It's not ambiguous in English. The conditional is the foe initiating with a ranged weapon, and if the condition is filled, the unit gets +8D/+8R and neutralizes bonuses. It would be ambiguous if they were separate sentences, but the 'and' between the effects groups them together. Edit: It's the same phrasing used on Steady Stance 4. To my knowledge, no one found it ambiguous whether the Guard effect happens all the time or only if the foe initiates. -
Liz and Robin get rate-ups both on the pre-event banner for existing Servants that appeared in CCC, and on the second summoning banner for the CCC event. Melt, Passionlip, and Suzuka Gozen are the first banner for CCC event.

No Foreigners in this event. BB is a Moon Cancer. Foreigners won't show up until the end of year. As for why CCC was never localized, the main possibility is because the content of the game being so sexually charged made publishers leery of it. Considering American's prudish attitude towards sex in media, it's not hard to guess why US publishers might not want to localize it. There's also the fact that it was a PSP game released in 2013, after the Vita had been out for a few years, which meant that publishers probably expected there to be less interest in the game.

Kama being a Dark Sakura pseudo-Servant is most likely because of the Heaven's Feel movies. As for any potential MHS, I don't think it's likely anytime soon. BB and the Sakura Five Alter Egos aren't really Sakura, but all derive from the same source (a corrupted Sakura NPC on the Moon Cell), and FSN Sakura herself only has 2 pseudo-Servants in game. It's a different situation from Altria, where she appears in everything as the most recognizable TM character, has several variations, and has completely unrelated characters that look like her (MHX and Okita originally existed to make fun of this), way before FGO ever existed. MHX was also a joke about Altria being jealous of newer Sabers in general, and wanting to put them in their place, IIRC, not just hunting down Saberfaces.

It's possible, but I think Nero's was the first time they released a Strengthen outside of a batch. Usually skill or NP up quests outside of the Strengthening batches are released as Interludes (which basically just means they have story attached and go in a different tab).

Jack is unique as a Servant in Fate in that his 'identity' changes based on the class he's summoned in, since no one knows who was actually JtR (recent potential findings not withstanding). Assassin Jack will always be the unholy ghost fetus amalgamation we know from Apocrypha, while Zerker Jack is the embodiment of the JtR legend itself, and doesn't have an appearance of his own (that we have seen yet), but can take the appearance of any other possible Jack. Flat Escardo is Jack's Master in SF, and does show up as one of Waver's students in Case Files. I think SF created Flat, then he was used in Case Files, but I'm not entirely sure which came first. I know that Flat's cameo at the start of the Apocrypha anime was written in specifically for the anime, but I don't know if Flat has the popularity to make it as a Servant (and he's tied up in SF anyways, which I think makes him less likely to show up as long as SF is still being written). --- Also found more info for the actual next JP event. SSR Assassin Kama, and the PV features Pavarti, Kiara, Scherezade, Munemori, and Mata Hari as well. Possible Mata Hari animation update, hopefully?

Personally, if you're trying to level quickly, I'd say stuff whatever embers you get into the servant you're leveling, efficency be damned. Not sure about whether you'd be able to clear Solomon, though I'm sure if you can find a Bond 10 Herc on your support list it would definitely be doable. ----- In JP news, the next collab event is going to be Case Files, so that should be interesting to see. Wonder who we'll get as a Servant other than Gray...

If they didn't want to throw the first year seasonals into the random 4* pool for seasonal banners, I wish they'd have changed the banner to a 4* focus banner, like we got a couple of last year. It's too bad IS decided that 4* focus were a bad idea. Maybe IFI releasing Rio Reincarnation stateside will help generate a bit more interest in the series. -
Shinjuku (technically Salter, though in an ally role instead of antagonist). Depending on what you mean by 'good guys', the first two summer events might count: first one has summer Altria as part of the main party of servants, second one has summer Salter as one of the servants in the race, both of which are non-antagonistic roles. IIRC, while she's still fought as a boss during the KnK event, Lalter is still fairly friendly during that event and drops some exposition, compared with London, where she's completely mute. MHX obviously isn't Altria. She's questionable as a 'good guy', given that she's kind of a jerk due to being Chaotic. She's definitely not an antagonist though.

Not portrayed as perfect. She tried to reign as her ideal for a king, and her people ended up thinking of her as perfect and ultimately inhuman. We don't see much of this because we don't really see much of Altria at Camelot. I don't know enough about the differences between Arthur's version of Camelot and Altria's, but IIRC, both of them originally had the same wish for the Grail: to redo their reign so that they could be a better King. Altria lost that wish due to Iskandar and Gilgamesh criticizing her ideal of kingship which broke her, while Arthur lost it because talking with Ayaka about his reign and ideals ended up healing him rather than breaking him. So we end up with Arthur continuing to act his ideal while Altria tries to reject it.

There's no either. GudaGuda 2 will be our next event, because the JP schedule went from GudaGuda rerun to GudaGuda 2. It's extremely unlikely for them to deviate from that and put SERAPH first. And BB isn't anywhere near as good a support Servant as Mash. She's more of a semi-support, and generally works best as a pointman against Avengers.

Poster Girl on a support does make the support die faster, but that gives you a free switch to another servant that presumably has their skills available, while also protecting your main damage Servant, who is likely just as squishy. For this event specifically, Poster Girl on Caster is mostly for visibility. Caster slot in general is a popular pick for Support because people are often looking for support Casters they don't have, or looking to double up on a particular support. Since a lot of people look at Caster slot first, putting Poster Girl on your Caster support slot means more people will see it.

If you don't have very many Poster Girls for a high bonus to Hiragumo drops, generally speaking you'll probably get more points farming the Hiragumos to buy the last two CEs than the CEs would give you by themselves. Someone on the subreddit did the math based on a +1 Hiragumo bonus:

Actually, it's generally agreed that d'Eon's NP is pretty weak at NP1, and is only really useful at NP2 or higher, unlike most support NPs.

Nobu complaining that Uesugi can't be a girl is even funnier now that we've seen the Servant version of Uesugi Kenshin and know he's a girl.

He didn't mention that his 3 were MLB. So if he wants to MLB 2030, CCC is his best chance.

I actually forgot to buy enough to MLB Fondant au Chocolat, so I only have the three that dropped for me while farming. Three turns is annoying, but niche use CEs are more interesting to me right now over general use, because I have plenty of general use CEs to pick from already. It's unfortunate that Versus is split stats though.

Hot Sands doesn't help with star gen. It's star absorb and crit damage. Personally, I'm picking Detective Dantes for the new CE. For the old CE, I'm leaning towards Versus due to the niche effect. Teacher and I is good, but having 2.8 MLB Kscopes means I don't really care much about other starting NP CEs, and I don't really use star absorb CEs much.

That's just the Firesweep Bow without the glow it normally has. Roderick's lance is the same way, it just looks weirder on Faye because Firesweep Bow doesn't actually have much red on it without the glow. -
Atalante and Helena still exist. Sure, they might not be very good at it, but they are non Alexander Quick buffs. Though prior to break bars, I'd have said Crossing Arcadia is probably better than Omen of the Conqueror, since single turn burst was more impactful.

Part of it is probably what XRay mentioned, but part of it is also likely because Lyn is still relatively popular (generally speaking that applies to all of the 'starting screen' units that placed high). Not everyone voted based on in-game viability or fodder skills. -
NP levels change absolutely nothing about his NP until you get to NP5. The only benefit along the way is NP2 gives you the ability to store charge over 100.
