Thanks so much! I hadn't thought to use Google Drive to move it to the phone, and that step had me stumped. Also, will LunarIPS or NUPS work on Mac, or will I need a different patcher?

So, I'm trying out the GBA emulator for iPhone, and I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to get a patched version of Sealed Sword for it? I don't know if I'd need to have a way to patch it on the phone, or if there's a place to download a pre-patched ROM file. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I forget where it's said, and I don't have time to find it at the moment, but I'm pretty sure at some point it's said that there was only allowed to be one child from each descendant. No one knew that Alvis had Lopt blood in him (I personally don't think think he knew it himself), as he was a bastard child. The Lopt Clan discovered that there were two descendants and orchestrated events to bring them together. Alvis only went along with it because he got the throne. In the 2nd generation, when he finally realizes what's going on, he defects and releases the children he's supposed to kill. IMO, Alvis thought the deal was overthrow the government to get the throne and a wife. TL;DR Alvis got screwed over just as much as everyone else.

That worked. I'm starting to realize that while Macs are great for music/creative stuff, they can be a pain when downloading things.

I've used patches before, I know what I'm doing. I'd like to update my patch for FE4, but every time I click on the link labelled "Patch", it takes me to a document looking page full of gibberish. Is this supposed to happen?

I saw that page, but I couldn't figure out which link was for the translation. The one I thought was it just gave me a document full of gibberish.

Okay, I've been scouring these boards for the past few days trying to find info on the most recent patches, but I can't seem to find a link for Genealogy. And are the links for FE3 and FE5 still the most up-to-date patches?

Yeah, since the menus weren't translated, I assumed you could use items during the preparation. I selected one of the options, and clicked what I assumed to be "yes". Turns out it was discarding my items. I lost my Elite scroll that way. :( Venting aside, is this still going anywhere? I'd love to know, because I'd very much appreciate updated patches.

That would fit pretty well, considering all of them are Light Magic users. Of course, then you could say that since Ike has blue hair, he's possibly a descendant of Sigurd/Celice.

Since my other topic on the Sealed Sword page disappeared, I'll ask on this one. Neither emulator would run once I downloaded them.
