I guess I could support a Boron lynch? Everything seems like normal Boron fare but Shinori's cases are reasonable and yeah the late ascetic claim was odd. maybe she didn't notice she was neighbor too oops still not fond of marth, "HMMM BUT WOULD I DO <thing scum could easily do just to seem town>. HOW COULD SOMEBDOY EVER SUSPECT ME WHEN I DID <thing scum could easily do just to seem town> AND BE TOWN" is something I've pulled as scum like 100000 times and also the potshot at my claim when I was arguing with shinori was super opportunistic lol I wonder if we have a Marth/Boron/Omega team with the botched plan of "hyperbus marth before he has to sub out"

I am just gonna drop this after this because I don't have much to say that I didn't already say. I do not think "this person is probably town because some bullshit only I know" is likely to get that person shot (I didn't even say I was 100%!) when there's multiple claimed roles and multiple common townreads running around. I just laid out my thought process on the table because I don't have a feel for this game atm and PoE was a huge part of my rationale for my preferred lynches today because of that. and again I was hoping to get shot so I wouldn't have to keep playing and be a distraction but yeah. my intuition says whoever claims Eury's neighbor is more likely to be scum than Eury now based on the way she's been posting. I wonder if they're even going to claim.

okay I do not understand your train of logic here because what's the scum motivation for outing a result on you in-thread just so they can NK you? I mean I guess. I still did not expect saying "I have a strong role reason to believe Shinori is town" is likely to get you shot over people like Via or Weapons who nobody wants to lynch, especially when scum don't even know what said reason is.

It's possible SB was Eury's neighbor since we don't know what his role was. Kind of would expect him to talk though?

idk I think Bart and Eury's story checks out? I still think Eury is scummy and 1x role delayer is also not really town sounding, but yeah, that's up to the kill to resolve at this point.

uhhh although I put Bartozio with my townreads I guess it is distinctly possible Bartozio is trying to delay his buddy's lynch by fakeclaiming an info role. Clarinets already flipped info role and I am also an info role! but both of said info roles kind of suck when you actually look at what they can do in the context of game mechanics, and Bartozio doesn't seem particularly scummy to me, so whatever. basically just lynch eury with us plz

okay seriously though I'm trying to read the thread and am clearly not in the proper mindset to parse words right. here's the tl;dr of where I was at on everybody without doing in-depth reading: Prims - this is me Via - obvtown Athena - obvtown newbie Weapons - probably town I think? Shinori - I have strong role reasons to believe he is town Bartozio - "We should wait to lynch Eury" is a weird gambit if scum Omega - idk man (but his D2 actually did read town to me so far so) Boron - idk man Eury - gut mafread + clarinets push not good Marth - just scummy in general but I got nothing new to say about this Unless we're wrong about Marth then the scumteam would have to be bussing in ways I'm not sure they'd be doing (I don't think Marth would have been in the spotlight without pushes from Boron and Omega to begin with) which makes me feel like I'm missing part of the puzzle here. SO ##Vote: Eury I already explained why I didn't like her particular reasons for being on the Clarinets wagon before and the biggest change since then is that Clarinets flipped town, I guess. Sorry for not posting anything. My role is that I was a secret hydra with Rapier so I was letting him read the thread and write my posts for me but he hasn't been posting in our role PM? Might need to sub out. Reading up now.

when I read his post I'm like "yeah that makes sense" so I'm willing to give him time and also see where the Marth/Boron thing goes but I could also still easily see him being scum, not a preferred D1 lynch though over clarinets/eury. on future days it really depends on how much he delivers I think

Man I just realized deadline is in like a little over 12 hours. Omega's response to me is fair, fair enough that if I somehow forget to check Mafia before deadline I don't want him to be a potential D1 lynch because of my vote. @Eurykins Weapons' early weirdness about the town alignment doesn't match up with any meta I'm aware of. Him doing it to drum up discussion is basically what I expected. As is I'm fine iwth him. I'm OK with the Marth votes after Weapons pointed out how forced his question to Clarinets was. "Grace has used Mass Tailor and Mafia Lovers before!" is still kind of huh as an excuse because "townie that knows the scumteam" is just awful game design for obvious reasons. His paragraph makes it seem more like he's neutral and not scumreading them more than anything else. HOWEVER I agree with his case on Eury. Her approach to the Clarinets wagon is weird. In what way is what Clarinets did "excessive for RVS shenanigans"? I wasn't fond of Clarinets' lack of followup / anything useful later but the RVS posts themselves just seem like normal joking around to me. This is a rather forced reason to support a fairly simple wagon and I'd be down with an Eury push because of it. Clarinets' new post is still not great because his two biggest callouts are a prod on me and suspecting SB for roleplaying which is like... I'm pretty sure SB is just trying to have fun y'know? What makes you conclude SB is trying to make his posts harder to read in particular? @Omega. Boron tends to get frustrated regardless of alignment fwiw. Do you have any notable reads or suspicions outside of those two? Kind of concerned about your fixation on this because you're handling it by asking for input from other players rather than addressing Boron and Marth directly. Like you're trying to avoid getting your toes wet here. This seems off to me because if you're scum it's very possible getting them to talk more would make it harder to justify pushing them (if they're both town) or harder to justify not hard-bussing them (if one's your buddy). Athena seems to like to prod people to post which is an easy way to look like you're doing more than you actually are. This might just be an antsy new person thing though so FWIW people will usually get around to posting in the thread when they get the time; if it's not urgent / something you specifically want them to respond to making prods like this is pretty pointless. Again, I'm really not fond of people throwing around that Marth vs Boron is town vs town because I don't see what either of them has done that's actually townie. I don't have problems with either of their cases on each other either but that doesn't mean they're both town? I'd caution against writing them off this early. Omega, Eury and Clarinets bug me the most at this point but I wouldn't be shocked if Marth were scum. Need more from him that isn't about Boron.

##Unvote ##Vote: Clarinets For repeatedly coming back to respond to ~RVS pressure~ but not talking about anything else that's going on or trying to be otherwise productive. I had the same kneejerk reaction to Bartozio's vote as Marth so I don't blame Marth for it. I think the kneejerk reaction just comes from fourth meaningless vote on a RVS wagon though and is a mindtrick rather than anything valuable (so not voting Bartozio either). Weapons only bringing up that he doesn't know what the Town is now is weird, but waiting for him to respond to SB before pursuing anything there.
