  1. This one is also the wrong size - it's missing some space from the top. O.k. I added space as mentioned. I also have another one I can put up.
  2. I was browsing DeviantArt a little while, I came upon a sprite sheet for the Trickster Class and for the past little while I've been using the sprite that person made to make my Trapper Class. However, After my remade Poacher sprite, I went back to work seeing if I could make one that wasn't based off the Trickster sprite. And so I came up with this: This is my fourth iteration of my Trapper Class. (The one before was my third) The hat is still a work in progress but some tips and pointer are welcome.   3. No Idea if it's good, but I made a mug. Might need a to find a way to make a better mini portrait but it doesn't look that bad right?
  4. I find the best why is to cut him off from the heal point. Keep someone like Luka or Forscyth keeping that road closed with Slayder on near them. Since Tobin is an Archer, get both him and Python some steel bows and have you tankyer units surround Desaix. That how I did it.
  5. Like many who posted so far, I've yet to play Binding Blade. For Blazing Sword, I have either Lyn, Rebecca, or Legualt do the dodge tanking. (This depends if I play Lyn's , Eliwood's or Hector's Stories respectfully) Thought once I did get a very dodgy Bartre... As for Sacred Stones Tana or Joshua, depending on if the enemy is a bow user or not.
  6. Personal preference: Lord: Hector Cavalier: Sain Mercenary: Harken Myrmidon: Guy and Karla, I almost never bother getting Karel Fighter: Bartre as bad as he is, way too funny not to use him. Brigand: Hawkeye Knight: Oswin Pegasus: Fiora Wyvern: Vaida Thief: Legault Bishop: None of them really. Mage: Pent. Less hassle and less problems Archer: Rebecca but not by much ahead of Louise Refresher: Trick question since they are techniclly the same unit. One Class Wonders: Merlinus. Where else would I store my junk?
  7. Chapter 7 boss is Flair From FE6 as a high speed Wyvern Rider with a Delfi Shield. Chapter 5x boss is Glass from FE7 with a Lancereaver and a droppable Red Gem. Dozla become Bartre as a warrior with a Devil Axe and a Short Bow. Kyle becomes an armor knight but uses Beta portrait. All red and blue Gems are half value. White gems stays normal value. Bone and Bazba(chp. 3 & 4 bosses) become Damas and Batta.
  8. Barst (One of the fighters) is a good one to start, if you reclass him to knight. Lena is one of the best healers you get early on. Out of the Caviliers, Able is the better one. (If you're on normal and not hard, Frey is a good second) I won't go much further as to not spoil up coming characters for you.
  9. My views for Peg knights are to keep it simple. Lances. If you look at it from a functional view, Lances offer greater reach and unlike cavs, it's a little more difficult to fly alongside an opponent and swipe at them with a sword between wing beats. Bows and magic make better options for secondary weapons thought neither would be that good with Peg Knight's lower strength/magic. And for the few who mention Malig knights, Wyverns and magic do not mix well IMO. I agree that Wyverns should use Axes, but, for me at least, Peg are for hit and run attacks and mage killing while Wyverns are for choke point clearing and generally brute forcing through line of defense. That's my view in a nutshell.
  10. I'm a little surprise that I got no feed back on my Previous two sprites... I decided to go back to the drawing board with my Male Poacher. So I worked on it for a bit before coming up with this version: I tried to give him a more rouge-ish feeling. Any thoughts on the new look?
  11. Only the first one looks alright, the rest seem gawky or off in some way. Both F and I might look better if you switch their armor with one another and try taking a moment to touch up the shading on A.
  12. The Tier 2 caped sprites give an Ike feel while the one without look more fitting to be a fighter. They look nice.
  13. Out of all the Fire Emblem games I've owned and played, Shadow Dragon is one of the most played game I own. I've used most of the characters and re-classed them too. But who's the best one in your opinion? For me, out of all the units only one makes the team every time. (Not counting Marth or Lena) That unit is Cesare. Most people bench or trash him because he's not as good as Ogma or Astrem. But the truth is, he's a better Hunter/Horseman then Castor and often out paces Wolf and Sedger. He crits hard and multiple times a map with a steel bow. (It might be just dumb luck but heck if I know) He's viable even up to H3 mode. (I haven't played H4 or H5 yet) But enough of my opinion, what's yours?
  14. I give you... The Mender Class. This little lass can promote into a Healer or Troubadour. However, she cannot go further the D rank in staves until promotion.
