. Anyways turns out this isn't the final chapter. The next one is. Ooops.
  4. In the 3DS remake, yes, but the original had you running out of magic very quickly. A classic 2D Zelda boss. Showed up in A Link to the Past and has been in pretty much every 2D Zelda since then. Unlike other bosses, this guy has no pattern at all. He just moves randomly. His rooms also have pits in them and if you fall, you have to climb back up and start the fight all over again (or just resume, I think it depends on the game). Twinmold is basically this but there's two.
  5. It's not that it's hard, it's that it's dogshit. It's literally just Moldorm but in a 3D space and there's two of them and the infinite magic potion is basically required for the fight.
  6. Twinmold is far worse in the original version. Maybe that's why I never had an issue with his revamped fight in 3D.
  7. I will finish this game when i get back from work. Anyways This game just looks so good man. Anyways a new Metroid Dread report lets see The Grapple Beam returns and this game looks *chef's kiss*. "The player can drop Samus into Morph Ball form by tilting the Left Control Stick down while crouching—effectively, the same way it’s always been done in the 2D Metroid series—and now also by simply pressing the ZL Button. Samus will also automatically take Morph Ball form when jumping into an elevated tunnel." YOOOOOOOOO. Samus Returns did have a quick select for the Morph Ball but it was by tapping the touch screen. Which is not as convenient as pressing a button. A story in three parts. Oh she looks nice. It's always good when something is localized into one than one language. I remember years ago when Pokemon X/Y were announced to have simultaneous worldwide releases and that you could pick your language at the start of the game. It was a pretty big deal back then, i think.
  8. I'm willing to believe the localization intentionally referenced this, given that they've already put in a bunch of references not present in the Japanese version. RIP Dokurobo. Died doing his best. Gone but never forgotten. Anyways that's two chapters down, two to go. ....Yeah @Shrimperor remember when you said you wanted to give Project X Zone 2 a try if it didn't have any Radiant Dawn Part 4 bloat? Yeah at this point, if there's any enemy bloat at all, it's gonna be in the last two chapters. And honestly, the way this game works, it'll probably just be a non-issue anyway. So yeah, put it on the list i guess. I think that sums up Zelda music as a whole. Some games have it better than others but the OSTs in the series are a mixed bag. Thing is tho, the highs of the OSTs are really high. So it makes lackluster half all the more noticable.
  9. They added fishing, which means the game is truly complete now.
  10. Oh there's like 10 million degrees of difference between Stone Tower Temple's theme and everything else.
  11. Revelation is good and better than anything Kaga has ever put out because i said so. .....You know, that does explain some things. Ice breaking map is absolutely a thing i'd see him doing. Best dungeon in the entire series easy.
  12. I find it really funny that Peter has canonically left one of his backpacks stuck to the roof of Avengers Towers. And inside this particular backpack Pour one out for my man Sandman. Guy spent like eight years trapped in a vial inside an old backpack stuck to the roof of the HQ of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. ....actually, maybe that's why it was there. Anyways i activated all the towers, did some sidequests, advanced the plot. Saved MJ from some masked Asian dudes and then took down Shocker. But i also spent a good amount of time just fucking around Good three-hour play session here. Yeah i'm kinda of the same opinion, ish. FE stories are generally just whatever so it really is the gameplay that elavates them. But i value characters more than story. In like anything. Radiant Dawn doesn't have the best characters in the series but i do like it's gameplay a bit more than Conquest so.....yeah, RD is a tiny bit of an enigma when it comes to my favorites in series. Good. Gooooooood. Let the Rev flow through you.
  13. 9 isn't but I have to wake up at 7. "Your honor, I was just following orders" is not a valid defense. I remember the general gist. Funnily enough, she's the only one who's acknowledged of being an Awakening clone. If Selena married Subaki, there is extra dialogue at the end of Caeldori's prologue that talks about how much she resembles her grandmother.
  14. Oh that's....yeah that sucks. I work 10 minutes away from where I live but I work 9-4 today and I hate waking up early. Yeah but Kiryu caused the wounds, therefore, he killed. Yeah appearently she become a nun to honor the memory of nun who raised her. They do mention that Mii is basically only an intern at the moment because, despite being at the center of the last game's conflict, she's still in highschool so Shinra can't hire her full-time. ...there was a funny interaction where some of the characters were like "wait you're recruiting high schoolers into secret organization" as if there aren't a bunch of teenagers in the group already helping out. I'm not sure but I think Mii's attacks had this theming going on in the names as well. I'll check later.
  15. Anyways this chapter was a bit interesting. First, there was the main victory conditions Once a unit is placed on the circle, they can't move from there and more enemies come out when you fill up half. When all circles are obtained, the rest of the enemy comes and it becomes the standard rout although it's not too bad (especially now that i know how to break the game). Also We finally killed our first villain. Although it's really weird that she dies considering she wasn't a revived villain unlike some of the others. Basically the Strider timeline is fucked now. @Benice i want you to know that Kiryu landed the final blow so i guess he does kill people. Majima is complicit. Anyways the chapter ends with the acknowledgement of Mii Koryuji and Kogaro Tenzai, the protagonists of the first Project X Zone Just three more chapters plus the endgame. So far, i have not encountered the 50 enemy bloat from the first game and even if i did, you can very easily break them. Yeah, this game is good.
  16. It's so weird that their two biggest(?) games this years got demos on all the platforms they are avaliable on except PC. When it's PC players who are most in-need of it mainly to find out if their system can run it.
  17. I'm not like, a Tales expert but honestly, Arise doesn't feel like a Tales game. But, as someone who only likes one game in the series, i mean this in a good way. I haven't actually played the demo yet because i don't know if i'd get it at launch or not.
  18. Well @Benice, you can take solace in the fact that you aren't the only guy here to be called in to work on a day that was supposed to be off. Yeah, i had tomorrow off but not anymore. But i get more money in the end so i suppose i win either way. The time-limit in Majora's Mask is not a huge issue. It looks scary but the Song of Reverse Time slows it down to the point where unless you're just bad at Zelda games, you should have more than enough time to complete one dugenon per cycle. Don't bother on getting the side-stuff (well except maybe the sword upgrades) until you've done all four temples tho. Water shrine wasn't really an issue when i was able to Thanos Snap almost everything there. Also the fact that i warp skipped it. Now Fire Shrine. *Shudders*. Now i can only imagine the majesty of Hisuian Archanine. Hmmm. I wonder if there's any reason as to why ancient Sinnoh is known as Hisui? Not in-game but something that just makes sense with the Japanese language.
  19. True. Turn on safe search. I do think it's up to preference but the remake really is an improvement. Saving is the big one, because you can savescum the Goron Race. Great Bat Temple is fine. Majora's Mask's dungeons are generally an improvement over OoT imo. Besides, I like Metroid Other M so I can't get on anyone's case for having an unpopular opinion haha. ....oh that's right, you weren't there for that. I don't feel like playing Hunters or Federation Force so my Metroid journey is done until Dread comes out. I will say the one time Invincible looks like ass is anytime CGI is used. Very noticeable but tbf, the show didn't have that big of a budget so I can let it slide. They're trying their best.
  20. Well I have to wake up at 7 AM so I can have enough time to get ready. And that's definitely early. Look up examples and you'll see. Welcome back. (Yeah I had to respond to one Dragon Maid reaction with another). Things have been going well on my end. As you can see from my post above, I finally have a PS4 Pro.
  21. Nice. I also bought the funny game that you can't talk about. I won't be playing it until after I finish PxZ2 tho. And I won't be playing Spider-Man tonight either, my shift today ended at 7 PM and I gotta go to bed early cause my shift tomorrow starts at 9 AM. So I'm just playing a bit of Atelier Firis to wind down. Ah yes, the famous "American adult cartoons stop being ugly challenge". Because damn, that applies to too many of them. Not Invincible tho. Invincible is based.
  22. And I'm guessing you can't move the computer to your room for one reason or another?