  15. I was hoping to have more then just one feed back per post, but it doesn't seem like I'm getting a lot of feed back. Thank you for your opinion Tuvy, but now onto my latest pair: Meet the Hexer and the Fortune Teller. They are Dark magic users with the Fortune Teller gaining Anima magic instead of staves. I made the Hexer by splicing the FE6 Bard's legs with the black haired village girl, editing the hair a bit and adding the FE8 Dancer's ponytail. The cape is from the Monk sprite but I adjusted it to make it look damaged. Her crystal ball is the top of a bishop's staff. The Fortune Teller is made with the upper body of an in-promoted Lyn, with her Legs being from the Blade Lord. The hat is from Rath's Nomad Trooper sprite and her cape is actually the raised arm of the Female Druid's Staff animation. Obviously the skull is from a Bonewalker. I made these two simple because I disliked the Female Shaman and Druid Sprites. I want some feed back on these.
  16. Should have put this sooner but when a Lyn story unit arrives their inventory isn't always useable. Nils had a Lightning tome, Ninian had a door key, a Chest key a vulnery and an Iron sword, Matthew had a Hammer, Sain had an Iron Bow, Fiora had an Iron blade the Red Gem and a Vulnery, Eliwood had two Heal staves, Guy, Who I can now conform is Kent, Had a Killer Lance and a Javelin, but could only use the Javelin, Jaffar had a Halberd and a Silver Axe, and Geitz had a Luna and a Nos. tome. With that done, our story continues. Chp 16: Raven is Lyn the Monk Lucius is Erk the Monk (Came with and Emblem Bow) Boss: Female Bishop with Shine Chp 16x: Canas is Lucius the Knight Dart is Wil the Monk Sub Boss: Falcon Knight with Iron Lance Chp 17: Boss: Pegasus Knight with Steel Lance, speedwing and 10 speed. (Ninian has 12 and not once leveled it str, or skill) Chp 18: Jaffar preview shows Louise the Paladin Fiora is Oswin the Fighter Boss: Bishop with two lightning tomes, a Divine tome and O.Bolt Chp 18x: Boss: Paladin with a Iron Axe and a Heavy Spear. (Had to get rid of Magic Seal before I could hit him.
  17. That happen to me a few times. After Battle Before Dawn, my save often deleted itself and forced me back to Lyn's story. I would refresh the rom, to play it normally and once beaten, randomize it for the second playthrough.
  18. Chp 15: Lyn is Fiora the Lyn Lord (I know, what are the chances?) Florina is Eliwood the Pegasus Knight Wil is Geitz the Archer Cavalier next to Fiora is Guy Cavalier next to shop is Jaffar. Boss: Nomad with Short Bow Can't remember which was Sain and which was Kent. So far, Canas, Guy, Geitz, and Eliwood are bench warmers. I need to decided if I want crit happy Sain or tanky Legualt. On my last attempt, Rebecca was a nomad and she was broken. She had replaced Wil once I bungled through randomized Lyn mode. When my game was wiped, she was a capped Nomad Trooper with a massive 12 Con and had Capped Str, Skill, and Def. Her con isn't that good this time, about 6 or so, but her skill is high.

  20. First things first, I seen many a play through of FE 6, 7, and 8. And I thought to try myself. VBA does not work on my labtop for some odd reason so I'm playing with the No$GBA Emulator. It wiped my save three times already so this is attempted #4. Lyn story units retain their classes as I randomized after beating Lyn's Story. Only things not randomized are Weapons and Move. As of this post I am on Chp 16. So here goes with What happened so far: Chp 11 Eliwood is Florina the Archer Marcus is Renault the Hero Lowen is Rath the Troubador Rebecca is Marcus the Bard Dorcus is Nils the Fighter Bartre is Canas the Archer Boss: An Archer with a Killer Balista...
  21. The first one looks the cleanest, but I agree that the neck is too long. (Unless he's a teenaged Giraffe) The second one needs a touch of shading around and on the sideburns. The third needs the most work. The hair needs better shading, the mouth looks a little wonky and the shoulder guard is too big for the body. I would recommend to remove the belt like part and show more of the tunic underneath.
  22. I don't mind using Dart if I haven't bothered to work on Bartre, Dorcus, or plan on getting Geitz (thought you need him to recruit Geitz) or using Hawkeye. His stats are meh and I've yet to have good Dart in any of my own playthroughs. For me, I rather work on Bartre then Dart, he's enough work as it is. I also take note that besides the OS in Living Legend and the Secret Shop in Limstella's map, most player forget that on Linus' Four Fang Offensive map, it's Secret Shops sells it as well, unlike Loyd's map. The irony is that most would rather get Loyd out of the way and deal with Linus.
  23. To me, the fourth mug need a little more neck to it. The second Mug makes Gonzie's ugly mug look like a pretty face because of the in leveled eyes. Mug #3 is just meh. Just work at it a bit more and you should be alright.
  24. O.k. Glancing over the list I have three swaps. Wallace with Fado (Both Generals) Rath with Hayden (Nomad Trooper/Ranger) Geitz with Orson or Valter?
  25. The shading on the shirt needs a bit of work. Mostly where the scarf covers it but something about the shoulder pad bugs me. That tan part that's just being covered by the scarf does look as if it needs to be there.
